Convenient location. Very helpful on site staff. the storage units are immaculately clean and in excellent condition.

We have had a great experience with extra space storage. They have been really nice and helpful when it comes to our questions. They have a great selection of sizes on the units and prices aren’t bad. Recently had to switch units due to needing a smaller size and Olympia was a great help with the transition. She was very friendly and great to work with

Rent has doubled! $161 a month for unconditioned space. Access pad to get in gate is too low to ground and ready to fall over. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Cheaper places close by. Good luck pulling out on blind hill at grantline road8/26/21 Update! I called the 888-storage per their request. The kind lady asked me if I had spoken to the local staff.( Of course I did and they said there is nothing they can do. Corporate sets their rates. ) I explained this to the kind lady at 888-storage and she communicated to me their rates are set using supply and demand in each area. So unless you want to move after a huge rate increase I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We found same size with taller ceilings which we can fit twice as much 3 miles away for $99 at Storage Express.

Clean facility, decently spacious row spacing. Only complaint is the front key pad to enter is way to low for someone driving a truck. One would think the majority of the vehicles that entree are trucks and moving vehicles which set high. The keypad is even considered low for a car. Other than this excellent so far!

She was an excellent worker and absolutely lovely! helped us out very much and was extremely kind and friendly. we got a good deal of units and are able to keep our things here until we move into campus again. highly recommend this place for families, college students, or anyone looking for extra space. they have long hours that you can use the units and they also give you a cart to borrow and a lock for the units. very secure, also have cameras.

My experiance with this company so far has been simple, easy, and extremely pleasant. My Operator, Misty, was very informative and helpful. My unit ended up being cheaper than expected or listed(results may vary and this was not part of any applied discount or credit to my new account). I have not had the chance to visit the facility or move in to my unit yet, but will be in the next few days. Once I move in I will return here to update this review or post a new one. I had rented a storage unit from here and it turned out, the very next day after renting the unit, my house was ready. There was no problem returning my refund to me at all. The customer service is awesome, Olympia will help with any of your needs. She is great!!

I spoke with Olivia which works early/late hours, she takes her personal interaction with each customer seriously, she also insures that each person is taken care of. I know because I showed up a few times in one day, also spoke with her on the phone, while I was there I needed help yet each different occasion she was with another client. She didn’t dismiss anyone or lack details of what our individual needs where. Olivia even goes with each customer to ensure they know exactly how to use their codes, locks, and location of unit. More business could do better with more people have Olivia’s work ethics and interpersonal skills... My sons were with me and they were impressed as well!!! 🙏 Thank you Olivia!

Very clean, was there helping friend get somethings and his only complaint is he was told rates would not change anytime soon,that was in September, in December received notice his rates would be going from 88with insurance to 113. Big difference.
