I love the prices and variety of cultural foods but this Market Basket is always PACKED. It was anxiety inducing for me prior to the pandemic sooo.....yea. Otherwise, Id definitely give 5 stars.

Went to Market Basket for a HALLOWEEN themedBirthday cake for my daughters party. They have a HUGE selection of cakes for all occasions and so many different sizes, styles and the lady that helped me did a beautiful job writing a message on the cake with gel. Only $30 for a 1/2 sheet that was half yellow cake and half chocolate. I definitely recommend their bakery

As a senior, I like to grocery shop at Market Basket at 6:15am to avoid crowds. Unfortunately, deli items and meats and some produce isnt out yet. Six to 7 am is the hour for seniors to shop yet some staff act like its an imposition to have us there. I think management should strive to have all items out for 6am and to train the staff that we consumers deserve to be treated respectfully while shopping. After all, we could always bring our money to their competitors. Then where will they work after they are let go?

Have very good prepared foods section! From hot meals, made to order sandwiches, Asian cuisine and other specials, theres something for everyone!

Store is big and clean. Lots of customers but the checkout moved quick. Food is fresh and employees are helpful and polite.

Love it. Every aisle has something you need. Prices are great. The food court is excellent with lunch and dinner meals. Occasionally the looks of long lines can be deceiving but checking out is fast the cashiers and baggers professionalize on this.

Its always crowded but hard to beat the prices. I cant complain at all.

Wow.. just wow. I have never been to a market basket so crowded before. I guess thats good for the staff and owners but it was just chaos in there.

The store was not busy during the time of evening I went. Its a nice grocery store to shop and prices are very reasonable. Be happy to go back there again

Cashiers can be surly! I always feel like Im getting the bums rush at the register; they practically throw your change or receipt at you and are already piling up the next customers items near your purchases before you can grab your bags and go.

Other than the reasonable prices. Store is always dirty. Prices are a guess sometimes when they spread out things to cover holes. Forget about people using the one way signs. There is 1 bagger who is awesome. I only go to his line. Real professional. Cause of him you get 2 stars

Always fully stocked and they have a HARD WORKER named Henry that could possibly be 1 of the nicest most pleasant workers around! He cleans up and always making that store look SPOTLESS! Hes a true gem!

This store is always a good store to shop my fiancee loves the deli and the meat dept.

I love this place. I know people are like, “it’s a grocery store”. Well, the staff is very friendly, it’s always so clean. The staff is prideful. I recommend it. Can be busy, but that’s because it’s affordable nestled in a community within walkable distance. OH, and a great sushi bar!!!

This store is humungous! And it has a very large selection of foods and actually quite a selection of each item (ie. There might be 3 different brands of same product)

Best lemonade Ive had in a long time I dont know why its not always in stock but it definitely needs to be. They did an amazing job making this lemonade out of market baskets own recipe,I definitely do wish I could find this product More often in other locations other than market baskets but I am not going to complain about it not being available. How can I be mad that there are others who find this same juice absolutely amazing and obviously loves buying it and keeping it in the fridge stocked, like I shouldve been doing myself

So many people not maintaining the directions for one way corridors even though signs are up in each row. So many people leaving their carriage in the middle of the row blocking everybody while they take 15 minutes to decide what they want to buy. Not Market Baskets fault. I mostly feel bad for the employees trying to stock shelves. Customers are oblivious to them trying to work. YET every employee is so polite and helpful even though I saw customers cut off employees pulling pallets down rows trying to restock the shelves . I love Market Basket and their employees. They are great❤. Its just a lot of their customers are rude and clueless. To the management I feel you pain. Kudos that you and your employees still smile through all of the problems above.

Always clean, large selection groceries every department & large variety of cultural food choices. Prices of are reasonable, also weekly sales.

I go here for the prices, and not much else. Ive been shopping here for a few months and consistently have the same problems that dont exist in any other store I shop at. Frequently isles are left abandoned by whoevers working them, leaving unattended pallets blocking large sections of the isle. They always seem to be short staffed at register, which isnt uncommon, but its endlessly frustrating when you see members of the management staff standing around laughing and chatting when they should be helping address the issue. The staff is either encouraged to ignore shoppers, or management is disinterested, as today I saw a grocery staff member literally back up and walk into a customer while pulling a pallet jack, said nothing, and then THE CUSTOMER apologized. Im going to start uploading pictures of these issues starting the next time I shop.

Im not from here but some people were rude walking thru the store just common courtesy doesnt exist.. and them bathrooms disgusting! Someone just gave up and thats not even just one stall.. a couple are like this and worse..

The store was well stocked. The only drawback was they were working on the meat cases and they didnt have everything out in meats. The checkout was friendly and efficient.

I reported to one of the girls that there was a couple not wearing a mask. had the audacity to tell me that they don’t know if they have a medical condition. CDC has confirmed that there is no medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask.

This is our go to grocery store even though we have to drive 20 mins to get there going past several others. They have great prices and a friendly and professional staff.
