The office is dingy and very small. The female and older guy at the desk were not very welcoming. When I had left I made sure to say thank you/have a good one. Did I get a respond?? Nope. Great way to deal with customers smh. They also charged me almost $50.00 for miles/fuel. FYI when I got the truck it was under half a tank already. I called them back when I saw the charge and I had to call customer service. They refunded my money right away with no issue. Take a few extra minutes and drive to a different location for sure. Maybe then you’ll deal with people who actually look and act like they love their job.
Had a really great experience renting a van at this establishment. After a disastrous experience at a U-haul neighborhood dealer in Plymouth, these guys know what theyre doing. I booked the appointment online, the van was ready and clean. The shop/office *is* small and full to the brim with moving supplies so a little claustrophobic--especially back when I did this was still pre-vaccine, winter time, (etc.) which made me a little nervous being so close-quarters and all, but they had hand-sani at the register and the attendant (gosh, I think her name was Crystal maybe?) was quick and responsive so I didnt spend a lot of time in there anyway. When I came back to drop off the van, another person who worked there (a very affable gentleman) greeted me. He was cleaning a returned truck--which, again because of covid-times I was reassured to see. He let me know where to leave the van, and asked me how things went. I know this all sounds super common-place, but trust me, you cant even count on getting the basics at other locations--like having the van you booked (in advance) actually BE THERE when you go to pick it up(!!!). When youre renting a truck/van it usually means you have someplace you need to be and something that you need to get done that you cant do without this added bit of hassle, so any inconveniences in the process REALLY make the experience not only of the rental unpleasant, but can screw up the rest of the job. Im happy to say that the two people I interacted with were professional, friendly, and efficient; they were keeping up with (covid) sanitation measures when it really counted (as far as I could see); and the whole transaction from start to finish was easy. I WOULD RECOMMEND this location if you are looking to rent a truck/van! Plus, theres a Cumbies literally across the street, which makes filling-up the tank upon return SO convenient!
My Mother had set up a reservation over the phone earlier today, she made it very clear she is not good with online and that everything needed to be done over the phone. The first man she spoke to said she is all set. She had received a confirmation text and a verification text for drop off. She gave them her credit card information for payment.The truck was picked up and before she could have it dropped off at another location closer to home she received a call from the manager saying she never registered online and demanded that she do it right then and there. She tried to explain that the person she spoke to earlier today had let her know that she is all set and he took care of it, and the manager started screaming at her so loud I could hear it from across the room. I had her put him on speaker and told her to ask for his name. He did not give her his name until the third time she asked and he automatically said he was the manager. He finally said his name was Elias. He proceeded to yell at her and tell her she needs to go online to check in. He didn’t care to explain why a customer could get keys from an employee and pick up a vehicle without being checked in first. He didn’t care to walk her through the process of filling out information online. He didn’t care to speak to her with respect. He proceeded to yell and talk over her, and then threatened to call the cops on her for theft and hung up.She was so upset that I offered to call back and figure things out, and what do you know? No answer, and by the second time I called the automated system said the store was closed. So I try to call the main number and am told that they do not have a messaging system where they can reach anyone at that location at this time but can leave a voicemail for the morning. I explained the situation and they said the best option would be to call the drop off location - which was also closed.I tell my Mom to show me the confirmation messages and the link they provided for online viewing showed up as an error message.I have never seen such poor customer service before, and then to make threats to someone who is clearly confused and trying to make sense of the situation? I’m absolutely disgusted.
Staff at gas station were barely helpful and person they directed me to on the phone who is responsible for rentals at this location was VERY rude at best. Ended up canceling reservation and going to another U-Haul agency about a mile away at 105 Rockdale Ave and they were GREAT there. Only gave 1 star as could not give less.
I had a reservation for 15 truck and 2 bags to cover the mattresses, theh charged me for the bags. Day later, they called me that they dont have this kind of truck; I had to pick up the 15 truck from Westport, MA where it is 21 miles away from my house. Thats ok, but not for charging me the 2 bags and I never get my refund since I never pick them up!Please, I will appreciate it if you refund me the 2 bags.

I paid 10 days late $114.00 which is $20.00 more than I normally pay. When I get to my locker they didnt rwmove their lock. When I reached the manage through Uhaul corporate office, he extremely rude and disrespectful. Ive had a storage with them for 4 years and this is how they appreciate my loyalty and business? This completely unacceptable and disgraceful. I will end my business with Uhaul before the end of the month and will never do business again with them. Please be careful when you do business with this location.

I have had furniture in storage here for about 2 years. I probably have one of the smallest units. The price keeps going up. I would suggest you look around before putting your items there. I have a unit on the 4th floor it is dry but it kind of has a moldy smell. Good luck people !
Ive had a storage unit here in the past. Ive rented trucks here multiple times. Most of the staff has been friendly!
All went well the two times I had to rent a moving truck from here. Matt was very helpful every time I had to call, or ask questions while I was there. Very glad I found this place!

I keep a storage bin here, Im perfectly happy with the low hassle staff and the well-lighted facilities. Its not a modern one, its in an old mill building but the spaces are fine.

Ill give them 3 stars because the truck broke down on me twice and the first time they claimed it was ok. I did get a full refund but it still cost me 340.00 more dollars to use friends and there trucks.

Awful so many problems ended up having to call customer service was on the phone with them for over an hour ended up going in. Staff member wasnt bad but they had been having problems with the system double charging. After about an hr and half finally got a refund. But after this experience I defiantly wont be going to uhaul for a rental again.
