The store is set up very well-clean, nice and organized. They have a great selection of quirky gifts, not your typical basic hallmark store ... They have weird and eccentric items but not tacky like Spencers. The only thing is like all of the stores in downtown New Albany, they have just awful operation hours ... I will never understand businesses the close at 6 when most people have a 9-5 work day and they have been closed on days when the sign says they are open so I wouldnt make a trip to go just there based off of the hrs of operation on the door. Also, prices are very high, not the place to go if you are an economic shopper.

This was the greatest customer service I have received in a long time. Very friendly. courteous help. My purchase was online, but Ill definitely visit their shop in the future. The purchased gifts were perfect.

This is my go-to spot when I need a gift for someones birthday or Christmas. They have a wide range of simple gifts that are high quality. Ive purchased everything from scarfs to wine glasses to jewelry. I definitely recommend checking out their discount area in the basement.

Regalo is a pleasant, locally-owned gift shop. They have unique local and hand made items that cant be found elsewhere. Considering the type and sourcing of their wares, their prices are reasonable.
