I normally dont leave reviews, but felt this company is awesome and needed some recognition for there Great service.The receptionist was very kind and professional and able to answer my questions and able to get me scheduled for the next day. Other companies were 4 days out for service.Prices were cheaper than others and the quality was great. The owner was very personable and explained what was going on.A seal was not sent with the windshield and instead of having me come back another they they were able to find the seal at a different location. They drove to get it and my car was able to get done that day.Of your looking to get your auto glass needs done, look no further. Go here!

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. The best customer service I have received in a long time. My vehicle was repaired in less than 24 hours of my first phone call to them.

Unfortunately, I was abruptly forced to replace my drivers side window because it turns out that other people want to drive my car as much as I do. As I experienced a mixture of rage and anxiety, I began researching the best auto glass repair businesses in my area and came across Nextech. I sent about a dozen emails to other businesses around the area, but Nextech was the first to respond and provide me with an accurate quote. On a Thursday, I was able to schedule an appointment for their mobile repair van to fix my window the next day. They called me on Friday morning to inform me that the ETA would be 2:00. Shortly after 2:00, the savior descended upon my front door with his tools and hope for a better tomorrow. Within a 30 minute timeframe, I handed him the keys, he replaced the window, and then he was on his way to brighten another persons day. My short term research was successful, and I would certainly trust Nextech the next time someone decides to play Grand Theft Auto with my car.

After trying multiple junkyards in the area with no luck, Nextech was able to order the door glass I needed for same-day pickup to get my car back on the road. Was able to install myself without any fitment issues. Will definitely use them again.

Was one of the only places that said they would touch my 1980 Camaros windows. They did a fantastic job to pull the windshield and rear glass, reseal and reinstall the glass without breaking it. I wasnt in a rush but they turned it around quickly and gave awesome customer service. I will take all my future business there.

Have used there service many times. from the start of the business from the call to the receptionist, job dispatcher being very polite and positive attitude trying to accommodate our needs . Was prompt and said they may be able to take care of same day on a 2021 vehicle . i was pretty shocked at how fast . but she came through and the technician called by around 330 and was all set by 5 . Fantastic job!! I live in northern Wisconsin and was Visiting family in the Milwaukee area. I contacted Nex-Tech on very short notice to get a new windshield installed. The staff went out of their way to get me in early so I could get back home. They did an awesome job replacing my windshield. Their prices are very reasonable. I took my new to me 2007 Chevy Silverado there to have a chip in the windshield looked at as I was not sure if it had been filled and I did not want to worry about it cracking and needing a whole windshield. Not only were they able to get to me right away but when I got there they informed me the chip had already been filled! I would highly recommend them to anyone based off this experience. Also beware. They have a ferocious 1lb guard dog there to greet you 😂😂

It was a tough repair on an antique car, but they kept at it and got the job done. I doubt anybody else could have done as good of a job. Highly recommended.

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. My husband called this company on a Friday for a windshield replacement. We made an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tuesday came and no one called or showed up. My husband called in the afternoon and no one answered.....had to call back a few more times. Finally he got someone and they told him they would be out between 5-6 pm. I waited and still no one came. My husband called a little after 6 pm and their voicemail box was full and they were closed. I wasted my entire day waiting for them....even cancelled work. Today is Friday and still didn’t hear from anyone, so my husband called back again and was told they could come out next Wednesday....no apology, no accommodations for the inconvenience....nothing. Was told there was absolutely no way they could get to use before Wednesday. Sorry, but I am not waiting around for Wednesday to come and them not be a no show again. Called another company and they are fixing it immediately. Don’t waste your time on a company that doesn’t care about their customers!!!

Easy & affordable!

Tried to get mobile service for windshield repair. Took off entire day of work. Called several times to try to contact them, and no one called back. Finally got called and was told they would be calling shortly to schedule because they were so far behind. No one called back. Called them again and they said they would have probably make it after 6pm. no one called again. Finally got message at 630pm that they needed to reschedule. Had to waste entire day waiting for call to cancel service. I went out of town the next three days and called them back to schedule and they wanted to reschedule next week. Contacted another local service and they were able to get job done in 3 hours from time I called them

Getting my window chipped fixed. They have awesome customer service and the team here is great with customers. If the unfortunate news of chips or break to windows happens, definitely would recommend here to anyone. They made me one happy customer today. Thank you.

Had two windshields replaced. We live out of town and both times they had it done in the small window of time we were in town. Very convenient. Hopefully we dont need many more windshields replaced, but if so, this is where well go.

My drivers window was shot out with a BB gun, I had a friend refer this place. Made the appointment, tech called and said he would be there shortly. #1 found it odd that he stated he needed payment before work was started per his boss. Tech was very friendly, said he would get going and call me when it was done. He called and stated he had something he needed to show me. Apparently he did not have the correct parts to finish my window so said he would tape it up and come back tomorrow. I didnt think about it right away as I was working from home and was in the middle of something. So I called the office to ask for a refund. I would already be out the $20 I tipped the tech, Shirley was the rudest person I have ever spoken with in my life. She literally argued with me and asked if I had a friend with a garage that I could park my car there. #1 I paid for a service that was not complete, I found it acceptable to leave my car on the street with a taped up window. They knew the kind of car before showing to fix it and should have had the correct parts or advised me otherwise so I could have went somewhere else to have it fixed on the same day! Next day, I take it to a reputable shop and he asked who worked on it as they were complete amateurs. I guess in the long run, it was a good thing they couldnt finish. I will never again pay ahead of time for a service or tip for that matter. Do not go here, find a reputable company!

They replaced my windshield last week, no problems so far. Great mobile service. They showed up right when they said they would. Rates were very competitive & in fact, the cheapest I found for mobile service.

Excellent service. My car was broken into and my passenger side window was shattered. I work 9-5 so finding time to take it somewhere was out of the question. Paustians not only came to my work place and replaced the window in 30 minutes but they also saved me over $100 that I was quoted by other companies. The new window is perfect and he even vacuumed some of the broken glass out of my car. Great deal, highly recommend.

I went here to get my windshield replaced and the first time they did it they didnt install the windshield right and I could hear wind noise when driving. They tried to fix it but couldnt, so they ordered a new windshield. This windshield they put in this time is full of defects and warpage / waves. I dont know what they think is ok about putting bad glass on customers cars, totally unacceptable. I had to go there THREE times all just to get inferior glass put in, it was a complete waste of time and money. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone else to go here.

They did a great job on my car and even went the extra mile to grind and primer some rust before the new windshield was put in. (Without charging more) Great service!

It started with an email to quote out 2 small chips in my windshield. Shirley replied and gave me the costs. I decided to call to make an appointment since the quote was very reasonable and they offered to repair onsite at no extra charge. Other companies I called provided 2 prices - 1 onsite or 1 where I go to them - while others did not offer mobile service at all. In fact Paustians quote was less than the in-shop quotes. Shirley was very patience with me as I needed to change my location and date twice. The morning of the appointment I received a very courteous call from the driver to inform me of when I should expect them. They called me again when they arrived. I met them at my van and they took time in the freezing cold to explain the process and told me it would take about 20 minutes and he gave me the costs. Rick also explained that both cracks should fill nicely but I still might be able to notice them. They were not in my sight line so I was not worried. 15 minutes later Rick called me to say that he was done. I took a long look and I honestly could not find the cracks - what a great job. I debated about trying to fill them myself to save on costs but with the freezing cold I was afraid the cracks might spread with the extreme temp changes. I am so glad I took a chance. Awesome Awesome job - highly recommended. Thanks Paustians Glass and Shirley and Rick and the other helper (didnt catch his name)!

Paustians replaced the windshield and cracked moulding on my 240SX. Rick and Aaron was very accommodating for my busy schedule and the work the do is top notch. Their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets this company apart. I cant say enough good things about Paustians Auto Glass.
