HORRIBLE! I ordered a costume and they delivered the incorrect costume and size. I called and the woman I spoke with assured me that they would overnight the correct costume so my son would have it for his Halloween party. It didnt get shipped so I called the following day and then spoke to a manager who also assured me it would arrive the morning of his party. It again, did not get shipped. He then promised me he would get it out that night so my son would at least be able to wear it for Halloween and would call me with a tracking number for the next day delivery. Again, he never called and three days later, no costume. I have left the manager three messages with no call back. The worst company I have ever ordered from and will never order from again! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
