They replaced a broken rear window on my SUV with next day service, as the part had to be ordered. I had the option to have them come to my house but I chose to go into their shop instead as I had broken glass inside the car and they did a much better job cleaning it up. The job was completed in 2 hours, all broken glass was cleaned up and the new window looked perfect. I highly recommend this place for your auto glass repair needs.

Great customer service from start to finish. A scheduling mix-up occurred, but they apologized and made it right with no excuses and we moved right past it! Their price was much lower than competitors in their area & they do mobile installations for free. What more can you ask for?! They called ahead and arrived at the early end of my timeframe. We had excellent customer service working with Christine Beels! We were able to get a new windshield very quickly. They came right to our house and did all of the work right in our driveway which was so convenient. A second person came out to calibrate shortly after to make sure that everything was in working order :) Highly recommend!

What an awesome company. Had them replaced my wind shield. It took about 45 minutes guy was amazing. Even swept out the loose glass. Most amazing glass service I ever had and the cheapest to. Everyone else wanted at least $30 - $40 more. I plan on always using them in the future

This location was able to help me with my window repair where others could not. Chris Beels and the team were so professional and quick I would not think of going anywhere else for my glass repair in the future.

I had a chip on my windshield and went here to get it fixed. I was a walk in and spoke with this nice woman at the front desk about my situation. I filled out some paperwork and I gave her my keys. The whole process from beginning to end took less than 25 minutes. I was happy with the results!

Walked in and got 2 stone chips / small spider web cracks repaired in under 30 minutes. The repair tech found the second defect during his inspection. Great job and friendly service.

Fantastic experience

It was fantastic. A rock hit my windshield on 94. Stopped in & they filled the chip, charged my insurance company, & I was on my way within 30 minutes. Pardon the pun...they frickin rock!

Great group to deal with. Just needed my windshield replaced. Thought I was going to use my insurance. We actually went all the way through to the day of replacement, and they told me they double checked and if I just paid out of pocket, it would cost me half of what the deductible was going to cost me. Saved me $250!!! And the job was done right when they said it would. Simple transaction. Would go here again!

I had a terrible experience getting my windshield replaced here. The first windshield sounded like a wind tunnel, so they had to put in a 2nd windshield. When putting in the 2nd windshield they put several long scratches on the hood of my car and tried to cover it with a red non-matching paint, never telling me about it. When I brought it back to the shop the Manager (Bob) ordered new paint to match my car and did the paint touch up himself. Again they touched it up with a red cherry color when my car is dark copper orange. DID NOT MATCH. Bob told me he could not get the correct color any more - this was a lie - I called the dealer and paint is still available. He also told me they are human and mistakes happen. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using Henderson Glass in New Baltimore!!
