Staff very friendly and drive thru is fast. Quite a few coffee selections, prices seem lower here in new bedford and food is made more to your choices than Dunkins. It has a narrow turn around, so big vans & trucks might have a problem. When coming out better to re-enter traffic over at stop sign rather than becoming the next accident by going out the 2 way entry. That should be fixed, since traffic is always busy on rte 6/Kempton St and barely enough room for incoming vehicles. Food, service and price =all good. Give it a try. Highly recommended.

The iced vanilla hazelnut tasted like the lightest little bit of vanilla was added with ZERO hazelnut. The mocha pistachio latte was given to me as a mocha only latte and it was just regular coffee. No foam whatsoever.

Doesn’t know the difference between a mocha madness and iced mocha coffee even though it’s right on the menu at two different prices then tries to convince us it’s the same thing. Manager then proceeded to lie and say it’s because it’s a new syrup even though she charged us for an iced mocha instead

No white cheese and never informed. My daughter pregnant could not eat pepper jack. Brought back no apology made us feel like we were wrong! I was polite too. Never go back to that place. Good thing she noticed and did not eat, I have never brought charges to anyone, but if something had gone wrong I would have not only for the mistake but for the way they handled the situation. Manager said when I told her nicely they should let customers know not just give whatever you have she replies well its been really busy all weekend! Bad business. The girl who served us said nothing looked at me with blank face and said wait I ask my manager what to do, when I told her what she gave us both.

My every day rutten and it never fails. And my wife works for em as well so Honey Dew is always great 👍🏾
