Ive shopped here for years and wont go anywhere else. There are some serious snowflakes leaving bad reviews so I had to just drop my 2cents. This place gives the best discounts and has competitive prices. Big selection of soil, amazing nutrients, and will order items for you if they dont have them already stocked. And the customer service is unmatched.

Saw their signage across the street from the bus stop. Inquired of their products and heard dirt fans and decided to buy a flashlight. Should be a good gift idea. Different fertilizers would be a good idea if I work doing landscaping this upcoming summer.

Went in looking for help - they sold me lots of stuff .. and than it killed my plants and when I called asking for advice .. they hung up and said they’d have to look into without even getting my info. Wouldn’t shop here ever again. Lack of customer service and knowledge for sure.

I feel like I just got robbed! I asked for terp tea on the phone and was told it was $16 each. They charged me $25 each! Theyre $15-$16 anywhere else, and I didnt get a receipt. I wonder if that was really the real price or not..... Stay away unless you wanna get ripped off!! First they get you in the door, then totally screw you. Thanks

Me and my husband love this place. All employees are amazing. Theyre friendly and very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything for their garden. They will give you advice if you are unfamiliar with the product or a procedure. And if you could could give more than five stars I totally would. So both thumbs up, these guys are awesome keep up the good work.

Employee at the register charged us double price of an item that other stores carried but this one was just the closest at the time. Went to return the item same day and they only offered store credit. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Great place. Inventory is always stocked with the essentials and best. The staff at Chesterfield is insightful and also eager to help. Above and beyond that the pricing is almost discount and the rewards are top notch. Highly recommend. Thanks everyone at the Station.

I love this store. They never sell me what i dont need. They price match anyone but very rarely need to because they already have the best prices. The employees are growers and are very helpful. They had to order me a few lights that werent in stock and only charged me 10% over cost and it only took 24 hours to get them in. If your looking for straight up people and service, heres where you go!

JUST SHARING MY EXPERIENCE. 1st off this place would be a 5 if it were for selection and reliability. Always stocked, if you need a last minute item. Ive shopped here for a few years.The reason for the bad review:When I 1st started shopping at CS they give u a 10% off the street discount. This is to anyone for any item. This discount was taken off your bill. After a couple visits my orders became bigger. My discount went up to 20%.All of a sudden, with no warning this all changed. They changed this direct discount to a flat 15% off. This 15% goes onto a gift card. When you use this gift card you get 0% off.So not only did they reduce the discount for long time customers, they also force you to put that discount onto a gift card. Which when you use the gift card the next time, you get 0% off the items bought with this gift card.This really bothers me. This is a straight money grab by managment or the owners. Absolutely unacceptable.Like I said originally, well stocked store. Very poor customer care, lack of respect for every customer has led me to find other stores.
