After a horrible experience with the origin portion of my move boulevard relocation was wonderful! They were on time helpful, very careful with my belongings and my house when unloading. They were willing to move and re-move items that got placed in wrong rooms. Fast and friendly! Special thanks to Dan and his crew for being so helpful!
1. The movers were 5 hours late the 1st time they showed up and brought all there boxes and paper made a hudge mess. Packed my paper plates when I had asked them to start in a back bedroom. Then they left. The following day they were only 2 hours late. A friend and I packed more than 50% of my belongings because I was told I would receive a discount. They were not able to work on Sunday because we lived in a gated community. So u charged us extra 500.00. If they were not late the first day they would have had plenty of time to fill truck. They left several items outside overnight. Which I had to move to get my car out. They promised they would have items delivered in three days but it took them almost 2 weeks to show up at our new place and again they showed up 5 hours late and wanted to start unpacking. There were only 2 guysAnd we also had another truck coming with overflow items. And that truck didnt show up for another week and a half.
Great at selling the dream of a perfect moving experience. Their failure to execute, however, should keep you away from Boulevard if youre looking for a cross-country moving solution. Our house was packed up on the 17th of July with a guaranteed delivery date of August 28th.Seemed like a reasonable amount of time to coordinate a move. Our family is now in California and were still waiting for our stuff to be delivered. Staff did a great job packing things up and after that it all fell apart. Its now August 2nd now and Im still looking at an empty apartment. Staff waited until the last minute to inform us that our goods would not be arriving on time and since then weve been assured three different delivery dates--each time its pushed back for one reason or another.Part of the problem is that it seems four companies are doing the moving and none of them appear to be talking to each other. Countless phone calls from us trying to figure out what is happening and still no stuff, even though we know its sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to bring it to us. Unacceptable.Somehow the company thinks that $100/day late is an acceptable solution to this problem. Id like to see them without their entire household of stuff for 17 plus days, living out of a a few suitcases trying to do their normal jobs and take care of their families.
