I gave them my Sq footage and theyre estimates were spot on. The delivery was very prompt and put exactly where I wanted it, the driver was very courteous. I recommend them highly.

Wow! I called the office at 7:10 AM and got on the schedule for the same day! Excellent excellent excellent. Lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get my delivery early afternoon. The driver was also just as awesome. I asked for half of the product on one side of the property and the other half on the other and he took time and care to do just that! There’s nowhere else I would call for my landscaping needs.

Great staff and good products. The lady that i spoke to when setting up delivery was very nice and knowledgeable. The delivery driver showed up exactly on time and dropped the soil off exactly where i requested and he was very friendly and helpful. The soil was screened well with few rocks and debris and was fairly dry considering the recent weather and humidity.

Came ahead of schedule and accommodated our dumping placement plans as safely and carefully as possible.

Have ordered trafficbond, decorative rock & gravel from here a few times and gotta say this is one of the few quality businesses (big or small) that truly impress me as a customer. Not only are the prices super reasonable, customer service is top notch and the product is always delivered super quickly. My most recent order came in about 90min! Faster than Amazon at least here in Waukesha.Keep up the amazing work and please put on a clinic for other businesses to show them what it takes to provide such high levels of quality and customer service! Will never go anywhere else for my rocks and gravel lol.

Im just a homeowner, not a contractor, so i just buy small amounts of material (1/2 to a few yards at a time). Ive always gotten quick and courteous service here. They have a great selection of material. Way cheaper to buy in bulk here than in bags at Menards or Home Depot. The topsoil blends have a nice texture and few clumps so they are easy to spread out.

We overestimated the weight of a 1 1/2 yards of garden soil for our trailer on Friday morning.After the soil was loaded into our trailer, we noticed trouble with our tires . The yardman was so very helpful and got the tires fixed and we were on our way!Customer service is top notch and we will be returning customers ( but will have delivery next time)!

Weve used Certified Products a couple times for topsoil and decorative stone in our yard. Each time I have always been pleased with the service. The office staff was very helpful on figuring out how much we needed to order and all the delivery drivers arrived during the time they promised. They are also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any landscaping materials.

Wish we would have used Certified years ago!!! Staff extremely helpful and kid friendly. Dirt / compost was CLEAN and it turns out we had too much as we must have been shorted from other suppliers in the past as we ordered same amount and it was more than from previous suppliers!!! WE ARE ONLY GOING TO USE CERTIFIED FROM NOW ON!!!! also, the grass seed that they carry works as promised!! (again far superior from others and retailers)

We ordered river rock from certified products and were extremely pleased but needed more and they were booked so we tried another company, paid the same amount but received a quarter of what certified product sent us. The amount was so small that we had to make another order from certified products and they did another amazing job. I will only use this place for now on.

We had their lawn and garden soil delivered to our home. Mark was the driver that made the delivery. He was a great driver and put the soil just where we asked. I ordered the stone at 8:30 a.m. and it was delivered with a smile by 10:30 a.m. Great price, great delivery, great customer service. I can’t wait to order mulch from them in the spring!

My first experience with them has been phenomenal. The responded to my online inquiry with such speed and they answered every question I had. When I called to place the order, they were able to do same day delivery for my traffic bond, which in winter temperatures is a feat all in itself! Another thing that was great was the quality of my traffic bond, it was perfectly crushed and i was able to work with it right away. The last company I ordered from, I had to take a pick to in order to break it up further. All in all, these guys are fast, these guys are reasonably priced, and these guys are quality.

I love this place! The staff is super friendly! I pick up mushroom compost/mix for my raised beds in my short-bed Ford Sport Trac! Its a challenge to dump a half yard without to much spillage, but they manage just fine! Highly recommend!!!
