New Berlin Car Care just recently moved into a new building. Britney and Kyle are great people with a ton of knowledge. They helped install new brake pads and rotors on my car. The job was quick and a fair price. If you have any car issues take it here and they will get you back on the road in no time!

I was able to make an appointment to get my oil changed the same day. They did an inspection while my car was there and found I need a new front ball joint. The best part was that they were not pushy about the extra repair. I was able to do this on my own time and I am having this fixed as I write this. The gentlemen at REIS are fair, honest and do quality work. The things that are most important in an automotive shop.

Great communication and very trustworthy. I had my 2002 Buick Century Custom towed to their shop and they were able to look at it the same day. Luke was the technician that I dealt with on the phone and in person. He was very knowledgeable and put things in terms I could understand. They could have told me I needed the more expensive part replaced and I wouldnt have known any better, but they fixed what was broken and gave me a more than fair price for the repairs and parts. I rarely leave reviews for businesses, but felt that repair shops like, REIS Automotive, are hard to come by. I would feel more than comfortable recommending, REIS, to my family and friends. They restored my faith in car repair shops and plan on using them for any future repairs.

I have had numerous vehicles in their shop with varying degrees of problems and complexity. I have always been impressed with the quality of work, consistent professionalism and all around positive experience. They are great guys doing great work.

If youre looking for an experienced technician that can do diagnosis and repairs without rebuilding your car from the front to the back the top and the bottom no, this is not the place to go. Adam the technician there has no drivers license has been suspended or revoked for 5 OWIs. Chris the owner, is in bars most of time. Very unprofessional. Not a place you want to use, unless you want to spend 2000 or more dollars for a rebuild.

When my car broke down Reis was very compassionate and accomodating. They returned my call after hours. It was clear that my safety was of great concern to them. I have been taking my car to them for years. they are my preferred auto repair shop .

I dont recommend this place to my worst enemy..started out with a emission test and repair at$ 300. And ended up with a $2000 bill check engine light came on the next day.took it back they said they fixed .the check engine light came on again..and its miss firing..im reporting to the BBB....thanks again for the $2000 ride buddy.....the black blazer

Be careful of crazy parts markup and inflated labor rates. We wont be servicing our vehicles here any time soon.Especially for a $60 oil change and very high repair estimates.These techs rather focused on selling our work truck a unnecessary repair instead of focusing on brakes so worn it was an imminent safety issue. They never even gave us brake reading measurements!$795 for a water pump that IS NOT leaking is absolutely absurd. GO ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car was leaking oil and through research found Reis Automotive in New Berlin. I was able to get my car in quickly, and received excellent service from Luke and Mike. Luke thoroughly and comprehensively explained the problem as he showed me where the leak was As he was talking with me, Mike was researching my vehicles warranty and found the repair was covered on my warranty for just under 2 weeks longer. While they would have been happy to repair my vehicle Luke suggested I check with the dealership because it would not cost me anything. While I did not utilize Reiss services, I am impressed with this facility, their honesty, and them proactively going the extra mile to check my cars warranty. I will not hesitate to take my car to Reis for service in the future.
