I use its pharmacy for more than 6 months. Every month my sons doctor send two prescriptions. There was once I could get only 10 day supply when I picked up. And had to go second time to get the rest. This time, I was there on Saturday and was told too early to pick up. Today I was only able to get one medicine, the other one is ready tomorrow. I was very upset. My son needs his medicine every day. I dont know such monthly medicine, and it was sent a week earlier, why it still not ready. It had never happened when I used Shop rite pharmacy. Unfortunately its closed. I hope you can do better at getting the prescription ready. Some maybe life saving.

I love going to this place. its not as large as a Sams or BJs but prices a great, service is great, definitely a warehouse style shopping experience for the home or restaurant. They always have a large parking lot with lots of handicap parking. shopping carts are available, bathrooms are open. their pricing is good BUT you do have to be a club member to use their services. when I need a Lodge quantity of an item as well as a large assortment of items this is my go-to place.

I have been a member for over 25 yrs and I love shopping at Costco simply because their return policy is unbelievable and you don’t even have to have your receipt to get ur money back! Love all the quality of items specially the Kirkland brand! I also have the executive membership Because it helps me get rewards money back that helps me pay for the membership plus a lots more to spend! I also get rewards back from Costco visa credit card. I buy almost everything from Costco, grocery, home supplies and jewelry! I honestly trust Costco diamonds than buying it from an outside jeweler because Costco gives you all of details as far as the color and clarity. I love Costco so much that I actually bought their stocks in 1996 ago at like $10 a share and look at it now ! Costco stock is at $391.00 that’s the biggest proof that Costco is an amazing and a great company to buy from and invest in!

I was in and out very fast since I had an idea where things were located. As I weaved around I manage to pick up some sale items. I was there to pick up 2 things and ended up with 6 and I only got 1 if the two things I needed. The store is always busy and I noticed social distancing not practiced when lining up to pay. This was my first time back in COSTCO since 2019.

For truckers exit 56 go left at light 111 north then left 454 then right 347 then right at co rd 25 ramp and 1 mile Costco on right at light ( first enterence go straight to back docks) nice guys and fast service..there is gate at front so no overnight..parking at exit 56 left at 111 and immediately left back to service dr sign posted in blue .if you lucky you might find spot there ..

We love Costco for many reasons but today was all about the meats! Costco has best selection of the best cuts of meat at the best prices. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful too!

Absolute favorite local place to shop. We make a very large contribution every week! Love to sample new items and to find new seasonal items. Variety is great. You can’t beat the prices! Employees are extremely helpful and always friendly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that they are now switching items around. It feels like they are deliberately trying to get to isles you might not usually go to. When you are in a rush, it’s a little frustrating.

The lines can be a little intimidating if you’re visiting on a late Saturday/Sunday morning but I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. I always seem to come prepared with a list but leave having impulsively purchased fun, big ticket items. The prepared food is great and the Kirkland branded items are identical to name brands.

What can I say its Costco. The one thing I dislike that Costco does not and BJs does is put signs at the end of the aisle to tell you whats in each aisle. I read an article about Costco saying they purposely dont do that because they want you to search through the location. This one was well stocked the staff is friendly. And I like the fact that Bernard is now working the door. I just wish we could get rid of the mask and be able to see his smiling face

Ohwww well... I am not sure what to say about this.You get almost everything that you want. But you only get it on quite a large quantity. If you are looking for things in small quantity, this is definitely not a place to look at. And also, you need to have a membership here in order to get in and buy stuff over there. And as an example of how much quantity we (group of 5 students) normally buy there, here is a pic 😂

Update: dont come during busy times if youre worried about staff and guests for face coverings. There were multiple people without masks at all.This Costco is great, even during the pandemic. Shelves and fridges are stocked, place is clean, staff are friendly and helpful when you ask. Food court is always nice and tasty food - the hotdogs are always a treat. They are doing a great job with covid rules too, and almost all customers do too. Highly recommended. My only hope is they sell more types of beer; they really only have IPA.

Dont get me wrong, I love this Costco and I have been a member since 2001. I dont have any complaint about this warehouse, except its wireless kiosk. I have been buying and updating phones and lines for my whole family (5 of them) since the flip phones from the Nesconset Costco wireless kiosk. I have trusted them and the price was right. However, it happened with my last phone purchase. I have bought Galaxy S20FE around in November, 2020. I found out the huge sale on the same phone started very next day (about $300 difference). I went to kiosk and asked if I can get difference in sale price. The sales rep said that it will be a whole lot of process to go tohrough return and repurchase. Instead, he would let his manager (or owner) know about the situation. He took my # with all the info with his #. 3 days later I called and the rep said that the owner will issue me a Costco gift card within 3 months. I have waited over 7 months and I havent gotten anything back. I stoped in whenever I visited Costco sevral times to talk to the different reps and end up leaving my info 3 time again and again. I am not giving any more business with this kiosk who doesnt keep the promise with the customers.

Completely worth the membership fee with the amount you save. I was able to get my samsung watch there for $150. Plus you can get an entire pie for $10 which the quality is pretty good compared to the price

My favorite since it was Price Club. Best prices and their return policy is great. Their small mark-up gives you great buys. Furniture, top roast chicken, Pizza, foods are just a few of regulars.

I shop the Nesconset location. Staff are friendly although at height of pandemic in spring they majorly fell off in terms of customer service, but I’m seeing them return to the Costco standards. Store is usually decently stocked for the most part, sometimes can be hit or miss but that’s understandable due to these times. What I will say is that it’s usually a “zoo” here long lines to get in. There’s been times I’ve drove in and right out without even parking. Positive is if you do dare to enter during heightened times, the wait times on line at register are very quick.

We enjoy Costco more than the other warehouse clubs. They have the best and most choices. Their fresh meals are great... try the stuffed peppers.

Overall its a good store, however, given that they do not control how many people are allowed in the store at once it can get crowded. Whats actually frustrating about the crowds though is that Costco still insists on having these sample foods kiosks throughout the store and blocking traffic in the aisles. You would think maybe during a epidemic they would ease up on the advertising in order to allow people to move expeditiously through the store.

This particular Costco in the Smithtown Commack area is very efficient and friendly love shopping here

The pre- prepared foods are incredible, we love the quality of the fruit, the sea food is great, and the cuts of meat are amazing. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and sincerely care about what your needs are. We have never had a bad experience. We are thankful that we have such a high quality shopping experience so near by!

This review comes after weeks of seeing how this store doesnt have a clue on how to deal with insane amounts of crowds.Every weekend the line goes from the registers to the water aisle and wraps around (sometimes til the frozen fruit section). Why did they stop limiting the amount of people in the store?.Last week a women walked in, past the greeter, and made it all the way in without wearing a mask. Another customer called her out and a manager was called.Why do they have greeters? They dont keep track of the number of customer neither enforce the mask.As a result of the over crowded store at the moment you go to the registers you are always back to back with the person whos paying at the next register. How is this social distance acceptable?These problems need to be fix ASAP!

Sure, we buy diapers and food and allergy meds here but their electronics department is well-stocked with some Costco built specs. Whats even better is their salespeople on the floor not only know their stuff, but are willing to help you buy what you need rather than put you into overdrive. Costco understands the importance of customer service and how important it is.Their return policy is second to none .I recently purchased a pair of winter gloves and they were available for a cheaper price.Not having the receipt I went to customer service and they refunded me the difference no questions asked.We purchased a Smart TV from them and several months after having it we received a 10 dollar coupon in the mail, it stated that the price of the TV was discounted and they passed the savings along to their customers.We purchase all of our cellular phones when we can because of the discount and their liberal return policy.The people who work in this particular store have been there for as long as we been members, since 1996, and you actually have a personal relationship with them.The store is clean and always well stocked.There is always a great number of registers open and they keep the flow moving quickly.Couple this with their tire service center and they make for a very rewarding experience.

The social distancing safety measures are the most organized and efficient at Costco since the whole pandemic started. Even when the line wraps around the building, it never takes more than 10-15mins to get inside! Its way faster than you think, its just with six feet apart the lines look like theyll take longer than they do. Same with checkout lines. Costco doesnt play, they have always been fast, they are just as fast as they always have been, it just looks like it will take a long time, trust me it wont.

It was not crowded good sales..and found Lysol which was a big deal these days

Nice staff, nice prices. Shame about the blade tenderized meats. Why would you blade tenderize prime steaks? Thats not THIS Costcos fault, of course, its a corporate issue. But its an issue nonetheless.

Run of the mill Costco...but selections not that good or extensive like the Melville or Commack Costco stores...lousy parking compared to the aforementioned stores...

I have been a member for over 20 years. Costco offers great prices on a wide selection of food, clothing, groceries, home goods and electronics. This warehouse is well organized, clean and the staff are helpful. Lines to checkout move quickly and the savings are excellent.

Whats to say about Costco? Its always a great place to go I find that this Costco is a bit smaller than the other Costcos such as Holbrook or Riverhead. But the people make all the difference.
