After having our AC break three times in just a month, during all this heat, j&j came and fixed the problem! While other companies only addressed the superficial problem, j&j did not rest until they figured out what was going on and had it fixed. The repair man, Anthony, was professional, courteous, and great with my dog and family. I will definitely be calling them again! And highly recommend!

This place installed my mothers HVAC system which is only 1 yr and 5 months old and they refuse to come out and help us, because its been over a year. Meanwhile, parts are still under warranty and theyre the ones who installed the system. Why is it that they refuse to come out after a yr of installing the machine? Is it because thats all that theyre capable of doing, they dont service their own systems?? I will NEVER call these people again for anything.

Blower Motor went out and the house got up to 82°. Called them at 2:30 and by 4:30, someone was there to replace it! Very pleased with the professional work.

Called J & J Mechanical one afternoon and they responded to a air conditioner leak from the a/c unit main line the next morning. The Techs were friendly and got to working on the unit. They checked on several things and repaired the drain line. Told me that was the problem. They billed me for a couple hours of work and told me the unit was ready to go. I turned the unit back on and let run for about an hour and then checked the unit out and it was still leaking. Nothing had changed . I got to looking at the unit and it was unlevel causing the water to run away from the drain so the work they had done, hadnt fixed anything. The problem was the unit was unlevel caused by the bracing falling which caused the water to go passed the drain into my duct work. My wife called the tech and ask him did he notice that the unit had fallen and he told her it was level when they worked on it and she told them that was what the whole problem was. So now she calls the office and talks to manager. She told him the story and he said his Techs wouldnt lie and so he more less called my wife a liar and said that he wasnt saying that they may have missed the problem, and that we had nothing else to talk about. Be your own judge. I wont call them again. I had another gentleman come look at the issue and he repaired the bracing and my unit is draining fine and it fixed the leaking.

Technician showed up on time. Was clear and concise with cleaning a repairs. He was also very polite and performed everything in a timely manner. It could not have gone any smoother.

Woke up to no heat. Called at 8am and scheduled a service. He was out here by 11:30 and by 12:30 the heat was back on! I love doing business with J&J!

Such a great company to work with. James came out measured all the rooms and figured out what system would work best for us. We decided to go with a gas furnace to get a warmer heat in the winter months. Looking forward to summer to see how the AC part works and the cheaper CONB utility bill. Installation team worked great together. They had a alot of work to get the old unit out and the new one in place. Old unit had a bunch of water in it which started to mold really bad so glad to get that gone. They busted their butts. Looking forward the the warm winters and cool summers. Thanks you guys.
