Always love the selection. Brittney was super friendlyand helpful! Only small complaint was that the handicap stall was out of order so my daughter couldnt use the restroom due to her wheelchair. As this is my first stop to this store, it could have just happened and they hadnt had a chance to get someone in.

January 5, 2021, 6:55pm. Checked website and store hours read OPEN until 9pm. Drove down from Mequon and store is closed. No sign on window with modified hours. My suggestion is keep your website accurate, put a notation to call store for hours as to COVID 19 modifications and put a SIGN visible on your door with accurate hours! I give this manager 0 stars, but couldnt post without picking 1 star.

Shannon recently helped us with a purchase at the New Berlin store. She went above and beyond to help us find our Christmas tree. Highly recommend this store for crafting, framing and knitting supplies. Have made several purchases here with great satisfaction.

Great place. I found everything I need. I was a bit overwhelmed with how much is available.

As usual, they fail to keep their restrooms clean. The base of the toilets is stained with urine and such.Managers should ensure this is taken care of or simply clean themselves.

I bought two frames. The clerk was so helpful in helping to make the best choices and even helped put the art in the frames.

This is a great place for inspiration. I can almost always find something for my class.

Normally has a very good selection, and very reasonable prices and sales. Staff is hit or miss though. I have met some good associates, and some others who could really use a little customer service training. Otherwise, a great place for craft items and materials.

I bought craft carts as presents because of the great price and additional discount. I also bought the toppers available to add to the carts as part of a present. I ordered online 3 different times for pick up at 2 different Michaels and all 3 went very well. They do a good job! Thank you.

I was able to find all my Christmas needs. Sad to see they no longer carried origami paper. The staff was great and patient!

Alyssa was extremely helpful and courteous. She aided in my decisions and I felt that she went beyond just doing a duty. She deserves recognition because she will bring people back to your store. She didnt just give me directions as to where to go, she took me to the spot.

I had one purpose for stopping....buy ribbon for bags of peppermint bark. The ribbon was 50% off, and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. It was a quick, extremely successful shopping experience.

We love Michaels! Huge selection, great prices & deals friendly and helpful employees. One of our favorite places for holiday and seasonal decorations - always an amazing selection with various styles and so many choices. A great place to find inspiration.

Wait in line twenty minutes just to grab online order. Not a smooth or efficient process. Also have a sign at the front counter about online pick up even though you cant get it there. Stick with Amazon. This is why their stores are closing.

I shop at this Michaels a lot. Selection of products is great & I like the coupons. Lots of parking. Associates are friendly & helpful.

The workers there are really rude and one of the workers literally took me saying it’s okay I don’t want the soap and walking out the store as blowing up over some soap and I thought that was very rude because not only was she on the clock talking about a customer as she walked away but she lied on a customer

Always a good selection of craft and holiday items.

I had my degrees framed here and was informed that it would take two weeks. Four weeks passed with no word. When I attempt to call, no one answers the line. There is no way to leave a message either. The last several times I have called they hang up on me. My degrees - which they have in their possession - are very valuable to me and there is no way to communicate with them about this except by phone. I am reluctant to travel 30 minutes to the store if it is still not ready. For the price I paid to have this completed, I should have gone with another vendor. - or at least one that would communicate with me.

Check out staff at this location were very helpful and professional during this busy time of year.My items were packaged with care, which I greatly appreciated.Prices were Fair and items have good quality. Though I only visit the store for holiday decorations, I have always been pleasantly surprised by the variety of items offered.

I love Michaels! I am an art teacher and painter, and whenever I need materials, Michaels is my go to place. I wish Michaels Arts and Crafts would look into opening a store in Burlington, WI. I feel Burlington would be a great place to have a store.

Decent prices and selection had almost everything I needed

Always find what I need for my craft projects (and plenty of extra stuff, too). Prices can be a little high, but luckily most of the store is usually on sale. And their coupons have recently gotten a lot better about what they can be used on.

We visit Michaels frequently for art supplies among other things. They usually have great deals and have a rewards program via an app. Sometimes things seem a bit expensive, but they always have a coupon or promotion. Their stores are clean and organized well, so theyre easy to navigate.

Always fun to go and hunt for various items, especially when you have coupons! Also, fun to see all the new seasonal items that are out and about, even if it out s too early fir Christmas stuff and music! Reasonably priced...got clearanced items...clean store and restrooms. So much fun to stop!

Chalk that were $.99 by checkout didnt ring up as per signage. 2 bins full of it and cashier wanted me to use my phone and take a picture of it when the cashier shouldve known or asked for a price check instead he wanted me to go and take a picture and if it was as I had stated then hed change the price. There was another item that was rung up with a different dollar amount. I didnt feel that the cashier was up to par on customer service and I decided not to pay for the 2 items. I walked out disappointed by the experience of this trip.

This is my favorite Michaels store. It is clean and organized. The lady named Becky who works there is the most helpful employee and is very nice.

We managed to find our Santa gift here after Walmart sold out and was unable to hold. Michaels found the item and put it on hold for us. Alex was great over the phone and then the cashier accepted the competitors coupon we had with ease.

This Michaels has pretty much everything you need. I like the use of the app to find products and MAKE events they have. I recently went to a lava bead bracelet making and the employee helped me find the products I needed. She also gave me 10% off the whole order for participating in the activity. I go here for all other crafty needs.

Sometimes they have what I want. You can use competitors coupons. Be sure to check out the clearance areas, sometimes they have some great deals on interesting things.

I feel like this store is super dangerous for me, lol, because I am a big crafter all round. I can get lost in this store for hours on end!!!! They have so many options for example on beads, and just yesterday all strung beads were $2.99 for one of their doorbusters. Needles to say I bought a lot of them & saved a ton of money. If youre a crafter, scrapbooker, painter, drawer, beader, need organization for your crafts, so on & so forth I definitely suggest this store as well as the Michaels app on your phone to you!!! #inlovewithmichaels

Nice clean store, associates are somewhat helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Most of the associates are teenagers or not much older.. Great products and most of the time they have what Im looking for.

Michaels in New Berlin has the best framing department. They are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for my framing needs.

This store at the New Berlin location is a much bigger store but does not handle any Hanukkah or Kwanzaa activities or decorations. The staff is very helpful as always at any of these stores. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because it is not a culturally diverse product store.

Everything I needed was in stock and the staff was very nice.

I called ahead to have some adhevise backed black glitter foam sheets set aside 2 days after we cleared them out. Hailey (sp?) was cheerful, accommodating, and quick. I checked another Michaels down the road first, but they didnt even carry the product we needed. By the time I drove from one to the other, (15 min) Hailey already had the product up front with my name on it. This is the second time this Michaels location has come through in a clutch for me.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly. Love the associates in the custom framing area - especially Allan - he fixed a frame that I had just purchased by swopping out the glass for a new one. It was something small, but a big deal to me since now I can finish my project.

Nice, knowledgable, helpful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have all I need. Great variety, of course...and really exceptional seasonal clearance prices on products leaving the spotlight.
