Friendly, helpful, and a large selection in the spring/summer. I love their tree selection!

This was my first time here and I was very happy with the encounter. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. I bought 3 fruit trees and one of them was a Granny Smith (hard to find around here). The quality and prices seemed fair to me and my limited experience. They also offer a warrantee on their trees and have a military discount. The guy I dealt with (Im horrible with names so I dont ask) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He dropped a little tree wisdom on me and I left feeling good about the money I spent. This was a great first experience and I will be going.

Lots of nice items but items are quite expensive so please be aware of this. I left with nothing. Numerous employees walking around, nobody said a word.

Love this place! Went there this morning to find a plant and was immediately greeted when I walked in and they asked if I needed any help. So glad they did as I would not have been able to find the plant I was looking for by myself. They also gave me some helpful gardening tips! I will definitely be back!

I was VERY impressed with the variety and selection of plants for both outdoor gardens and indoors as house/patio plants. Prices werent amazing, but this clearly is southern Indianas best retail nursery for a wide array of things to discover. Hands. Down.

This place had great variety and good prices. But, thats not why it gets 5 stars. Its a small business and of course during this time small businesses need support. My husband and I just bought a house and my mother and I were looking for perennials. We had a cart full of things we thought we needed. A worker there comes to us and asks us what we were planning to do with all our stuff, since it seemed very obvious we were new to this stuff. She guided us through a quick learning about in season planting, how we accidentally had potting soil not planting soil, a flower I had would not make it through the first frost. She said here save yourself some money and heartbreak. Thats what I loved about this place and why Ill keep coming and spending my money back to honesty and fairness. And my flowers and bushes are doing amazingly

Love this place! Their prices may or may not be a little higher then the roadside nursery or big home improvement store, but quality and knowledge far surpasses anyone in the area!!

They cleaned and mulched our 5 large flower beds and they’ve never looked better! Also planted 5 trees. From initial phone call to completion they were a pleasure to work with.

Awesome- Grant Line nursery is the only place I like to shop for my garden. They always have the best plants and I love the people there.

Shopped there last week a lot of plants and scrubs. The staff in the greenhouse were very polite and helpful, then going to check out very rude. I came with my neighbor today and was told only 1 per family on premises. We both had our PPE on and were going to keep 6 ft away from people. I know we are in difficult times, but that Lady at the door was very rude. And they should just limit how many people in the nursery, not just because you come in same car, doesn’t mean same family. Found an other nursery had no problems same guarantee same proven winners plants. Less expensive and very helpful and insightful. Everyone there kept their distance so both my neighbor and I spent 600.00 there. Never again to shop with snobby rude grant line. RUDE PEOPLE!

Came right before closing looking for a quick garden piece totally aware it was close to time to close was gonna be in and out... Was met at the truck and told we are about to close... Then locked the door right in front of us as we were walking out mind u still not closing time and made us walk all the way around...Very rude!

We love the nursery. They have a great selection. Most of their staff are helpful and pleasant.

I spent $60 on a handful of plants, Ive had them less than a week and they start turning yellow and brown. I am incredibly confused, as I havent watered them since I bought them because they were dripping wet when I got them. I decided to look in the soil today and they ALL have root rot. I didnt think much about them being soaked when I got them, but Im so upset I spent that much money on dead plants. Theres nothing I can do to save them and it breaks my heart.

Great selection of every type of landscaping plant you can imagine. Trees, shrubs, flowers, vegetables, bushes, grasses, etc....Seemed to be a very knowledgeable staff and the cashier that rang us out was professional and polite! We felt we got a great value on the seed potatoes we bought and the Newport Plum tree but felt that some of the items were priced a bit high! (This was the reason for 4 stars) Well worth the trip in my opinion and if you have a specific need they can likely meet that need!

They are always so helpful and friendly. They take their time.to answer my questions. Went in there for information regarding knockout roses and burning bushes. Of course, not the time for the roses but they were happy to help. They have burning bushes in stock but they are just starting to get buds on them. They suggested that I wait to purchase at.the end of March. Giving them a little more time to grow. Talked about planting and care of it. So patient with my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great selection but customer service could use some help. Workers are not around to ask if help is needed or if they are, they do not. I love the selection, even if they are a bit higher than some competition on some items and not on others, so I will definitely be back. Just wish they would be more hands on like their Jeff competition.

The prices are a little higher than expected but everything is very well taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they sell and very patient with questions. You dont get customer service like this at department stores.

My husband googled this garden center because we were nearby. Am I ever glad he did. Even this late in the year, October, they still had a great selection of perennial plants. I picked up some new day lilies and Coreopsis along with the violas I was shopping for. We live two hours away but I will be back. Well worth your trip.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a really good variety of indoor and outdoor plants. I even found a 6 1/2 foot fiddle leaf fig tree for 20% off and bought it on the spot.

Well stocked. Employees seem to be knowledgeable. It is mid October and plants need to be marked down but they only had a few on sale. Also, there is always one cashier there who always comes off as rude. It may just be her personality, but it is the same every time I go there.

Great plants and statuary, but a little expensive. Having said that, you get what you pay for and I have never been disappointed in anything I have bought here.The staff is always friendly and most are quite knowledgeable. If they cant answer your question, they generally can locate another staff member who can.

I live in Florida but every time I come up here this time of the year I go there and get mothers day flowers for to moms that I get to. Are always very friendly and have great products I appreciate them being there

My Lilacs were dying due to what I suspected was bacterial blight but I wasnt sure. The folks at Grant Line Nursery said if I brought in pics and a sample of the dying plants, they could diagnose it for me.They didnt have to offer this free service. Turns out, it is bacterial blight and theres nothing I can spray on the plants to fix it until they go dormant.They could have tried to sell me something that I didnt need and wouldnt fix my problem but they didnt.They had no reason to offer this free help but they happily did so.We had purchased a Weeping Cherry tree from them a couple of months ago but they didnt know that when they helped me diagnose my Lilac problem.Very helpful people.

Grant Line has a great selection. Their greenhouse in spring is packed with gorgeous annuals and hanging baskets- thats my main attraction. Of course they have a wide selection of everything else including lots of garden art, gazing globes, and assorted decor.Price wise they are on par with most nurseries- their annuals like proven winners though are cheaper than you will find at places like Wallitsch.

While they can be more expensive, I think their plants are always healthy. They also have an excellent variety of plants and trees.
