Sounds like Im dealing with the same issues everyone else is. Called in an order last Friday 2/10 and asked if it would be in my hands before this weekend 2/18. I live in the KC metro area so ground shipping is next business day delivery. Shirley (I think was her name) assured me that it would..I called yesterday 2/15 to get an update, someone took my name and phone number and again assured me it would ship out today 2/16 at the latest. I have tried calling them all day long today and they dont answer and their answering machine is full. No update via email or update on my account status.If they were honest and told me it wouldnt ship in time I would probably still do business with them in the future but they lied. Now my weekend got a lot more expensive because of their shady business practices. What an extremely disappointing experience. Ill pay a little bit more for ammo and get better service elsewhere.If you are considering making a purchase at Ozark I would highly recommend looking for another place to do business with.
I ordered 500 round of 300 blk 250 of sub and 250 of supper from them on 10/28/16. I just received my order on 12/1/16. The rounds go bang like they are supposed to, the sub sonics sound more quite then other sub sonic ammunition on the market but I did not test the dbs. I called them several time and every time I was assured that they would ship next week. Although getting the product was slow the employees were friendly and courteous.
This is the third batch Ive bought from them. The first two worked flawlessly but this one would not extract. I called in to report it and after a week the owner called and said he would refund my money and send out another batch.On another day we talked for about a half hour trying to pin point where the failure point was. I got the new batch today and manually cycled them and they are working perfectly.
I wouldnt buy A dog collar from these people. Almost 2 moths waiting for simple 300 Blackout rounds and they keep saying 1 week, 1 week. They hold your money, probably put it in a 1 month or 2 month CD to gain Interest on my money. I have NEVER had to wait for ammo that long. But it was the constant lying that made me write this. 1 star is too high a rating for this company!
These guys deserve some credit, I had to wait a while but the wait was well worth it! I ordered some 5.56 nato, all ammo fed perfectly and I can tell they used excellent ball powder. I tested their ammo at 300 meters and I was surprised at the accuracy. This stuff shoots like it was brand new from the factory.
I have ordered three different times and purchased 147,110 and 208 ammo. I have had great communication and they informed me that it would take a while to receive the ammo due to high volume. I have only shot around 400 rounds from the three orders and have had no issues with feeding or failure to fire. The quality of the ammo is great for the price. I will continue to buy from them.
Paid for 100 RDS of ammo in December company wouldnt answer the phone when they did they cancelled my order after 2 months and stated they would refund my money. After waiting weeks for refund I have still not received my money back and the company absolutely will not answer the phone. Company continues to take peoples money but does not send you the product. This place is garbage and Is being reported to the better business bureau
Took more than 4 months for them to tell me that my order was not going to take place. They are transferring ownership, hopefully it will be better. My order was actually cancelled. The office hours are difficult to reach them.
Paid $130 for ammo in January, no response, no ammo. Been trying to get them on the phone and if you can get through, no one answers. No one responds to emails sent through the contact us part of their website. Just tried calling again today and the line is fast busy. Not too happy about losing $130.
Same experience as other buyers. Placed order 12/1, was told 30 business days for shipping. It is 2/16, no response to phone calls, email or the contact thing on their website. Do not order from these people, youll never get your product.
Worst experience ever. I ordered 1000 rounds of 300 blk out in October of 2016, I waited 30 business days and hadnt heard anything. I tried getting a hold of them a few times before they answered back in December, they send my half of my order (which turned out to be crap quality) and told me they were backed up and they would send out the rest by the end of January of 2017. It is now March. I have been calling over and over, e mailing them and leaving messages with no response. After about 50 times I finally got a hold of a receptionist and told them I want my money back for the rest of the 500 rounds I didnt get. She told me I would be put on a refund list and then hung up. It is the middle of March now and I have been calling to no avail. I just want my $225 back since I never received the product. I reported them to the BBB in which they now seem to have an F rating. Stay away from this place. It is an outright scam.
Order 300 blackout ammo on 1/2/17 have been waiting all this time and nothing its now 2/3/17 so i finally called them and they stated that they had a bad batch of ammo wish they would have told me that sooner .and to top it off they wont be giving refunds back until monday the 2/6/17 .what a crappy place will not be doing business with them ever . very bad business. if you ask me.

Ordered 500 rounds of 300 blackout on 11/30/2016. Called many times, submitted email through website asking for order status update. No return phone call so i filed a chargeback with my credit card company. I suggest everyone else does the same. Doesnt sound like any of us are going to receive our order
I placed an order back in early may for 1000 rounds, and only received half my order. Its mid September now and am still getting the run around. Ive been speaking with the shipping foreman Jonathan about this. I was told I would be taken care of, just submit a claim with UPS. My Claim was Not approved, and am Not getting Taken Care Of. I was admitted to that the packaging of my order was handle improperly and nothing i have been told has come true. This definitely has lost ozark ordnance business, and continues to make them look bad!
Couldnt be worse, havent seen or heard anything from them since they stole my money and ran. I ordered two cases of ammo in January 2017 and here it is March 14th and not a single email or contact of any kind....240.00 down the drain.
Fast to take your money beyond slow to ship contact them and always get order pushed back 10 days. Item says 25 units in stock but you will never get notification of it shipping. Good ammo terrible shipping department.
Sounds like we are all experiencing the same issue and need to go to next steps with this company. I too placed an order before Christmas and still have not received it. My credit card was charged very fast but that has been the only thing quick and responsive about the experience. No emails returned, no calls returned. Seems like they keep accepting orders and payment and are not delivering. I am going to contact my credit card company in regards to challenging the purchase. Lousy company to do business with.
If I could score lower I would. I tried to order some ammo starting in June of 2016, was sent some frangible ammo that the rounds kept breaking in the barrel upon loading. I sent all the ammo back and have yet to get a response. I am going on six months and still do not have the correct ammo, and its funny that they dont respond to email or phone calls... Dont buy here
I placed an order for 1000 rounds of 300 Blackout on 4/30/2016. Availability was 17 in stock (meaning 17 x 1000). The website says theyre 10 business days behind on shipping. I waited. I finally emailed them and received a reply that my order would ship soon. Waited some more. I decided to call and was told it would ship by 5/25/2016. Today is 6/1/2016 and the order still hasnt shipped.
Horrible customer service, stated they were refunding money next week for products I ordered 2 months ago. States I wanted to cancel my order and get refund today, would not refund. Told me all she could do is sit and argue about it. Stated I didnt want to argue, I just wanted a refund. She said she had about 70 other calls to get to. I stated I didnt care about them. She hung up. POS company takes your money, doesnt answer email, wont cancel and refund you. I have to give them a star to post. Only reason I did.
I should have read these reviews before buying. I am experiencing exactly what many here have experienced. I ordered 1000 rounds of 300 AAC Blk. It showed 17 in stock. I received an email stating that they were 21-30 business days from shipping. In all fairness, only 28 business days have gone by... This review is being written because I have sent three emails asking for an update to which I received no response.Also, if a website shows ammo as in stock it should be able to ship immediately. Dont charge my card for $450 and then not send me my ammo. You can charge it when its ready to ship. Since you guys are swimming in peoples money without shipping anything, take that money and hire someone to answer emails.
I placed an order with this company in 2016 for 500 rounds of 300 BO, 147 Gr. Here it is middle of APRIL, still no ammo. They say they have a 30 day delay. Its been way more than 30 days. I stated in an email to them to update their site indicating a longer delay or to stop taking orders. They are still taking orders. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not answer phone calls, do not answer emails, and I if take my last gasp of air, they will not be in business much longer. If you have been a victim of theft by this company, Contact the ATF, State Attorney Generals Office, BBB, and FTC. File complaints, I am. They obviously do not know how to conduct themselves in the firearm/ammo world, and need to be shut down permanently. I contacted the BBB and Ozark responded they are under new ownership, and refunds would be processed in the order they were received... anyone got a refund???
Ordered some ammo in Oct 2016. Never heard anything else. Jan 2017 they canceled my order and never issues a refund. Called them multiple times on all extensions. Phone rings and no amswer. Cant leave a voice mail either because the mail box is full. I would say they have piss poor customer service but that would imply that they actually have some customer service. Too bad cant give it 0 stars.
Dont order from them!!!!!So wow. I placed an order about 2 months ago. I know on their site it says may take 21-30 days. But its been double that. I have called several times in the past month and emailed them. No response, none. If only they would answer. Good thing I only bought 50 RDS or I would be really pissed. I bought 50 to begin with so I could see what the company and ammo is like. Well the company you cant get ahold of. The ammo? I may never know. I had high hopes of them being good. Placed an order on 1/2/2017. It is now 2/27/2017. I emailed them 3 times and called them twice. Never did I get a response. I would not mind waiting longer but the fact that nobody responded to me is unacceptable. I had to go through my credit card company to get the order cancelled. Ive never dealt with a company so awful.
I ordered 500 rounds of 300 blackout on 11/2/16. Their website stated it would be 30 business days before my order would ship which seemed excessive but I wasnt nesecarily in a hurry and for how much cheaper they were then everywhere else I decided it was worth the wait. I waited patiently for 30 business days and then emailed them to check on the status on my order. They emailed me right back and said that they were running behind but that all orders placed prior to 12/1/16 would be shipped by 12/31/16. Not the answer I was looking for but what could I do. I emailed them again on 1/3/17 asking for either my bullets or my money back and its been a week with no reply. I plan on calling them tomorrow but Im not very optimistic that Ill ever see my bullets or my money. Lesson learned ... pay the money and buy from a reputable company.
I ordered 250 rds of 300 BLK on November 6th 2016. Over three months later I still have not received anything... No ammo, no email, no call. I have tried to contact them by email and phone multiple times. I have never received a response. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM! They do not even have the courtesy to answer the phone so you can cancel your order.
I received my refund on 5/9/2017 for those left wondering. Hope the next company will be better.
Placed an order on 11/25/16. Waited the 30 days and didnt hear anything so I called and was told it would ship by the end of January. Waited until the end of January and still nothing so I tried calling. I called approximately 30 times with no answer and left several messages with no response over a 3-5 day period. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and the business never responded so their rating was lowered to F. Finally after 3 months I got ahold of someone and got the order cancelled. Funny thing is they charged my card the day I ordered but advised it would take 7-10 days after I cancelled to get my money back.My advice is to stay away from this business and order from a reputable company.
DO NOT ORDER!!! Ordered $600 worth of 300Blk on 11/16/16 (Yes, FOUR Months Ago!) and, like everyone else, still have not heard Anything. I That is, until I recieved an email from them 3 days ago(3/4/17) saying that my order had been canceled, with no explanation! It said to contact them if I have any questions, but no on picks up any of the extensions(I Tried Them ALL) and all of their voice mails are full! Still waiting on a refund to my card that they charged nearly FOUR Months ago! I Finally finished my 300Blk build and got my suppressor stamp and I cant even shoot it because of these clowns! I dont care if theyre under new ownership, Ill be doing all my business with Stand 1 Armory from now on. Theyre veteran owned/operated, only charge $8 flat rate shipping, and have better prices anyways for better quality ammo(Hornady). Wish I had found them before Ozark!
I would say that HALF the time they are slow to ship, the other half the time I get the ammo in less than a week. There was one order that took over a month and when I called Jonathan tried to accommodate me... He told me they were busy and then asked Is there something I can do to make it up to you? I simply said Just ship the ammo I paid you for and he said I will, today and I had tracking in 4 hours and my ammo 4 days later. Give these guys a break man... They are one of the few sources of 300AAC that isnt rediculous in price and they have good product. The price is right guys and the ammo is good. I have used this stuff a lot and it held groups as good (if not better) as any boxed ammo out there. I have bought over 1500 rounds from these guys... I have shot about 400 rounds of it and have yet to have a misfire or FTF. Quit bitchin... I say if you dont like the wait go pay a buck a round somewhere else. I would also venture to bet that the very FEW people that have claimed that they got garbage that wouldnt feed dont know how to align a gas block - HALF of it wouldnt cycle is completely false. Sounds like that dude has gun issues, not ammo issues.

Still waiting on ammo ordered over 100 days ago. Company unresponsive to calls and emails. Ive used their ammo in the past with no issues but the delays outweigh the previous experiences Ive had with them. That have essentially taken my money and closed shop for all I know.
Ive had the worst experience with Ozark Ordnance - I order bulk 300 blk out ammo back in November of 2016 - didnt receive any status update regarding the ammo - called to find out its on back order and theyd send as soon as possible 2 months go by I call back - find out they cant handle the influx of customers and that theyre refunding my money (again, I had to call them they didnt notify me, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE); here were are in April - almost May - NO communication, NO refund, and NO ammo; ... Ive called their number multiple times and no one answers their phones... DO NOT BUY from these people - I still havent gotten my money back and I am beyond livid... Dont lose your money like Ive lost mine... BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!!!

Ordered 500 Rds of the 147gr 300 Blackout ammo and KNEW they were about 21-30 days out to ship. So I called and spoke with Jonathan because I wanted to add another 500 to my order. Told me they had 100gr frangible ready to ship if I was interested. 1000 Rds for plinking and no wait at 43 cents a round? Heck yeah! Order shipped same day. Shot about 100 Rds at the range today. No FTF and grouping was great!For the price youre getting 300 Blackout for its worth the wait.

I cant review the actual ammo because I never received it. I can review the lack of communication though. I placed an order on 5/4/16 for 50 rounds of 125gr ballistic tip 300 blackout and 500 rounds of 147gr FMJ 300 Blackout. The website said (and still says) that they were 10 business days behind on shipping from the time the order was placed. Ok, no problem! I patiently wait until the 10th business day comes, no tracking. Wait through the 11th business day, no tracking. So around noon on the 12th business day 5/20/16, I sent a very polite email to them asking when my order might ship. No reply that day...or the next day....or the day after that...and so on. So then I sent an email to the email address listed on their facebook account on 5/23/16. Guess what - yep - no reply that day...or the next day...or the day after that...and so on.So now its 5/26/16, business day 16 from the day the order was placed. I call them, speak with Jeff, he says Sheila is on the phone and will be for a while, takes my name, number, and order number and says shell call me back. She does call me back within 10-15 minutes, and was very nice, asking what I needed. I inquired when my order would ship and she said probably by mid to late week next week...if then...it was not a definite that they would even ship then...she tells me there were some issue with projectiles. Ok, thats not going to work for me, so I ask to cancel the order, she obliges, and Im off the phone and ready to order elsewhere.So heres my issue with this whole thing....If you have an issue with projectiles...or powder...or whatever else...LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW. Im not going to sit here idle after a 10 business day ship time while you have $200 or $300 or however much of my money. Im going to want to know why its going past that ship time and why I havent gotten tracking. So when I dont get an update or a response to any of my attempts to contact you, Im going to get frustrated. If you need more help to man the email system, get more help!Sheila did call me back after I had asked to cancel to tell me that they had the 50 rounds of ballistic tip that they could ship out right away but not the 500 rounds of 147gr. It was a nice gesture, but obviously the majority of my order still wouldnt have been shipped, and Im not trying to go plink with ballistic tip rounds, so I went through with the cancellation.I gave 2 stars only for Sheila being helpful. Because I dont know how the ammo is...and at this point, I wont be placing another order to try finding out either. And in addition, the email side of the customer service/order updates was completely non-existant...for an eCommerce website/company, thats unacceptable.
I HAVE JUST ORDERED 250 RDS OF 300AAC FROM THIS LAST WEEK. I HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER YET AND THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT. WHEN I DO RECIEVE THEM I WILL LEAVE ANOTHER FEED BACK. MY RESPONSE IS TO THOSE COMPLAINING. TO ME IT SEEMS THAT THE OWNER IS TRYING TO RESOLVE ALL ISSUES WITH THE PROBLEMS. FOR THAT ALONE I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER AMMO FROM THIS COMPANY. They have had my money since Jan 12th, 2017 !! Only promises of returning the money. Im glad I didnt get the ammo !! Probably would have been dangerous. Talked to everybody and their mother with bs excuses about getting in bad powder waiting for restock from check is in the mail ! To we got bought out and everyone will get a refund by March 31st after the buyout happened. Now the phone rings with no answering.
Zero customer service. They may be in business but I dont know what they are selling. I ordered 500 rounds of .300 black out November 18th their WEB page stated 30 business day delay in shipping orders. 35 business days later I had not heard anything so I called and no one picked up after repeated calls. Voice mail said leave message but their mail box was full. Over the next several weeks left 3 emails including request to cancel order. Nothing heard after repeated phone calls and emails. Called credit card company and requested a credit. Finally, received order cancellation answer from them and credit to my account February 13th.
Cheap quality and has issues feeding and firing. Walmart ammo works better than this crap.
Horrible ammo wont even shoot since it doesnt fit right in tye barrel almost like its to short. Contacted them about it and still wont get back to me avoid at all costs bye from walmart or any 300 blackout dealer.
