The lady I saw took all the settings out of my hearing aids that was put in so I could adjust them accordingly for my situations of being home, or in a restaurant so other places. Right now it doesn’t matter if I am using my hearing aids or not. I can’t hear when anyone talks to me. I can’t have a conversation with 2 or more people.

A very nice experience. They were very helpful and explained the results of the hearing test, the various hearing aids, available devices, and available software and their prices in detail.

After a terrible experience at another location these folks were friendly and professional. Ill be driving from Louisville to New Albany for anything I need for my hearing aids.
