They are always so nice and have great products that Ive rarely had issues with. if Ive had issues they resolved them if possible. I get nervous going out places but they always make u feel welcome here!

I had just went and bought some juice and accessories for the uwell vape and the vape just stops working for me and when I call them they give me a website to get on and now I am stuck without a vape and waisted money

Dont bother showing up until at least an hour after theyre supposed to be open. if you do be ready to sit in the parking lot until an employee decides theyre ready to go to work

Obviously I have been going here for a while now and I have the emails from all the times I come in and have to buy a new vape because I dont keep the box that it comes in but do they specify that anywhere???

New Cloud Vapor on Charlestown Rd. Is the only place I will go for vape needs... Everyone at that store has went above and beyond to help with any issues I have had. They really care about their customers! They are all very nice, and professional! They always have what I need in stock, and prices are good also! Great job guys!!

Love this place. I only wish they had more options for 12mg freebase juice. The 2 out of 3 twelve mg I got for a few months eventually sold out & after 2mo of checking 2 locations, I doubt they’re re-ordering them. ***However I love the store! It is my go-to #1. The staff is super kind & they know what they’re talking about. They don’t try to prove that they are “know it all mod men” by giving me tons of info I didn’t ask for. My coils are always available & I am picking up my next mod there as well. They’re all just super cool laid back ppl that I enjoy chatting with. I go to the location on HWY 62 in Jeffersonville. This location on Charlestown Road in New Albany is my favorite. Ian is the epitome of quality, friendly, knowledgeable, customer service! I have never caught him off guard or in a bad mood. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about him. (He’s not bad to look at either 😉). Lol.

First time I visited... Bought the New Cloud Blue Juice and I must say it is delicious. I highly recommend you get a bottle if you like Blue Raspberry Jolly Ranchers. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Will visit again next time Im in town. 🤯👍

Had plenty of everything I wanted

My boyfriend and I were looking for our first vape today and didnt get much help at another shop. Saw the great reviews for here and decided to try it. The staffs really laid back and very knowledgeable in regards of making it easy for a first time user to understand. They were very encouraging for us to try different juices so we could find a flavor we liked best. We will definitely be back!

This place gets a five star rating, because the customer service is by far the best in the area. When you walk in you are instantly treated as if you are welcome, and no one is there to rush you. The juice they carry is some of the best, and they carry my favorite flavors. Come here if you want to have the best vape experience.

Sent my girlfriend in there to get me some pre made Rda coils and he gave a sub ohm tank coil. Thanks Ian, real knowledgeable about his stuff. Then lied to me 2x over the phone. Real professional and I’m not no manager or sales associate and I know better. Will no longer be going back to the new Albany store. Highly disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Any other one not a single problem. I will recommend Derby E Cigs, not one single problem from them and they never once have lied to me which is actually professional believe it or not.

Never imagined a smoke shop hang out in New Albany and they pull it off very well. It always smells crazy in there with all the different flavor a of juice they have. Im not even a smoker and the times Ive been in there Ive played the guitar they have there and just chilled out and chatted with friends staff and other customers. Neat little store in otherwise boring New Albany : )

This place is incredible. Great staff, great customer service, great atmosphere, the inside is beautiful and comfortable, and they have a good selection of items. I would definitely recommend this store over any others in new albany. Ive been to them all, and this is the one.

Maybe it’s just a fluke but the guy that was supposed to open was an hour late on opening... sat here and watched 5 different people including me and even a ups guy try the door at 11:00 and it’s locked. Nick if you’re reading this I’d crack down on employees being late when they are supposed to open.

If u have a sub ohm tank you need to try the line of junkie juice. The best by far is W. T. M. Or watermelon jolly rancher. This liquid is by far the closest thing to a real jolly rancher. If u like jolly ranchers seriously try this flavor

Awesome store! Very helpful kid at the counter. We went there looking at vape as a alternative to smoking. We didnt know a thing about it. The kid recommend the ijust2 for nicotine delivery and low price. Recommended the correct nicotine level in the juice, and even completely set one of them up after we bought it to show us how. It really works. Cigarette use has stopped by 80% in 24 hours. Ill be going there for all of my vape needs.

Employees talk down to you, don’t show you the product before they expect you to pay for it, and when they make a mistake, refuse to honor their own word. I’ve been to may shops around this area and I encourage you to visit any other shop around New Albany because it’ll be worth it.

Poor customer service, Ive bought several suorin pod drops, several extra pods as well as several bottles of juice from here, I believe in supporting local business, one of my pods was defective, this was only a 5 dollar pod, I filled it with juice and realize it wasnt going to work correctly, took it back expecting a replacement, but was told they couldnt do it, so at the expense of a couple of bucks at their cost, they lost a customer for life, very much a bad business decision, will take my money elsewhere....

Ive been patronizing other vape shops and after visiting New Cloud I havent since. After the staff worked with me to find a juice to my liking I sat down and vaped as I played their xbox one. The building is clean and the ambiance is relaxed, New Cloud satisfies all of my vape/lounge expectations!
