Joe came out the same day we called and not only did he fix the broken springs, he also did general preventive maintenance on my second garage door for no charge!! I would recommend this company to anyone! Great job guys!

Very pleased with quick service. Called Monday morning to have someone come up and replace a broken garage door spring. They were able to get someone out the next day. The next day, I noticed that the door was catching on the lift cable so I called them back to take a look and they had someone out the same day, no questions asked. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with.

We have used Sprigler for years. They have replaced and repaired numerous commercial doors for our company. We recently needed a door serviced and contacted them to come out. The technician arrived promptly as always but they did not repair the door. They dropped the invoice off at the front desk and left. The invoice indicated that they simply checked the alignment of the door sensor and made a minor adjustment. This did not fix the issues so I made a call back to see if they could come back. The lady on the phone was very nice and contacted the technician while I was on hold. She scheduled them to come back out the next day to complete the repair. The next day I received a call from either the technician or possibly the owner accusing me of calling them and yelling at the girl on the phone. I have no idea what he was talking about and I explained to him that he was mistaken. His attitude and aggressive (cursing) language caused me to simply tell them thanks but no thanks and end the call. I’m not sure if he has me confused with someone else but this is definitely no way to talk to a customer. Especially one that has spent thousands over the years. We will be using another company going forward.

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Sprigler and they were able to fix it the next day. The office person that took my call and the onsite tech were both very professional. In addition to replacing both springs, the tech took time to oil the moving parts and service the door. It sounds much better and works great now. The price was reasonable. This was my first experience with Sprigler Door Service and I would certainly use them again.

I messed up my garage door over this weekend by accidentally obstructing the track. It resulted in the door coming partially off the track, the lift cable off its guide roller and the door not fully closing on one side. Im smart enough to know you dont mess with these things as the door spring can kill you.My wife called Monday morning and they were there to perform the repair within a few hours. The technician was courteous and thorough and repaired the door to working order very quickly. Its actually running more quietly and smoothly than it has in a long time.I was pleased that their charge for the repair was fair. Good workmanship, fast, courteous service and a fair price! Highly recommended.

Sprigler door service installed two 9x7 overhead garage doors on my polebarn garage and we have had nothing but trouble with them. From raising up & down in wrong timing to cables coming loose and nearly injuring our granddaughter. I called them out in November and the technician wanted me to purchase new opener motor. I decided to have a second opinion and the motor we had was still good and it was a simple breaker that had tripped. Please use another garage door company when needing any type of garage door work. Save yourself alot of headaches.

Thank You!! My garage door unbolted at a hinge and became off track. Initially I was told I couldnt be schedule until the next day, but when I told them it was stuck open the were able to slide me in same day. Brent arrived by lunch time and fixed the door in under 30 minutes.The hinge was reattached and he reinforced and tightened all the top fixtures. The door is now balanced and opens and closes with ease.

From the time I called to the following day when they finished, the service and courteous was great! Fast with great quality at a reasonable price! I will be using them again in the future for all my garage door needs. I called to have a Garage opener replaced and they gave me a great price over the phone and did the work the next day. Other places like Precision Garage Door wanted to charge $48 to come out before hand and wouldnt give a price over the phone even thou I already knew what I needed. I dont deal with those types of companies and their sales gimmicks.Thank you again!

I called to have my garage door fixed. The receptionist was very nice over the phone. The tech was nice on the phone. However, the tech came out, did NO work, DIDNT call me or leave a note to let me know that he couldnt fix it, or that he would be back. But, hey, at least he locked the entrance door like I asked. If there was an issue why you couldnt fix it, you probably should have let me know.

In 2004 I had my garage door installed by Sprigler Door Service. This past Tuesday one of the door springs broke after almost 12 years of daily use. I called Spriglers and spoke with a friendly and helpful receptionist about pricing and if they could get me a technician out Thursday morning. I told her I wanted both springs replaced since the other one would probably break soon too. She booked me an appointment and as promised their technician (Mike) showed up Thursday morning. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on spring replacement. He changed out both springs and had the garage door fully operational within an hour! Also I might add their charges were $30 less than the other door services I called. I am a very satisfied customer and would certainly recommend this company!

I was told good things about this company so I gave them a try. I paid $3570.00 for what I consider not what i ordered. After seeing the install I was unhappy with how the windows were placed. The windows are not placed symmetrical. There are two windows and i expected from our conversation with the rep that they would be evenly placed being they are the focal point of the doors. I then spoke with the rep and discussed the problem. He chuckled and said yeah I guess I should have showed you how it was going to look. To me that is admitting fault on his end. I then asked how we could resolve the issue and was told i could pay $350 X 3 + labor to make my new doors look like i thought they were going to. To add insult to injury when i looked over the doors i noticed one was damaged during shipping or install. I did not get what I expected for a high quality price and the product was damaged.AFTER POST: The company has made good with the above complaint. New panels were added and the doors look great! The supplier of the panels got the order wrong on the second go around so Sprigler Door gave them to me free of charge. Buisness isnt always easy but they made it right and im a satisfied customer.

Our garage door tension spring broke on a Friday, I called Sprigler and they had one of their garage door techs come out first thing on Monday morning. He evaluated and confirmed what was wrong with our garage door. He had the parts on his truck to fix the garage door and he was done within 1 hour. Not only did he replace the springs but he also made some adjustments to the opener, greased all of the parts and even added more screws to make the door more stable when it is opened and closed. They were very fair on the price for their parts and service. I would highly recommend them.
