Horrible first time experience went there because someone recommended them, bought a door with the frame but went back in person not even 24 hours later to exchange for a different door and pay the difference to not only to be treated very poorly but also called “cheap” and “disrespectful“ by the woman associate sitting at the desk. She said she would ask the manger then rolled her eyes went to the back closed the door and never came out with anyone and just said “he said no” so I decided to let her know I’ll go to another bargain outlet and she said “go for it” I will be going to the BBB about this situation also contact the corporate office about the situation and further up the chain if I have too.

Went in to get a new kitchen. Person we worked with didn’t seem to know much and never finished the quote. He said he would try to finish it by the end of the day. We left leaving email and phone number asked to call when it was done. Never revived a call. Found the email 2 days later from someone else with a price list. No kitchen render. Bought the kitchen from lowes.

Pleasent and easy to work with. I must have changed my plans 3/4 times. What a stressful time for me . And yet they accommodate me and at end of it all my kitchen is beautiful and on budget. Thank you

Wen they call you on a Thursday to pick up at any time on friday a custom window and excited because Ive been waiting 8 weeks for it, and leave work 2 hours Earlier, rented a uhaul truck ($26+$1 every mile + gas) 30 miles each way, and contractors are at 7 am at site to finish the house ( with or without window i had to pay the contractor ) they canceled other jobs to be on my house, so o get to the store to pick up for them to say that they dont have the order at the store and they have no idea wen will arrive, if it arrives because now they think that the order is missing or was delivered to another store.They dont care how much money i spent with their lies. Now we call the store for information about the window and they ring up the phone. Still waiting to know about this paid window that cost me already a lot of money if the going to do something about it

I purchased a floor there and spent over a thousand dollars and love the floor but no one helped me put the floor in my truck that was really rude

Bought cabinets from here and there vendors quality control is horrendous. Bought my cabinets 2 years ago for my home remodel. Opened 1 box to check that quality was good. Left all cabinets in boxes in the corner of my house. Had a rough 2 years and my remodel was slowed down drastically. Now Im ready to install my cabinets and all 20 cabinet boxes had issues. Wrong door swings, cabinets that do not fit my kitchen design missing cabinets and cabinets that are not needed and are now extra cabinets. Now Im stuck with 6 thousand dollars in cabinets and nothing to show than a pile of useless cabinets. Tried to get some swapped out but vendor sent wrong cabinets and there is no timetable for replacements. If I had opened up all these boxes and inspected the first 2 I would have brought back all my cabinets and asked for a complete refund. I would recommend buying from a place that will stand by the product they sell. In the end they stood by there product and refunded my money.

Bargain outlet has always been my favorite hardware store. Employees are always helpful and I’m always able to find what I need at a reasonable price. Upon arriving at the New Bedford location today to browse some designs for my bathroom remodel, I was disappointed to see that the store is no longer open on Sundays. Please tell me this is only for the winter and that you will resume regular hours of operation in the spring?!

Pleasant staff, very helpful. We love this place but were very disappointed about the change of hours on Sunday as that is the best day for us to get there. Found out the hard way by heading there only to find the doors closed!?! Tell me this isn’t permanent?!!

Been to other discount home improvement stores even other Grossmans but by and far the staff in New Bedford are awesome! Mike is one of the managers and he is sooooo helpful. We’re renovating our kitchen and his help was great!!! It’s worth the little bit longer drive.

Always helpful and friendly, the staff in New Bedford goes out of their way to assist with any project, regardless of size.
