I purchased a custom order wreath and it turned out AMAZING! I picked out the size, some flowers and greenery, a sign and paint color, and they did the rest! It only took a few days and was super reasonably priced! Definitely worth the drive across the river!!!

The store always has plenty of cute gifts and crafts ideas. The staff could be a little friendlier to Shoppers when they are walking around the store. Theres nothing like having to walk past workers having a conversation without them speaking.

Nice little craft shop with a nice variety of items although most sections are small. I made jewellery and use a variety of beads but their beading section is very small. They do have a nice selection of fabrics, mostly cotton for quilting. Every employee I have met there has been extremely helpful.

Great place local with an adult airgun department! Always a pleasure to stop by for some quality pellets and accessories. Just dont tell my wife and daughter thats why I always says yes to go there for all their craft needs!Support local business!

Great Novelty Place and Great Assistance.. 5Stars really but with only 1 location semi close to my residence its really not convenient.

The people that work there are great.Wanda tried to find an object I needed and explained the supplier went out of business.

Its a good place ed to go. It has a large variety to pick from. They have a sewing GB machine repairman come in to pick up your machine. They have lots of fabric and sewing motions for most any project. They have lots of hobbies kitsch and tools to use on your hobbies. They have wooden articles for projects, frames, glue guns, cards tee shirts artificial floral items for display or crafts. They have sewing patterns and much more. The employees are very cordial and knowledgeable about their stores items or crafting problems. I rate this store a 10.

The best little craft store hands down. I just started scrap booking again and found lots of creative items here. I also picked up my painting after 20 years. They have excellent supplies for any medium you create art with.

A huge variety of crafting and gift items all under one roof. My main focus for shopping there is the fabric selection. There is a huge array of choices. The sale prices cant be beat, the monthly coupon is a wonderful plus, the ladies that work there provide amazing service. These ladies know how to cut fabric accurately.

Most of the normal everyday prices are higher than other craft local hobby spots, uniquely great selection, and when items are on sale or clearance you better be prepared to save big with great deals. Went in during their holiday open house. Evidently you had to buy tickets to do the adult crafts. Not a problem but Were walking around and watching, no one said anything to us about what we needed to do. Finally my husband asked and she told us but in a way that said she really didnt want us. What they should have done was instead of asking if we wanted some punch right way was to welcome us and either tell us or hand a flyer explaining how they were running the crafts and where to go to buy the tickets.

Well-organized, clean, and all the hard-to-find stuff you need! Excellent staff, ample parking, prices are moderate. Unique items and all the craft staples without having to walk miles around the store. Framing department does excellent work! Overall - 5 stars - my favorite craft store!

Good variety of arts and crafts. Have lots of painting supplies. Also a few model cars to build. They even have wood products to make your own decorations. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have art classes to make things like wreaths. Good place to get artificial flowers for your loved ones at the cemetery.

Store is neatly laid out. They carry home decor, fabric, art supplies, wood and paper crafting items and more. Large toy section too ... sort of like a small Michaels. Join mail list for coupon of 40-50% off an item. Locally-owned!

This place is a total joke my recent visit was very disturbing I was completely ignored by the cashier who blatantly allowed another customer to just skip line with like a hundred dollars worth of clearance stuff with unknown prices when I confronted the cashier I guess the rude store manger acted like I was just a angry black female so I was treated like my money was foreign needless to say I will continue to make the drive to Clarksville to hobby Lobby or Michaels where the prices are very reasonable and the staff is unbiased and friendly

Well they slow about checking u out had 1 register open and had a line..also when u go to a craft store u know what u came there for the project your doing or going to do getting what u need for it you dont need a worker keep asking you do you need help or ever time u look up there is that worker looking at u or if they did help u and they see your not getting it they say oh your not gonna buy whatever it was I dont like the vibe I get of them ladies I stopped going there 1st time back in a year and same thing sowont go back

I would not recommend anyone to have their pictures “professionally” framed here. We took two pictures we brought back from our trip to Alaska to be framed and paid in full (big mistake). I picked the framed artwork up a few days later which was wrapped and taped up so we could not see it. Once I got it home, I noticed there was a large mark on the photo (not on the frame, on the actual original hand painted artwork). I immediately took it back and spoke to the owner of their framing business, Mr. Smith (I do not remember his first name). He treated me very poorly acting like it was my fault and was like that before I brought it to him. What he didn’t realize is that I had proof that it did not look like that when I left it with him. I showed him the photo I took on my phone of the artwork (which had a plastic protective barrier) with their frame laid against it). The photo did not have any markings on it like it had when I picked it up. Mr. Smith seemed embarrassed but continuously kept saying that he had no idea how it happened. The frames were over $400 and only gave us a $50 gift card to have more frames done in the future. We will NOT be returning!

I just called the store about my experience. The clerks at check out were very nice and told me the owner was on break. I told them I would call with my complaint and not interrupt his break. They offered to give him my phone number and the young ladies asked me if they could help and I told them a little of what had just happened back in the fabric department. I told them I would just call later and they gave me a business card. When I called to speak to Jeff Smith and asked if he had a moment. He lit into me and said he didn’t believe when I told him about the discriminatory treatment I received and basically it seemed that the ladies working back there in fabrics didn’t want me to shop, look at fabric to make up my mind what I wanted as the others were free to roam around and not social distance back there andbgo through the fabric lined up on tables. He was rude and cut me off lighting into me about it didn’t happen. I told him as he ranted at me belittling my concerns that if he has security cameras, I could give him time off receipt when I was in store. But he never acknowledged that and I repeated that I hope he has security cameras. So I see now that it’s apparent his behavior indicates they have approval to do such. He basically called me a liar, but he is the one who is a liar because he exclaimed they have NEVER had complaints and I see on this forum, there have been complaints. Never again will I step foot in that establishment. I miss the Ben Franklin in Middletown, Kentucky and the others around the country I’ve had the opportunity to shop at while traveling with the military.

A great place for quilters but also stock a good amount of other craft stuff. I picked up watercolor pencils today and a few sketch pads. The employees are always welcoming.

This is one of my favorite craft stores. If theres anything you need that they dont have in stock, theyll offer to order it. Staff is always friendly and helpful - especially in the fabric department! The lady that I usually see there is always great at helping me get fabric. Wish they had more available for soap and candle-making, but its not that popular of a hobby. Love the classes they offer, and they have great deals on Bag Day. Be sure to sign up for emails otherwise youll miss Bag Day and other coupons (can be inconvenient if you dont check email very often; they only send a few each month).
