The quality of this job absolutely sucked. The guys broke a slab of granite because they were too sloppy to double check that they had a support underneath, so they reglued the piece together and it was not evenly leveled, leaving a 1/8 gap between the countertop and the 4 backsplash piece.Edit: they have reached out and are correcting the mistake

Worst company to work with ever. They tell me that ‘industry standard’ is 1/8” to 1/4” reveal around sink. Yet their cutout is up to 3/4”. And the sink is set too far forward. Not enough room for tip out trays. And the overhang next to the fridge is 3/8” too long. Thank god I made an over sized fridge opening.They were supposed to look at it when they delivered a missing window sill. The delivery associates wanted nothing to do with it. When I called on it they said that I would not let them and wanted to charge me to come back an look at it.I do remodeling and this was my house. I will make sure that NONE of my clients ever use them.Edit: I got the paper template that matches the DXF that Signature says they use. Blanco sinks states that using the DXF file should give a 1/8” reveal. Signature agrees that ‘industry standard’ is 1/8-1/4” reveal. Yet you can see that Signature missed the mark: 1/4” on the front and sides, 1/2” in the back and 3/4-1” in the corners.IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPECIFY A MEASUREMENT, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU HIT THAT SPECIFICATION!

Premium prices, poor workmanship, abysmal customer service. We purchased new master bath countertops and sinks through Lowes in mid-February and paid $4,500+ in full at the time of purchase. Signature came to measure the bathroom almost a month later, and eventually scheduled installation four weeks after measuring.Several things about the installation were done incorrectly, and we promptly made both Signature and Lowes aware of our concerns (same day): one end of the splash wasnt cut/fitted properly into the countertop which left a large gap which the crew filled with uneven black latex caulk rather than correcting the problem (see photos); underhung sink mounts that were mis-drilled (the sinks were onsite to measure when the room was measured, see photos); sloppy cutouts for a makeup area that werent properly filled with silicon (more photos); and electrical outlet openings that are too large (see photos).Signatures Neosho, MO facilities are 235 miles away. After multiple calls and emails with photos to Signature, local Lowes, and Lowes corporate Customer Service, it still took Signature 10 days just to schedule a service call for three weeks after installation with the same crew or five weeks if we wanted a different/competent crew. Meanwhile, we had a non-functioning bathroom because the plumbing cant be re-installed until the countertops are corrected.Lowes stood behind the sale by refunding the entire purchase and removing Signatures work (kudos to Lowes!), but well still be without a bathroom for another 4-5 weeks while a reputable local company fabricates and properly installs new countertops and sinks.Signature may be a great company when servicing the Neosho, Mo. community, but leaves MUCH to be desired outside of the immediate area.NOT A RECOMMENDATION. #CantGiveZeroStars

Its been 10 weeks since my template was done and I still dont have my countertop. They arent any good at communicating with their customers. Ashley at Home Depot was kind enough to give me their contact info, to try to get information.

We just had our kitchen and bathroom counters and sinks replaced with granite from Signature. Our salesperson, Cameo, was great; very helpful, answered all our questions patiently and is even continuing to provide excellent service after the sale. The installers were great, as well; one, in particular (sorry I dont have his name!) went the extra mile to beef up a cabinet wall so the weight of the granite would not interfere with a drawer closing. After assisting my sister-in-law with the selections of her kitchen remodel, which turned out beautiful by the way, I absolutely knew I would be using Signature Granite for my own remodel. The staff at Signature answered all my questions about my selections and made it easy for me to opt for the granite I chose. Installation was very quick and precise, everything fit perfect. Bryan and Jon were extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about how to care for my granite countertops and sinks. They were great to do business with. They have a large selection with great prices. Their service personnel were first rate and very prompt and efficient at what they do. We finally saved money to remodel our kitchen. The work was contracted through Lowes. Signature Granite took the work. Representative came to visit our house to take measurements while my wife was at the house with them. Up to this point, nobody had ever asked any questions about how it will be done. Our previous counters had back-splash built to it. Obviously, the measurements were not taken right. Still, my wife was never asked of anything. We told Lowes money is not an issue. Lowes told us that price might get adjusted as we go here and there. Again, We were so happy to get brand new granite tops. I dont understand why Signature Granite did not want to make a full run on this. They left us the whole kitchen WITHOUT ANY back-splash around the counters. We had to go get 1X4 wood frames, paint them, put them on ourselves. We have about an inch-wide exposed dry wall after all the work we have done. We are NOT happy. Signature Granite doesnt know what back-splash is. I am sorry. Now, I am having to find another company who knows what back-splash is so I can finish my kitchen. I dont know why Signature Granite turned down business offers when their customers are happy to pay what ever the price is.

Homedepot puts there name behind these people thousands down the drain custom counterops do not fit they are not sealed water leaks down walls . Liars will straight up flat out lie to you and about you. Home depot no better. Save yourself time, money, disappointment.

They have a large variety of granite to choose from, unfortunately they do not do a good job cutting and installing it.1. We picked one piece, after we paid were told thats not our actual piece that will be cut. Ok, thats fine, made another trip of few hours.2. We had to call them once or twice because there were scratches on the granite, they came and fix some of the scratches. There are few scratches they said thats how it came in, and they can not fix it (I was not very happy but ...ok, we already paid, couldnt do much, plus you pay BEFORE anything is done, so I was feeling like a b..tch complaining, its not my type, and nothing will be fixed, so I gave up)3 Now, a seam that was chipped when they cut it, and they installed it anyway, it was probably not sealed right and now it looks like gets water or I dont know what but its got a big spot along the seam, and its been getting bigger over time. It in a pot thats very visible, so everytime I walk by I feel bad for myself picking the wrong company. In the picture I also showed the chipped spots, see the pic.

The installers were absolutely great~professional and efficient.They called to let me know they were on their way, pleasantly introduced themselves and came in to survey the kitchen before bringing their materials in. They kept me informed with their progress and explained how they would make the seams as seamless as possible, and they did a fantastic job of doing that, smoothing rough spots, cleaning and sealing the granite when they finished. They are extremely difficult to schedule with, could not even tell me ahead of time if they would be out in the morning or afternoon to measure. They were unwilling to work with my schedule. I ended up canceling my order because of this and found a much better company to work with.* for the record I did offer to take a half day off from work when I found out 4:30 would not work. They did not offer to confirm with the technician ahead of time for morning or afternoon time but said they could put in a request and I’d find out day of. I can’t believe they are unable to schedule someone ahead of time.

Great company to hire to do Granite installation for your home. Very professional. It only took them two hours to remove our old countertops and install our new granite countertops, as well as install a recessed sink. Would recommend to anyone in the Joplin area. 5 out of 5 stars!

On Quartz counters bathroom vanity job left seams undone with large gap on side and back, did not protect new hardwoods with any cover while working when raining, dropped large vacuum on new hard wood floors, did not ask to sign off or check job, did not explain how to care for new quartz counters. Bolted out the door when finished. My job was conducted on 7-2-19 in Fayetteville. Home Depot is fully aware of my experience. Please do not contact me. I am hiring someone I trust to correct the job. This is a real review and a real experience for those who are trying to make improvements to your home.

After having my install finally completed on their 3rd trip, I am still not satisfied. They rush and you get a rush job. Would not recommend.

They have a great selection and all employees that I have dealt with are friendly. But getting measurements for sink cut outs seems to be a problem along with communication. The soap drawer wont close completely at the kitchen sink and the second top in the laundry room is still cut wrong. The tops look great but the measurements for the cut outs seem to be a real challenge along with communication.

Beautiful selection, great customer service. They helped us choose from an overwhelming amount of choices for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Their ideas were spot-on, and every morning when I eat breakfast on my beautiful granite, I am SO satisfied!NOTE: Their tile layers are flat-out AWESOME... because how horrible is it to invest in gorgeous tile, then have the effect ruined by sub-par installation? Not these guys— some of the best tile work I have ever seen in the 4-state area, period.

A great family business who takes pride in what they do!

Would not use this company! We had them do our kitchen a couple years ago. My wife drove all the way over there from Springfield to pick the slabs, looked great when they were delivered. They broke the biggest piece installing it and a week later showed up with another piece that didn’t match. She decided she didn’t want to go through it again so we have the biggest piece in our kitchen that doesn’t match. Worst part is it on the seam.

Two young gentlemen from Signature installed my Quartz countertop and bar sink. The standard hole for the bar sink was located on the right side, but they installed the sink and then drilled the hole in the middle of the quartz ! Really? How did they think that was going to work out? After the installation of the countertop was complete, I noticed that the two slabs of quartz (with a seam in the middle) do not even match!! Theyre coming out today to look at it so I dont know how this is going to turn out. Court maybe? Plus a supervisor never even came out to check the work. This is unacceptable when someone pays thousands of dollars for the product and labor. Whats really disturbing is Lowes uses them to contract out their work so people wont even have a choice whether or not to use them.

Tried twice to set up an appointment for my countertops to be measured, each time I made it well known we take care of an elderly man from 1:30-3:00 and would be unavailable at that hour. When installer called the night before he said they would be at my house between 1:30 and 3. I told him I had called the office 3 times and all three times I was assured there was a note in my file concerning this. We reschedule for the next week due to this being the only time they could be at the house. Installer was very rude and sarcastic. Next week we were assured installers would be at the house before noon, I called at 1145, since they still had not shown or called. 1:45 I received a call saying they would be there in 30 mins. I again reiterated how many times I have made it clear this 90 mins was the only time during the day we absolutely could not be home. And I expressed extreme dislike for the rude installer the week before. I was told “we hear this a lot”. I ended up cancelling my order. If this company doesn’t care about their customers anymore than to keep allowing a sarcastic employee to represent them or accommodate a simple time frame, then I doubt they will take time or care to make sure my countertops are right. In the end, I did not trust this project to this company due to their disrespect.

I had all my kitchen and bath as well as my hearth and fireplace surround installed by Signature and was very pleased. The quality and price were great for all that I bought.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. We ordered our granite. The man who came out to messure our countertops. He was a complete pice of trash. He seemed like he hated his life. Very rude and thought he was the best of what he did. Well they had to send him back out. Because mr perfect. Messed up bad. I finally canceled my order because he was such a jerk. Not sure of his name but he like his cows a lot. Thats all I heard about. I could have cared less about it. I just wanted the job done right.
