Absolute worst, problem is basically a monopoly so they could care less cant wait to get a transplant and hopefully be done with these horrible people. field techs are poorly trained I had to show the young man how to set up the equipment. If it would allow to give - stars I would, been dealing with them for three years and have been through 5 machines one was brought right from another house without being serviced it reeked of cigarette smoke another had a mouse in it Insane the amount of problems I have had with the horrible company and the money they make from the insurance is criminal

Change of Heart! Went to pick up my CPap machine, was met by a very nice receptionist who was attentive and let my appointment know I was there. Didnt wait long (2-3 minutes) and I was 30 minutes early.Mr Simoes was great, informative, personable and went over everything with me and answered all my questions.Highly recommend this oppression operations!

I would rate 0 if possible. My mother needs oxygen. We asked for a portable tank and got one that never held a battery charge. We returned it three times. Each time it came back and was never fixed. We changed to tanks which worked ok but were heavy and can’t go on planes. They have us back the portable concentrator to take on a plane. The first time we tried to use it to go to a dr apt it wouldn’t work and said internal failure. I called the company and was on hold for 45 minutes. My mother missed her dr apt and now has no way of leaving the house because this doesn’t work. They tell you if your equipment breaks they pick it up and fix it and return the same one but it never gets fixed. If you insist on brand new equipment they will refuse you.

Contacted them earlier today about their Broda chair showing wear and tear making it difficultt to use. They sent their worker,Brian Lavoie to remedy the situation .He arrived ontime after calling us to double check the arrival time.He called again when outside to check on which door to bring in a replacement. He was very pleasant and efficient, answering all our questions the best he could. He engaged our patient in a friendly conversation, too.He told us what we could expect possibly with the repairs. We are very happy with this service.

Very good customer service. (Maybe theyve hired more help or worked out their previous issues?) I almost didnt try them because of the reviews. Here was my experience: I called after 4:00 p.m. on Friday + left a message. They returned my call within 2 hours. (Unexpectedly, fast. I didnt expect them to get back to me until they opened on Saturday.)The woman who called was pleasant and efficient. She ask me to email (or fax) my prescription to them + asked if I needed the equipment that night. I said that the next day was fine. I asked if they would charge me to deliver. (If there was a delivery charge I was going to pick it up.)She asked me to hold a minute to check on it. Came back within a reasonable time and said thered be no charge.Great! I asked for delivery after 1:00 p.m. the next day, which was a Saturday, and she agreed.I scanned my prescription right after hanging up + emailed it to her. She replied to my email the next morning (before 8:00 a.m.) + confirmed the delivery time. When I hadnt seen or heard from them by around 4:15 on Saturday, I called + left a message with their (live) answering service. The delivery driver and the office both called me back within 10 minutes. The driver said hed be here in half an hour. And he was.The delivery person was a very pleasant young man. He showed me the equipment parts and explained how to use them.I havent used the equipment yet + dont know how it will work (or if Ill need more help from Enos) but so far, so good. Thanks!

Pretty much like talking to a brick wall. Guess that’s a good thing tho. Since no one wants to talk to me over the phone I really am keeping my oxygen!!!

My Doctor wrote an order for oxygen as I have had extensive surgical work done. I am a former RN with over 20 years of experience and I know when my saturation drops. I get quite scary. I was told by a person in the office then you need to call 911. What kind of medical training does she have to give that advice? My insurance needs proof that my oxygen saturation drops. Come see me when it does, a change in personality to say the least. They office at Enos heard my change when I was on the phone with them.

THIS EQUIPMENT FAILED AND MY MOM WAS WITHOUT OXYGEN FOR TEN MINUTES!My mother was on hospice and on 8 liter of oxygen. On September 27th, Enos hooked up the oxygen Concentrator and the installer said the equipment would fail if there was a power outage. Other than that, it would be fine. 1 1/2 hour later, the concentrator FAILED (thete was NO POWER FAILURE. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING). My mom subsequently was WITHOUT oxygen for 10 MINUTES until we could get her hooked up to a portable tank.**Lack of oxygen from three to nine minutes can result in irreversible brain damage! In some cases, cardiac arrest.**My mom died 12 days later. My dad and I have been trying to get in touch with Enos about the equipment failure and my mothers ultimate death and the ONLY time we spoke to someone she said it happens (the equipment fails all the time). Now, 4 months later, we STILL have not heard back from ANYONE, including the President and Founder of Enos, Jon Enos, who inherited the company from his father. My dad is now looking into taking legal action against this company.

I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. I called Enos everyday for over two weeks about a walker that was supposed to be delivered to me which was arranged by the hospital that I was discharged from. The first time I called the representative said the walker would be delivered within 24 hours. I called everyday for over two weeks and never received the walker. I just called my insurance company to notify them not to pay for the charge since it was never delivered and Enos just gave me the run-around. VERY UNSATISFIED with how this company does business. It is completely uncalled for to treat a disabled patient the way I was treated and expected me to just wait around while NOT being able to walk at all until they got their act together. This company should be reported to BBB.

Dartmouth Medical no longer sells C-Pap supplies. I was given a biz card of one of the Enos sales rep. After talking with him I sent all info needed plus a script and never heard back. This morning I called the main number and spoke with a woman who clearly was inconvenienced by my call.Minnimum effort ( at best ) was offered to help me with something I need today not next week.Over the last 20 years Enos has made tens of thousands of dollars providing me with medical supplies.Whoever this woman, she is doing more damage than the company probably knows.Enos has lost a valuable customer! Not only will they never get my business again but I will verbalize to anyone who asks they should look elsewhere for their medical Supply needs.Respectfully Phil Ashworth

To the RN- insurance companies need hard data. Whoever qualified you for oxygen knows this and needs to provide this to the insurance, not you. Hope your recovery goes very well.About me- CPAP customer. Although it took more than a month to actually get on the machine; that is the behind the scenes reality. Not a specific individual per se.My brain 🧠 functions on all 8 cylinders now. Amazing what a little O2 can do during sleep. So far I’ve worked with Tracy in billing (?) and am completely happy with her response time and phone personality.****For CPAP. beginners: The equipment case they give you DOES have the tubing. Look in the front long pocket. Trust me. I felt foolish when I insisted it was not there. This is a common mishap and I would like to spare someone the distress. 😊- 🧜‍♀️

Working for a nursing facility in the greater Lowell area, I found that the customer service was terrible. How difficult is it to be pleasant on the phone? Unprofessional attitude is not accepted where I work. If you hate your job, quit!
