This is a horrible company for my elderly Mom to deal with. My Mom is constantly receiving incorrect ccap supplies. It is a hassle for her to straighten out. She is then told to drive down there to return & order the correct supplies. She’s been using this company for 6 years with no changes. Apria should be ashamed of themselves for causing the elderly much undo stress.

My doctor ordered an equipment . I am finding very hard communicate with their off shore team. I am not able to understand what they were asking . I am not sure about my order, in spite of offered all the required information. I will call my doctor to change to different provider. I would like give them 0 stars, if this is a option

Every time I have called with questions or needed to change equipment, the people in New Berlin, Wi have been extremely nice and helpful. No problems at all.

One star is too much ......9 hours of BS with these people its know 9:30 pm on a Friday sorry you dont have the right insurance and NO we dont bill customers direct.My Dad will die without oxygen Apria doesnt care. Had to go to ER dads stats drop when he sleeps found Home Care Medical.if you need health care service go to Home Care Medical they are the BEST brought us equipment at 1am set it up the whole nine yards

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Would love give them a 0 if I could! They got the order 2 weeks ago for my husbands cap machine. Still nothing. When I call I end up with someone who barely speaks English and they each tell me something different. First it was that they did not receive all the needed info from my Dr then they did... Then they didnt.... What? Said they would put me as a priority to get this teken care if... 2 days later still nothing! I finally called the doctor and asked that they resubmit the order through a different supplier. Fingers Crossed! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Absolutely awful company. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO FILL SUPPLIES. I received supplies, my INS CO denied claim and by the time I received the bill it was past the 30 day return period. So now I owe $248.48 for a plastic mask, still in original package, they will not let me return. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Calling my sleep DR now to see what other companies are out there I can deal with.

That bad? I dont know. When I need CPAP equipment I call ahead. Someone always answers the phone and makes a note of what I need. Then, either they ship it or I pick it up if its really necessary. I have never had the problems the other writers are talking about and Ive been a CPAP user for over 10 years. I dont get it! Staff is friendly and helpful. Respiratory therapists will sit down and really explain things. I think some of those other responses are bogus.

I totally dislike the fact that most of their customer service personnel are in the Philippines and do not have the knowledge to answer questions and issues that do not follow their pre-approved scripts they have. Make America great again and hire dedicated people in the USA!

I am also one of the people required to do business with Apria. Being forced to do business by your insurance company would be the only way I would do business with them. Again I called about an order that was not shipped from them, again they have no idea why it has not shipped. This happens with every order I place with them. No they cant ship it by the end of the year as they are too busy, so there goes the insurance payment. The customer service is the worst and the people all have attitude that you are bothering them and they are doing you a big favor even talking to you.

Absolutely the worst customer service people in the business. Tell them I need an itemized bill to pay for my C-PAP supplies, they say they cant provide on e until AFTER i pay, how B.S. is that?!! And their phone system is the worst to deal with, can barely hear what they are trying to tell you on the automated service. And when they leave a message, they mumble and talk so fast I cant hear what they are saying. I wear hearing aids and had to call my wife or son over and they couldnt decipher it!! Called my insurance company who apologized on their behalf and have hooked me up with a new provider. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!

TERRIBLE customer service.... We are trying to buy diabetic supplies from them and they are making the process extremely painful. The customer service reps are useless, unhelpful, and uncaring of your situation. They try to act like they know what they are talking about when they dont have a clue. Unfortunately, they are the only DME provider my health insurance covers that has the item we need. Otherwise, we would not do business with these people. If you can use another provider for whatever you trying to purchase, I would use them instead. If possible, avoid this company….. AVOID!

Simply horrible service at the New Berlin Wi branch. I think the staff are well-meaning but the processes, and leadership (especially the branch manager) are just horrendous. Its funny how they have the audacity display their mission statement regarding ownership and accountability that is something so far from what they practice. Im thinking this is a systemic problem as well. Their stinking thinking breeds nothing but more stinking thinking

My insurance company requires me to use Apria. Customer service is horrible. Orders sometimes come when you order them. Getting a straight answer from someone, good luck. If money wasnt an issue for me, I would pay full price to use another company.

Order CPAP supplies and didnt inspect package looking into the actual product package. They have a no return policy after 30 days, even though it was there error in sending me the incorrect product they couldnt take back I repeat there mistake ! Never use them again will contact my insurance company and the BBB to report there practices

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ILLEGAL FRAUD COMPANY!! We have been paying off a bill for our CPAP machine but they decided to empty our bank account and put it in the negative numbers with NO AUTHORIZATION. We just filed a police report against these idiots. They can take their machine and shove it! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! Google you can continue to remove my posts but I will repost them over and over and from other accounts if needed, Im not a person you want to mess with.

The worst costumer service ever. If you can use another company do it. I was forgiven their number to get a breast pump by my insurance and they after 3 phone calls to verify my information they call and tell me that they dont supply best pump s for my insurance company. Which is not the case according to my insurance company but I ended up just starting this process over with another company. They are the worst.

Horrible, horrible customer service.....1 hour and 12 minutes on the phone with 5 different people!!! I was double billed for equipment I didnt receive and then I was finally told that I had signed the invoice so I was responsible for it!! They also double billed the insurance company. I wish I had read the reviews before I used this company!!!!

Apria is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They billed me over 15 times for things my insurance companies paid for. I would recommend calling your doctors office and complaining about Apria and then asking them to stop using Apria. An employee at my doctors office was so shocked at what Apria was doing with me that she got Aprias branch manager to speak with me. The branch manager was extremely rude, but she put me in touch with her nicest employee to work things out with me. I still had to call the nice employee every month, but it was better than getting the absurdly obnoxious people that Apria usually has talk with you. I also FINALLY got my doctors office to let me break free of Apria. Thank God.

If youre reading this, please, for your own sake....DO NOT do business with these people! They are not health care providers, theyre con artists. They sent me a $126 bill, which my insurance told me on MULTIPLE occasions should have been paid.Now, I know people in health care, and 95 percent of the time, you get those bills because somebody entered the wrong diagnostic code when your medical provider is submitting a claim to your insurance, in which case the insurance company will reject it without explanation, if the code is not exactly correct. Maybe they replaced an 8 with what should have been a B or something like that. Usually a phone call or two to your insurance company and/or your medical provider is enough to get bills like that paid by your insurance. Anyway, Im getting off track here, but point being that these morons at Apria got it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, and no amount of phone calls to them or my insurance was able to keep them from wrongly billing me every single time.So what happens after that? They send collection agency goons after me! Luckily, I have a family member whos a lawyer, so he was able to dispute the claim successfully. Aprias response? They send the bill to ANOTHER collection agency. (Its also worth noting that this family member also has sleep apnea, also got supplies from Apria, and is also currently trying to dispute the second collection agency bill of HIS OWN bill that he ALREADY PAID to Apria.)Anyway, sorry for venting my absolutely awful experience with these hacks, but Im just trying to help you. Find someone, ANYONE else for your sleep apnea machine needs. You can find CPAP supplies online for a reasonable price, if your insurance wont send you to another provider. Maybe you have to pay a bit out of pocket, but thats still better than having Apria handle it. Because even if you have insurance, Apria still will mess up, and then try to have a collection agency cover for their own failure...over, and over, and over. STAY FAR AWAY from these people. FAR away.

This company has absolutly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My CPAP died, doctor sent in an urgent prescription for a new machine and all they can say is it takes 7 to 10 days to get a machine from New Berlin WI to West Bend WI, its a 40 minute drive. Asked if I can pick it up, no, well have to ship it to you after we have properly reviewed all the paperwork to make sure you are approved for the machine.What???? Why would a Dr send in a prescription for one if I did not need it? Problem is that if I change companies at this time it will take about that long for them to transfer all the paperwork to another comapny and then have the new place send out the machine.If you can avoid this company, do so, find someone else to deal with.

The only reason there is one star is because you cant give 0!!!! Dropped off all of my dads paperwork at the beginning of October 2015, and as of the end of January 2016 no one can still tell me what is going on. I requested all of my papers to be faxed to me and I am going elsewhere. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! They are rude, unhelpful and very uncaring DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company.

Not Happy, Cannot get a hold of anyone in the main office to return a phone call. All calls go to a different country and they cannot transfer you. Wait times are extremely long and then they cannot help you. Why cant we just have people answering phones at the main office of Wisconsin.
