I asked multiple times before purchasing my costume if I can return it if they don’t fit since I could not try on in store. I was constantly told yes. Went to return and was told no by very rude staff and told I was dirty. Extremely unprofessional and rude. If there is a policy make sure your associates all know it. If your employee makes a mistake own it don’t yell at the customer.

Good selection, helpful staff. Always like shopping there.

I bought $76 worth of a costume yesterday on 10/29/2020, Didn’t end up fitting and I couldn’t try anything on which is understandable but I should be able to return it.. Nope. Went on 10/30/2020 to return and was told “You can’t return anything, you can exchange it or keep it” I told them they could just keep my whole costume and they said “You can’t do that” and I said “well there’s nothing here, your store is completely wiped out and it doesn’t fit”. So there goes $76 of my money into there pockets and I didn’t receive anything. I’m beyond disappointed that they couldn’t have even refunded me half of it. I will never come back and I’ll be sure to make sure other people are aware of it as well after I make a couple more posts online. Usually if you can’t return items they tell you before you continue to purchase. I’m livid

You should not have store hours as open now if the store isnt even finished and definetly not open.

Great place to go and get different type of variety stuff that you look for mix and match or a standard full up get up. Friendly people they are too nice and will help look you look for what you want.

Store was very organized.. employees werent very engaging or smiley.. radio was super loud toward the back of the store where most of the accessories were

Location and selection was good, prices were whats you would expect.

The employees here are so nice. A strange man was following me around the store and the employees noticed and kept an eye on us and even walked me and my friend out to our car to make sure we were safe. Plus there’s so much cool stuff there.

Great place and great customer service

Manager is very rude and accuses people of stealing from other stores when trying to EXCHANGE an item without a receipt then refuses to continue with the exchange. Work on your customer service skills because they are atrocious.

Manage is so rude and not happy. Very unhelpful staff drive past this location trust me
