I made my first visit this morning to the new HF store in Neosho. I was very impressed!Yes, this particular store is a bit smaller than some other locations. But it is clean, well-stocked and very shopper-friendly.I needed guidance finding a watch case press. Store employees gave me precise directions.I predict I will use the Neosho store much more than the Rogers, AR store in the future.

Enjoyed this store. Way larger than most other harbor freight stores. Like everything spaced out. Friendly staff as well.

Went to the store looking for a low profile hydronic jack. They had a lot of different types but not what I was looking for. They had all kinds of interesting tools and things but nothing I needed but will keep them in mind when I do.

They had everything we needed. We placed our order in advance and check-out was fast and convenient. Very knowledgeable staff. Definitely going back soon for more treasures.

This is the second time I have tried to use the 20% off coupon and it didnt work. Different items, different days, different stores. I know theres fine print, but Im pretty sure the items I bought were covered.

I didnt like it you have to pay them so much money to get discounts on stuff thats supposed to be discounted anyway as real weird they will send you know of coupons in the mail was she by this some Garland a discount card that you gotta pay for which is strange

Great selection for tools and supplies. A bit understaffed though. Can never find anyone to help.

Good prices and sign up for their reward emails get a 20% discount on any item every month. Also in the advertisement paper in the entrance the coupon is in their showing their specials.

Checked online and called to make sure they had the item I wanted. Drove to the store and the item was NOT on the shelf. I had to find an associate and he took ten minutes to bring me one. When I got it home, the box was triple taped. I took the item out and the plastic tray was broken. It doesnt affect the use of it but Im still not happy with this.
