Literally is the most delicious coffee I ever had. I will never go back to Starbucks!

I love them here. They recognize me when I come up, and always have a pleasant little conversation. Very friendly, great quality drink, honestly it feels like friends when you go. And inside is always cozy, and very relaxing.

Drive thru service is amazing. Always options offered to fit my needs.

I ordered a tall iced bear cub latte, no whipped cream. There were espresso grounds covering the bottom of my drink. I couldnt even drink it.

Great place to get coffee. 2 Black Bear 24oz Frozen.My order everytime. I like how rob acknowledges me. I see your running late today and just other things that makes my day. Its a 30 minute drive from St. Clair and I happily do it 3 or more times a week call me crazy but I just love the coffee. I appreciate my coffee makers. Remember to tip but if your cheap and dont want to tip get some coupons when its buy one get one free give them that free coffee money. Or Wednesday is a discount day instead of just getting the deal give them what it would normally cost. If you tip well the reactions of the bigby team make my day as well.. Its not just a coffee! My absolute favorite Biggby, and actually my favorite coffee place in the world! Staff is amazing, you can tell the franchise owner cares a lot about his business, employees, and customers. Drive thru line is sometimes a little long but it moves really fast! Love this place!

I didnt remember how sugary some of their coffee is, Ill have to adjust my order going forward. But, because of the employees, I will be going back.

Generally, I enjoy coming to this location specifically because of Jacks fantastic customer service. I came during the morning shift today. This time, they didnt get my moms order right twice! She asked for a black hazelnut coffee. Seems easy enough right? It tasted like it had been sitting out since yesterday & it didnt even remotely taste like hazelnut. Otherwise, my frozen teddy bear frappuccino was yummy!

Shoutout to Jim and Rob for making this place my go to coffee shop from here on out. Not only is the customer service top notch, the food and coffee is great. I’m newer to the area, and am so happy to have found “my” coffee shop! Keep up the great work everyone :)

Jim & Rob make this place a neighborhood coffee shop, not a chain establishment. They are such pleasant people to encounter, it makes the whole experience. My children are actually sad when theyre not working and cant say hello to them! We love love love this Biggby location. It is more than just coffee!

I ordered a carmel marvel, the first drink since they opened I decided to try. The gentleman taking my order learned I was a new customer and bought my drink. He was very nice and the drink was incredible! Thank you everyone at Biggby Coffee!

I really love this location! The owner of this location is very polite and friendly! The people that work there are also really nice. I do like that there is real espresso in the frozen drinks because they use fraproast at Starbucks and not everyone likes it. I wish they had more food options for breakfast but I understand why the food menu is limited. Please add stevia to your menu! It would be nice to add stevia to my drinks instead of other alternative sweeteners.

Walked in to order and the counter staff was unnecessarily rude. Said hello and as I started the order; before I could finish my sentence, she was barking about the cream and sugar station over there. I understand food service industry isnt the best job but obvious hostility towards customers.... Hard pass is recommended.

Its a clean and friendly little place, and service was fast. My frozen latte was so good, I barely got to the park with any of it left! 😁

This is the best place around to go for coffee, reading, studying, or just hanging out. The staff is fabulous and service is excellent. Theres a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a high def television in the front if youd like to watch news or sports, and theres a separate area in back if you want more of a quiet space. Theres access to free WiFi and power outlets if you need to get some work done or just surf the web. I highly recommend this establishment.

Do not like their coffee. It was cold and was left over from breakfast time. When we went there, it was because our friend that we were taking to the doctor wanted to go. I did not want to stop, but, our friend said we would love it. My husband and I did NOT love it. They took a twenty dollar bill, gave us three small coffees which was our order and we barely got change back. I told our friend he and his wife could go back there, and, we would not. He agreed after he swallowed his cold coffee. That was that. We were there between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. so I know they could have brewed more but chose not to. Enough Said.

Staff is always super friendly and quick to server. Hands down one of my favorite places for a tasty drink. I also enjoy going here because my wife is the coffee drinker and I have a wide selection of non coffee related drinks to pick from.

I love Biggby and their coffee and bragels! I get them at least three days a week, but Ive noticed over and over that if Rob isnt working it is a whole other experience. Rob always is bright and cheery and has you leaving with a smile on your face. He makes sure your order is hot and fresh and Im at a point where I dont want to go there unless he is working. When Rob is not there my coffee is ALWAYS burnt and my bragel is ice cold and not even toasted at all. Its always a raw bagel that tastes like it was just pulled out of the fridge. Hopefully they can get it together when Rob has days off.

A nice coffee shop with all the expected offerings. The staff stands out as being very friendly and helpful. Free newspapers to read if youre there in the morning and they have a drive-thru if you just need to get something for the road.

I do love Biggby, but I wish the prices were more in line with Tim Hortons, rather than Starbucks.

Wonderful. Staff once they know you they practically have your coffee ready for you when you walk in. They always call you by name and treat you with respect. No matter what you order they go out of their way to make it the way YOU like it. I love the Green St Biggby and staff.

Cant just put caramel in hot coffee in a cup of ice. Very disappointed with the staff for not doing what the costumer asked. i do not need a hot coffee on a hot day and all biggbys milk tastes spoiled. You know who would give me a Caramel hot coffee on ice on the bay coustoms boutique & cafe.

Love love love! This place never fails to please. The staff members are always pleasant. My favorite drinks supplies are always in stock so I always leave with a giant smile on my face. I order the 24 oz, Red Bull Cream Freeze, made with sugar-free Red Bull, mandarin orange flavoring and I request a shot of zip. (Extra energy boost). Highly recommend! I usually go thru the drive-thru but if you like a cozy atmosphere, theres a fireplace/seating area inside.
