TL:DR We sat in this store for 30 minutes to not do anything because the workers are unaware of whats going on with the customers and the store is labeled poorly.While the service was generally nice, I was waiting in line for 20 minutes before I found out I had to take the consignments to the back of the store. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes before they got to me. They took all my stuff and sorted through it. Not knowing what brands they didnt take because their sign for it was small and on the column behind the worker where I could not see it, nor could my wife read it without her glasses. My main problem was the general unawareness of the workers. We walked in with a big box of clothes and waited in the front line for twenty minutes and the cashier didnt say anything to me although she watched us walk in. We found out that we had to go to the back because my wife started walking around. Then we waited to be helped in the back for about 10 minutes. The worker started sorting everything out, didnt ask if we filled any paperwork out. It was the first time we have ever been in this store. We didnt know we had to sign up for consigning. They told us we could not sell them and that they werent excepting any consignors anymore. My teen daughter and I visited the store a few weeks ago. The store is so well organized and clean! And the important part....great finds! She walked out with a brand new (tag still attached) pair of shorts, top and a beautiful gently used jacket. A fabulous and fun boutique shopping store !

Great shop!! Always neat and very well organized. You wont have to search through racks of clothing to find gender or size specific items, they have organized the store into sections with all the clothing hanging by size. Thanks to The Revolving Closet, I keep my growing grandson supplied with really NICE clothes.

I found a beautiful Saks purse for an amaizing price! I love this store.

Great place to buy good quality second hand clothes! Bought a western style jacket a vest and shirt for 11.00 dollars. All in exelent condition.👍

I really liked this place. On facebook I am getting these 75% off sales while being told by a human that the sale was over. (Which is it?) A little confusing. I would have spent hours there if I could have figured the sale out. I hope to change this rating to 5 stars.

We have done business with this place for years.It’s perfect for a growing family.You can take clothes in that the kids have outgrown and get new ones.This isn’t yard sale junk, the owner is very particular with what she lets come in to her store. Everything is clean and quality stuff.She opened up a new store in Joplin on Rangeline also.

Awesome consignment store! Clean, organized and well lit. They have great Black Friday sales and regular prices are still fair.

One woman working was extremely rude to me when I was unaware of their consignment policy, that I might add was not posted anywhere. They dont take new consignors, no wonder the clothing they have is outdated Im poor condition as well as over priced. Selling wise this place is a waste of time and shopping there is also a waste as the things they do have you can get at a much cheaper thrift store!

Revolving closet is the best place there is to go to buy any clothing reasonable prices I love going there to shop and I love going there to take my clothes into them to be sold they are very polite only one have I had a bad experience with
