So I had been a t-mobile customer for many years and I decided to change. Went into AT&T by my house and Stephen was awesome. Broke down the rates, charges and phones. I ended up with a Galaxy Fold. Wanted to try that out anyway. He found the phone at another store for me and went to pick it up while I ran errands! Awesome service

He was very nice an one his stuff about everything an helped me to get the best for me an my husband I’d refer Martino Elias to all of my family an my folks no questions. In fact my daughter is going in Friday to see him because she’s paying too much for one line under sprint!!!! Team Mobile & Sprint way too high priced & not to mention sense they merged they go by both names but can’t fix Team Mobile issues but they can Sprint but they now go by TM & get this they have no & I mean no phone’s when you go into the store for Team Mobile at least not the Sterling Hts or Clinton Twp store’sI’m not leaving AT&T because he was honest an made shutter if we’re getting new phone’s to get two iPhones that will last a couple year’s. So if recommended anyone to AT&T especially the one on 23 mile road in NewBaltimore straight up.

Went to SEVERAL different AT&T stores. Called 611 SEVERAL times - this was the ONLY location able to fix my issue - and did so in less than 5 minutes after I have been waiting 2 weeks. I used to go to the corporate store and hall and schoenherr. One day they told me that they would be unable to give me a new phone due to an account issue. I stopped in at this store on the way home and worked with Stephen Mannina not only was he will to resolve my issue but I was able to upgrade and get me 4 new phones. Best experience in a at&t ive ever had. Wasted countless hours online and via support for no help or anwsers. I make one 2 minute phone call and these guys have my problem fixed. Had a very rough experience. I’ve never written a review for a place before in my life but I felt extremely disrespected from this location. I still have a non-working phone, and the manager was extremely rude. My iPhone 12 (like 4 months old) is not connecting to internet, only wifi, so I took it to ATT and they told me it’s a phone issue so they sent me to Apple (why would they send me to Apple I bought the phone at att?) I drove to the Apple store, nope it’s a service issue and they wouldn’t help me. Drove back to the Att store the same day and was treated with zero empathy for my situation. I had to practically do their jobs and problem solve what could be the issue with the phone since they had no idea. They gave me a new SIM card and told me to wait. So I waited in store for about 15 minutes with a sales woman (Telandra? I think her name was, she was friendly and accommodating) and as I was waiting for the service to come back on, manager comes over and verbatim says to the sales woman “why are they still here? It’s a “glitch in att system”, they need to just go home and wait we can’t help them anymore, they can sit and wait til 8 for all I care but I’m closing and going home at 8... it could take 10 minutes to work or hours”. I literally offered to buy a brand new phone on the spot because I NEED MY PHONE WORKING!!!!! and she still wanted me out the door! It wasn’t even 6:00 yet and she’s acting like I’m a huge inconvenience and I’m taking up her whole night. So after all that running around, 3 hours of my day wasted trying to fix my phone, I STILL HAVE A NON WORKING CELL PHONE. Now it’s the next day, phone still not working!!! So much for “waiting for it to get fixed”!!!! My family has been a customer with Att since they were Cingular and were switching after this, absolutely appalling at the lack of willingness to help.

I was really nervous about changing my phone plan and upgrading to a new phone.The store manager Raymond helped me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be returning back to that store for all my AT&T needs.

This has to be the best AT&T outlet in Macomb County. The best tech’s ever. Martino knew exactly how to solve my problem. Gave me all the available options and got me the best price for what I needed. The store is very clean and well stocked. No waiting for someone to help either. This is my first ever review and I would not want to give a better review to another store. The AT&T store on 23 mile road is the best one in the nation. Rita and Martino were so helpful and made this such a great experience. I walked in and was undecided on what kind of phone I wanted but they helped me make the decision on the XS Max and I could not be happier. While sitting here waiting to transfer our data, they talked with us and made us laugh and had a good time. I am very thankful for this experience and I would recommend this store to many people.

We were greeted quickly by both Steve and Luke. They were both very easy to talk to. They listened to what we wanted and gave us options that would fit our needs. They didnt try to push us into a plan that was too big for us. They did the same with the phones, listening to what each of us needed and fitting us properly. They showed the higher cost phones but didnt push and make you feel like you couldnt say no. All 3 of us are _very_ happy we went there.

My husband and I had an ongoing issue from November 2017 dealing with AT&T. We had tried to resolve it at 2 other stores before coming to speak with Rita at this location. A 10 month long process that we couldn’t get solved was addressed, fixed, and we were upgraded with accessories in under an hour!!
