Donna is the friendliest and most helpful employee! She will make sure you get all of your savings and will make you smile!
One employee was wearing a mask, but it was not covering her nose and only covered half her mouth. I don’t want germs and a potential virus from store employees. Also, there is no personal space between you and them — not only are the masks ignored, but the social distancing policies as well. Go to any other CVS around the corner.
Buyer Beware. Pharmacy gave us the wrong medication today (something I have not been on in over a year) and then refused to refund us because we left the store. The entire process took no longer than 10 minutes and we were told they couldnt take it back because they would have to throw them away and lose money. Why should us customers pay for your screw ups?
Self checkout is just a nightmare. Why on earth do you have an employee there?.1. The employee is (if you are lucky) 2 feet away from you.2. The employee insisted in grabbing my credit card and touching the things I was purchasing. Can you put that person behind the counter? The whole plexiglass is just for the show when you have this going on.Ps: This problem started since they installed the self checkout. Making it worse now (during the pandemic)
I went in the cvs store for looking for party supplies with my four african American friends and we were approached by a lady that looks like she’s in her late 50s the first thing she said was what are u guys doing here and what are u guys buying and what are we doing after shopping. We told her we were shopping for supplies and she kept following us untill we left the store she followed us to the candy aisle and she followed us to the register to make sure we paid .We were very upset because we were regular shoppers and we were definitely racially profiled.
They need to bring more workers to the register when there a line the wait times to check out are to long but other then that its a good pharmacy

Get your employees away from the self checkout registers. Their help makes it take 5 times longer than it should and are breathing over your shoulder the whole time.
The staff is very friendly and efficient I always find what I want.
Workers are nice but they need to work on the lines because every time I go the line in the aisles
Staff is always friendly and very nice. Always fully stocked!!! Really out standing.
I am from Florida and I deal with CVS there.I had prescriptions to be filled at 232 Smithtown Blvd. They tried to fill the prescription with the prescription numbers that I gave them. They could not, the computer set up by CVS does not allow one store to pick the numbers from one store to another each CVS has there own set. This day and age it seems they dont have the right system for that large chain?
Ive been a customer for years and everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful
Typical CVS, fully stocked. Checkout line was a little long in late afternoon/early evening but it got moving right quick and the cashier was friendly.
This CVS has to be one of the worst on the island besides the long pharmacy wait lines, they have a new policy. If you go into this CVS with a back pack or even a large purse. They make you hand it over and it has to be put behind the counter until you leave. I was walking towards the cooler aisle to get a soda and had some lady come up to me who works there with a snarky attitude saying she has to take my back pack and I can get it back when I leave. Apparently they have this rule now because of people shoplifting. Now I would be cool with this whole new rule if it was a universal rule of all the cvs. So far this cvs seems to be the only one. Since lost and prevention cant do there job effectively, now anybody that comes into this cvs with a back pack or a large purse has to be now treated as a potential criminal. Way to make your customers feel welcome. Customers are going to love this new rule, sarcasticly speaking of course. This CVS already has bad reviews which isnt helping there case with this new rule. I wouldnt recommend coming here unless you really have to....
When I went to this specific cvs, I had a bad experience. One of the workers was yelling at my friend and I. They are not kind and helpful. I do not recommend going to this drug store. They were very rude and disrespectful to us.
If I could give no stars I would. My friend and I went to this cvs to take back a foundation that was the wrong color and return it. Before we were going to go to the counter to make the return, I wanted to find a new foundation in exchange for the old one. I’m looking around and usually drug stores don’t really want you to be testing the products, but in the beauty section of this cvs, there were many mirrors, and when I opened a foundation, there was no seal, and because I didn’t want to come back over and over again like I did that day, I wanted to just get the color right while I could. So I put a little on the back of my hand and held it up next to my face in the mirror to see if I thought it was a good color match. A lady working there came up to me and yelled at me and my friend. She took the foundation out of my hand and said, “well you’re not going to pay for it are you?” I said “well that’s kind of what I’m trying to figure out!” She gave the bottle back to me and I went to put it back because no way am I going to buy a product here now, and she took it back and said no I can not put it back even though the lid never once touched my hand. She walked away and through it out! What?! That’s compleatly wasting an entire bottle of product that I might’ve bought if she let me complete my intention of getting the right color. After that, we walked away and she continued lurking that one ilsle up and down until we left.
My daughter and her boyfriend were harassed by an older female employee because they are a biracial couple. They were followed around the store by this woman and she even followed them up to the register to make sure they paid for everything. She even followed them out to the parking lot.My daughter was very upset and shaken to have been treated like that just because of her boyfriend’s race.We have contacted corporate offices, customer service and the manager of the store. This woman needs to be dealt with for her discrimination and racial profiling. We will not be shopping at your store again!
