They did a great job on my old truck it needed breaks done and made sure it was ready for the winter. They also recommended a coolant flush and gave me a reference to a place that does that since they dont do that there. This is my go to place to take my vehicle to get fixed and the employees are really nice to.

For years I have been looking for a trustworthy place to take my cars owning a jaguar is hard to find anywhere to take my car other than a dealership after being disappointed by multiple shops I took my car here to Matt I was referred to him by multiple people around the area. Matt always made time for my car, mostly same day. He always gives me honest options without trying to upsell me his prices are way more fair than other places I took my car to. His crew is also great and honest. My car has had multiple work done by Preston and the work has been exceptional, I recommend Matt and this place to anyone looking to find your go-to auto guy, myself and my friends and those who recommended me has never been let down by him. I highly recommend anyone to try them out.

Heard of this place for months after trying many mechanics. Preston is timely professional very honest took all the time needed to explain to me what needed to be done and what did not. This place was a big difference compared to other shops I drove away feeling like I was taking care of instead of feeling like I was cheated. I absolutely will be back with my daughters car.

The people at Preston Automotive are some of the most honest and fair people I have met. Their prices have always been far below dealerships and other garages I have taken my vehicles to. They are never high pressure, and always complete the work in a very timely manner. Several times, Matt has been very honest on what actually NEEDED to be done and things not to waste money on (that other dealerships said needed to be). I highly recommend them!

Today was the second time I took my vehicle into Matt @ Preston Automotive. Im always in a tizzy when it comes to car stuff! Matt is always very kind and friendly. Each time Ive had my car into them they have the actual diagnosis and quote available within an hour or two. Dropped off at just a little before 8AM. Quoted and complete by 11AM! This place is a joke! My car breaks down up there and this guy claims he is a mechanic. He mis-diagnosed my car and replaced the starter, ended up frying my engine in the process. I strongly reccomend taking your vehicle anywhere but here!

I was out of town and broke down. These guys helped a ton. I felt they were trustworthy and got the job done right and quick.

No matter where I have ended up moving in MI I will always gladly make the drive back to these guys. Honest mechanics are hard to come across, this place does great work, and keeps the price where it should be.
