It was a line before you can enter. It wasnt long especially since I went on a Saturday about 5pm. Only 13 people are allowed in at a time. The staff was nice, available, and helpful. It was many options available with a nice sale!

I always go to this location and have always gotten great service but this time they went above and beyond! A woman at the front took the time and helped wrap all my gifts in cellophane with beautiful b&bw bows!

Eager to help and happy to help! There was not a single person in that store that didn’t help me and they all did it with a smile on their face! I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location but today was exceptional. There was a woman with long brown hair and blonde highlights (in braids) and she was like my B&BW fairy god mother who helped me track down a scent that I was having a hard time finding. Thanks!!

Friendly staff member greets you at the door, and lets you know, about the special Mothers Day promotional gift, thats available, with a $30 purchase. They also ask, if you need help finding anything, and if you found what you were looking for at check out. Also for your safety, they keep track of the amount of people, that are in the store at one time, due to Covid19.

Excellent helpful staff great location. Always has great deals and it’s always full the shelf’s are just covered in body wash or soap and more. The lady’s are super helpful and always so kind to there customers and employees never once had a problem here. And not to mention there coupons really help.

Full disclosure, it has been about 2 years since I have shopped at Bath and Body Works. I was ALWAYS an avid shopper here for any holiday, but I got out of the habit of going.Tried going today for Mothers Day items for several people. Picked out at least $200 in product, went to pay....and they no longer take checks like they used to. Its cash, credit, or debit. So I left.Im trying to get away from credit card debt. I dont always carry cash. And after so many issues of debit card fraud at so many places having their information stolen....I refuse to get a debit card. So for me I keep it simple.....cash or check.I will never go back here. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I grew 2 heads when I got my checkbook out.Very disappointed!!

Love this store. The employees are so helpful. They always have exactly what I’m looking for which is everything :). They were such a big help during the first of Covid always having hand sanitizer on hand. A+++

There was a line outside the door and Lisa was the representative counting people into the store. She was very pleasant had great customer service skills. She offered suggestions and kept conversations going. It great to see someone cheerful these days.

It’s a very small shop but I like to shop here because the workers are always very friendly and helpful. They keep it clean & organized as well.

They are always friendly and nice to be around. Even with having 2 wait outside due to covid restrictions they are nice and chit chat while you wait.

There is nobody in the store and they make people stand outside to help promote there sale. This store could support 20 people at once under covide restrictions easy. This is a bad store, lakeside never has a line.

Although there was a line to get in (due to the pandemic) the associate outside had music playing, and was able to help me with my questions before I even got inside. This cut down on my time inside since I knew exactly where what I wanted was at, allowing me to get in and out so the next person could get inside.

Helpful helped me find great body wash and more.

Such a clean store with great employees! I was there with my 1 1/2 year old and an employee named Terri kept my little one busy so I could look at soaps, she was so nice. Terri definitely went above and beyond her job duties just so a mom could have a minute to look.

Great staff even on their busiest days. Spent a lot of time in line there today for their annual $8.95 three wick candle sale; and although chaotic, store was kept orderly, fully staffed and employees were pleasant after what I assume was a long, hard day. Will definitely continue to shop there.

The sales girls are great! They know their products along with being helpful,patient and polite... The store is very clean and organized. I have a store closer to me but I prefer this location.

Google says the store is open, but theres signs in the window stating Temporarily Closed and August 2019. Disappointed that I drove here rather than Partridge Creek location, which is closer but Waterside is easier to get to and more convenient.

My friend is in dire need or information. she has called multiple times and I and a few of our other friends have called to seen if it was their line or ours. When my friend called, one of the sales associates rudely remarked “STOP CALLING WE ARE CLOSED” & it is 8 minutes past closing. That is not how you act b4 a huge sale to paying customers but OK go off.
