Floyds Knobs Body Repair is a top notch auto repair shop. I recommend them to anyone looking to have their auto/truck back running and looking good. They were very responsible about contacting us and easy people to talk with.

My insurance company referred me to this repair shop after a accident. Brad was my contact and kept me up-to-date on the repair progress. The repair looks excellent! Great work and I would recommend them.

The team here was very professional and courteous. The repair job on my car is immaculate and they made sure to keep me up to date the entire process.

I want to let everyone know that this shop goes over and above. I requested an emergency service for our wheelchair van. It was hit and run yesterday and the rear bumper was smashed up against the wheelchair ramp. I called them and requested they move the bumper out of the way so we could still use the van for transporting our son. It was his birthday weekend this weekend, and Christmas next week, and this was our only way of transporting him. They agreed to fix it and they did it in under 24 hours, and even straightened up some of the bumper so it would not look so bad until we can get it repaired. Not every shop would do this. I would recommend everyone be aware of how much the people at this business cares and how nice and responsive they were to our request.

I had a great experience at Floyds Knobs Auto Body Repair. Their customer service was excellent and Chad was fantastic to work with. My hood, bumper, impact bar and some other items had to be replaced due to an accident from an uninsured driver. They worked directly with my insurance and got it all taken care of. They even washed and vacuumed my car! Would definitely recommend!

When my car was involved in an accident, both my insurance company and the paying insurance company recommended them so I figured that was a good pick. They fixed my bumper cover and made the front of my car look brand new. The bonus was that they detailed the car before I picked it up! Thats class! Thanks for the great work.

I cant speak for the shop but Brad in the office is very courteous. My honda was totaled and they didnt do any work on my vehicle, but Brad was so helpful. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was more worried about my safety then anything. If you go here ask for Brad.

David and his team provided detailed communication, provided necessary information and quoting in rapid time and was more than cooperative with scheduling.
