Great place to find just about any part for a motorcycle whether it be a street bike or a cruiser, staff is friendly and super helpful, and best of all they dont try to BS you when it comes the value of things. I will only go to West 60 cycle to get Suzuki parts, thank you all so much!!!

Google doesnt allow enough words in a review to describe what happened, I know this, because after crafting a lengthy but well documented review trying to portray both sides of the story I couldnt post it. The whole interaction wasnt bad. Its a really nice, clean, and well air conditioned building with an abundance of parts in the salvage yard. The prices seem high to me and several other reviews suggest this as well. Most of the employees were nice and helpful enough and it actually pains me to leave one star, as Id like to see a local buisness do as good as possible. But the final interaction with the lady at the desk demands it, it was the most unprofessional interaction of my life. (No exaggeration) Maybe she was just having an off day or maybe they, like many other businesses, are still suffering from covid-19. Either way it has been years since patronaging here and will probably be years before I go back. If I ever go back, to me, its worth a few more dollars to just have a nice exchange with a fellow human.

Purchased an old tw200 to rebuild, the staff was super helpful and was fun to walk around the yard!

It’s a nice place, quite fun to go out in the yard and look around. However there price while reasonable to others, are over priced. I went looking for a new set of carb diaphragms for my CB350 Twin and was quoted $140 for a used set. I was able to find new OEM replacements for $30 each online. I thought I’d let that go and order a rebuild kit. I did so, specifically asking for a CB TWIN kit and instead received a CB FOUR KIT. This experience was nothing short of disappointing. I hope to have a better experience when and if I decide to go again.

Had some work done on my bike there. They were very friendly and did a great job for me. I will return there to have anything that I cant do in my own shop repaired. They also have a good selection of new and used parts. The prices are fair and they have name brand aftermarket parts, Helmets and clothing items. Stop in and check them out!

The most caring bunch of Motorheads I have met. They are honest, do good work, and work hard to get the parts you order. I ordered things that were discontinued for my bike. I didnt know they were, until West 60 started to order them. It took a few weeks. But the parts I wanted were located on dusty shelves in places far away. You have to remember, in a world of 90 second fast food and overnight delivery, sometimes its rewarding to wait.

Ive never had any luck here. Im not sure why I return. Today I found a fork that would work on my bike. I asked for the price over the phone and I was given the answer, a hundred a side. I show up and the price went up by 50%. Now its $150 per side. I dont play games like that. Its dishonest. I wont do business with anyone whos not good for their word. I hope the extra $50 bucks you tried to make today was worth losing a customer.

Not much for anyone who prefers a sports bike. I wasnt offered help but instead told to go away unless I was going to buy something when they offered nothing that suited my taste. I asked the counter for help locating a bike and they said they could get what I wanted and they would call if I left my number... They never called.

Waited for almost 2 hours before they escorted me to the salvage barn. The old guy that took me out there to look for mirrors was not nice or helpful. If I was only there for the salvage side I would give zero stars. Fortunately the owner is very nice and helpful. I almost bought a part that would not work and was quit expensive. He found the right parts for my bike and saved me twenty dollars in the process. I will go back for new parts and accessories but I will not return to look for used parts.

Great selection on new stuff, and i am not sure if anyone can beat them on used parts inventory..Prices seemed right in line with everywhere else, but one thing I will say about the place is the selection is better than youll see in the shops in the bigger cities. Want to look and feel a Saddle man seat before you buy it? You can do that here.. They have half a dozen on display. Want look at 6 different styles of bars to see how they feel in the shoulders?? You can do that here too, they a have a few dozen different styles. And taillights.. Bobbing out that Vulcan and want to look at different styles before you buy.. Yea, they got a couple dozen different ones in stock, on the shelf..Oh, and they sell used bikes as well... They service bikes... They might even gave a track out back for all I know...If you are going to be going across 60 from Neosho towards Oklahoma, its about 5 miles or so before you h8t the state line.. Sits back off the road a way, but they have pretty good signs..Stay safe yall..

How do I put this into words? You would have to know me in order to know what and how I felt in this place, even finally getting to check this place out! I have wanted to go to this motorcycle graveyard for about a year or more, I would say. They say there is no greater love than that of a mothers. That would be one of the reasons all the bad boys got the MOM tat. Every badass came from a woman and that makes her the most special. Because without a badass mom makin sweet woopie to some poor old white boy, there would be no badass young men. And without those young men, I would never have been able to get where I am and where Im going.For me, being at West 60 cycle was almost like if you cut a piece of heaven and stuck it here on Earth. Im in love with the bikes, man. What can I say? I felt welcomed by the employees and by the bikes. At no point, ever, did I think I was in the wrong place. Which happens frequently when you are a woman in a mans world.If you are someone like me that would love to live and breathe all things motorcycle, then you will love the vibe here. Its very special. Very unique and wondrous. Im sure that everyone else may see useless junk but when I look at it, I see all the glory in every single piece from a frame that caught fire to the busted af belts, chains, and carburetors. So to me, this place nearly had me in tears. Im a badass mf so I dont often cry around smelly old men. Thats enough now, so Im gonna go try to pick up my butt that fell out the whole time I was there and remain classy the next time I go so that the owners dont think Im some creepy fangirl that cant control her emotions.
