Employees are nit empowered to be of real help. Text message pick up dates are inaccurate. Long waits. Will not be filling prescriptions here again unless extreme emergency.

Took 2 hours for a prescription to get transferred from here to another Walmart pharmacy in Missouri because this pharmacy’s phone was messed up. When I was able to get thru I was told that the phone system at the pharmacy had been down for 5 days with no expectation of when the phone issue is going to be resolved. This is unacceptable! People need their medicine! Dr’s need access to the pharmacist! This issue could seriously affect the health and well-being of people! Luckily I only was inconvenienced with wasted time. Wasted time is wasted money for me.

The pharmacists and associates working in the Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Neosho have gone beyond what is basic when filling and dispensing prescriptions. They have taken the time to answer any concerns or questions we have had. We really appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness!

One of the pharmacy employees went above and beyond by mailing me a gift card when I paid out of pocket for something that should have been covered under insurance. Thank you! Not quite sure her name but i will definitely thank her in person next time. This is the first time ive ever even seen something like that be done and it came in a great time of need.

Ive always had a good experience in Neosho. Sounds like Ron the guide is sampling too many pharmaceuticals.

Wonderful Experience today at Neosho Walmart Pharmacy Betty and Michelle were great so helpful and polite. Aaron at checkout for grocery was a real pleasure to work with. Aaron even chased me down with one of my bags I forgot. So nice! Thank you Neosho Walmart you brightened my day. It was a rainy day too.

The people working at this Pharmacy are an insult to the profession.Constantly have a mess with prescriptions messed up seriously.I have personally seen people being insulted, elderly people being intimidated here by employees.
