I brought my car to Meineke due to a coolant leak. Although they were unable to make the repair (import), they correctly diagnosed the problem and made a recommendation. Gary was extremely professional and helpful. I truly appreciate this team. I have had work done here before and I will certainly return.

If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. I have giving these guys a headache the past couple of months with my Lancer. I’ve had to take my car multiple times to try to get the window and ac fixed. They fixed what they could and did a great job, I had to go to the dealership to get the rest fixed since they are the only ones that can program the parts. It was a night and day difference between the two…The Mitsubishi dealership didn’t know what they were doing at all and had my car for almost three weeks, it would take multiple tries to reach someone over the phone everyday I wanted an update. Each time I dropped off my car at meinke, they always got it done in a day or a few days at most and they always kept me updated each step of the way. Gary and Robbie (sorry if I misspelled it wrong) have been so friendly and helpful during all this. I 100% recommend these folks!

Wouldnt recommend to anyone that needs a flexible time to get oil changed. Manager seemed unforgiving and why too busy for if a customer has a life situation I needed to do 20 minutes late and it was just for oil change I get that that is something but thats not something that takes a long long time so should we have the facility to do it in I didnt expect that by getting there at 10:20 instead of 10:00 would have made that big of a difference being that you can drive in most of the places but that was my experience wont go back to measures not very friendly and doesnt seem to care whether you come back or not so Ill just move on

I will never go back here. Over $700 and several days later and my car is now at another shop getting fixed for what I originally took it here for, because no one at Meineke would listen to me.Meineke told me over and over again that there was a problem with my water pump and after running a bunch of tests, they couldnt find anything else wrong with my car.The shop that my car is at now actually ran those tests and found the problem in about 15 min, and it has nothing to do with my water pump. In fact, my water pump is completely fine. The problem was a vacuum leak, like I said it probably was.Im glad I went somewhere else, because it saved me almost $900 in unnecessary repairs.

Rob came to the rescue as my battery died on me 2 1/2 hours from home. Rob was able to line up a tow truck to get me to the store where an associate replace the battery quickly. We lost about an hour and 30 minutes. My wife and I were taking four grandchildren to holiday world for the weekend.

Told us not to return to them for any service, as our drivers seat is not functional and can’t be moved. Funny, been there twice before and this was not mentioned as an issue. Fine with us…we’ll take our business elsewhere!!

Manager greets you when you arrive. Clean environment, prompt service. Have always been honest and willing to work with you on repairs and cost. This is the only place I go for auto repairs and continue to recommend to others.

Been using Meineke for a few years now, and have dealt principally with Robbie Long, the Manager. Ive found him to be courteous, friendly, and businesslike. The work has always been performed in a satisfactory manner. I drive a 20-year-old car which they keep maintained, and it just hums along. Although I know little about cars and can never clearly explain the problem, Robbie seems to figure out what needs to be addressed, and Meineke addresses it. I have no idea about the cost of Meinekes services relative to that of the industry, but I know I can and do rely upon them to keep my car in running condition and I plan to continue using Meineke for my cars maintenance.

I had a rather significant oil leak that was discovered as I was leaving for work. Scrambling to find a place to work on it in such short notice, I was pleased that Meineke was willing to work with me. They couldn’t get me in until the afternoon, but had a loaner car for me to use to get to work, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the text and email updates to include pictures of the issue I was facing. I was very happy with the cost when compared to the work they completed. I will start using Meineke for my oil changes and while I hope I won’t need them, I’ll be using them for any further repairs I may need.

I was there for about an hour and the entire time just about every two minutes the guy at the counter would attempt to cough up something and it was gross to listen to. While I was there some lady came in complaining about their quality of work and when my car was ready I get in it to discover that it smells like someone threw up in it! I would say going here you are taking your chances!! Proceed with caution 🤷‍♂️

On the website it says free a/c check and so we put an appointment for 7:30 and then they said they dont open till 8 so we had to wait just for the guy who was super rude to tell us that it would be 150 dollars to check it. When on those website it says free check and a whole list of things they check for free to see whats wrong with you ac. But once we was there he said they will visually look and tell you it dont work for free them it was 150 for anything else or to check why it doesnt work. Wth we know its not working.i would give 0 stars if possible. The guy at the desk was very rude and unprofessional also.

I live in Kentucky, but my sister who is deaf lives in Indiana. I called to schedule an oil change and and explained it was for my sister and that she is deaf. Robbie was very nice and had no problem working with my sister. They communicated by pencil and paper. My talks with Robbie were always helpful and with understanding. He didnt try to push services on me even though they needed to be done. All in all, I and my sister will continue to go see Robbie and his great crew!!

Super awesome service. Was kinda skeptical at first cause I never used them before. Had my catalytic converter cut out of my truck and Im not from here in Indiana, I called them on a Saturday about lunch and they had me in at 9am Monday and gone with a new one and had to add some pipe by 10am. Customer service guys ( I think his name was Robbie)super awesome and knowledgeable. They didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need. These guys are great at everything a customer needs. These guys are honest, hard working And true professionals. Ive never seen any employee with a Bad attitude. Always friendly! No matter whos at the desk. Ive never felt like I was getting the run around. They simply did what was asked and gave an honest and professional opinion. Ive never spent all day in the shop either. They get it done quickly. I have been going to these guys for about 3 to 5 years and I always recommend this location as a place to take a vehicle to ANYONE who asks. When my daughter was tricked into buying a lemon, they did all the assessment and figured out the car wasnt worth fixing and didnt even charge her anything because they understood the position she was in. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Not a bad thing to say. EXCELLENT!!!

This place has changed. I used to like going here but I wont be back anymore. This time I took my tire in because it kept loosing air. Not completely flat but enough to need airing up. Thought it was a tire I got from them so thats why I returned. But it wasnt the tire they replaced but they should still be capable of diagnosing. I made an appt for noon. My husband ended up taking my car for me. They told him it would be at least an hr before they could look at it so he had to leave to get back to work. I had not heard from them for a few hours. Called at 445. They still had not gotten to it. I confirmed their closing time. Which was six. They call me back at 530 and said they couldnt find anything wrong. Am I sure its not just the temp changes. Yup sure. Started happening before then. I rush to pick up my car because I only have a half hour before they close. Today my tire is completely flat. I cant even drive to the gas station on it flat. So now I need to go somewhere else and hopefully figure out the issue but I dont doubt they incorrectly reinstalled my tire. Guess Ill find out at the next place. The tire I did get from them approx a year ago. I left after and went to meijer to get out and hear the tire hissing. Had to call and rush back for them to fix it before they closed. They did something wrong when installing. My husband went there for them to replace his battery cables...we already purchased the battery. He had everything removed in order to get to the battery because we attempted to replace the battery to find out it was the cables. Husband asked them to replace everything that was removed because yeah know that was part of the labor we paid for and they didnt. They just left it in his trunk. We were too frustrated to go back in an say something and again it was closing time. Idk whats happened but they definitely dont do quality work anymore. They had dissatisfied customers at the desk when my husband walked in to drop my car off. Then when I went to pick up my car they were having a stern convo on the phone with someone. Id avoid. Not quality work anymore.

Weve taken our cars to Meineke for years. Recently we purchased a car from Carvana only to find the emergency brake wasnt connected. Oh, did I mention that was after the fact the brakes failed to stop the car.Anyways, Gary did an amazing job talking to and fighting with the warranty company and getting everything paid for. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. Their prices are fair, they do a great job, and they are quick about getting your car fixed up quickly.

A well-known car dealership told me my flex pipe Needed to be replaced to fix the rattling sound I was hearing. They also told me it would be a $1200 repair. I called Meineke to do the repair because I heard they were going to be cheaper.After I drop the car off they called me to let me know my flex pipe was fine and that it was two bolts that were loose that was causing the rattle. They did not charge me to tighten the bolts and save me $1200 due to the great honesty!

Im SO impressed with this shop and its owner, Bill. From the moment I called to schedule an oil change, Bill was super friendly and professional on the phone. When his staff pulled my Jeep into the bay on the day of the appointment, the brake line ruptured, spewing brake fluid everywhere. Bill and his team replaced the line THAT day, in a few hours, and gave me a loaner to use for the afternoon. The repair came at a fair price, and I felt confident that Bill had my best interests at heart. I left feeling so much safer. THANKS, BILL!!!!! :)

They are very knowledgeable and nice. I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to tell me if I need new front brakes. They told me my brakes were good and that it looked like brake dust causing the noise so they cleaned it for me. It’s obvious they aren’t out to just get money; they provide honest service. They also found an oil leak I didn’t know I had; they show you pictures of all the issues they find so you know they aren’t trying to pull one over on you. I’m happy with this business and will continue to go back.

One of the few national services that still do welding. They do just about everything else, too. Everybodys great. Ask for Bill and ask about a Meineke card.

The oil change itself was good but the manager is rude. He only has 2 techs and the service takes an hour (for an oil change which usually takes 15-20 minutes). I was 19 minutes late for appt and he took the next customer, but refused to service my vehicle in that persons time slot (he took that car in 14 minutes after my appt was to begin) so I rescheduled. When I arrived the 2nd time (2 minutes prior to appt time) and stated why I was there, instead of checking me in and having my car taken back on time--remember they are total sticklers for appt times, he told me to wait a minute and picked up the phone and dialed another customer with whom he then spent 28 minutes on the phone and didnt ask me for my personal info or begin to offer me service until 26 minutes after my appt time! He seems to think hes an MD or something. I used a Groupon or I probably would not have returned after the first time he was so rude. Its really a shame because Ive used Meinke for years and like the shop. Maybe Ill go back but probably only on the 1 day per week his assistant manager is working instead. ;/

Go in for oil change, always find a problem to fix at inflated prices. Im sure non mechanical people frightened into doing repairs. My oil changer spent more time on his phone than working on my car.

I love using Meineke. They give me a full inspection every time. They were short staffed at my last appointment and i was there for 2 hours when it would have been about 45 minutes. But that was not their fault. Always great!

Way too expensive for just an oil change

Went in because my car had been making some noise, and i figured it was my brakes and rotors. I pulled in here, because it was making a ton of noise on that day, well turns out it was my wheel bearing and it was ready to fall off. Needless to say they got it taken care of and done all in about an hour and a half, and my car is running like its brand new. I will forever be grateful that they took amazing care of me when i couldnt afford to leave it overnight. I imposed on them by just walking in, and they knocked it out of the park with their service. I will definitely be going back and i will definitely recommend them anytime someone needs excellent work done on their vehicle.

Even tho I was 20 min late they still got me in the shop quickly. Got two back rotors and pads for my suv, prices were better than Big O, and a few others. Most were gonna charge me 2 - 3 hundred for one side. Meineke did both for 3. The staff were very humble and polite. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Ill leave 4 and not 5 because only GOD is perfect. If yall are having doubts. Dont worry these are good people.

They said it would be over $800 to take care of my brakes-then very rudely asked where I would get it done cheaper. When asked if they could do less work for a cheaper price they said they couldnt. They also ripped off the old lady ahead of us at the same location that was too ignorant to know any better. Got the same job done for $400 with another business.

Brought my CRV in August of 2019, paid over 500 dollars for new catback exhaust. Muffler came undone due to bad welding. I take it back in October 2020 with the issue. The manager confirms that the mechanic who originally did my work has been fired, I assume for poor quality. Then he refuses to fix the welds without chargung me $115 dollars. $115 dollars to fix a confirmed bad employees mistakes just because its been slighlty over the year warranty. Manager says he doesnt make the rules, but also doesnt attempt to try to make it right in anyway. Very poor workmanship followed by even poorer customer service. Dont go to these clowns.

Misdiagnosed the issue in my 1981 ford f100, tried to mark up parts 500% above retail, when confronted about it first threatened to call the police than gave back $220.00, I had to take the truck to another garage where the discovered the pad were installed backwards!!!! Also they called me 8x before the repair was finished asking for payment so they could pay their mechanics. The place is a circus full of clowns. Ripping anyone off they can I suspect. Beware!

Really not happy with this business’s policy on ‘shop supplies’. I was quoted $50 on top of my parts and labor, which was a charge for supplies. When I questioned the employee about why the charge was so high, he explained that it was ‘almost like a type of tax‘ that they added on to each bill. I said that I would not mind at all to pay for whatever shop supplies were actually needed, but that I highly doubt it if it will take $50 worth of shop supplies for the work that was being done on my vehicle. I asked the employee what type of shop supplies are needed to repair a cracked flex plate. He said ‘shop rags and brake cleaner to clean off dirty parts’. So again, my point is, it wouldn’t take $50 worth of shop rags and brake cleaner. There really was no other response from the employee other than ‘well, if you would like to take your vehicle somewhere else you can just pay your diagnostic fee ($100), and you can pick your car back up.’ Rather than waste additional time waiting for my family’s main source of transportation to be fixed, I paid for the repairs at Meineke, but I definitely learned my lesson, and will be looking elsewhere next time. I will give credit that the repairs seem to have been done correctly, and the employees were friendly and courteous, albeit disinterested in my concerns over the shop fees.

Excellent customer service. I was very impressed they not only checked my air filters and said they were clean but they also provided digital pictures of the filters. Very happy they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
