While driving down highway 70 from Havelock to New Bern, an employee driving a red service truck with Coastal Auto Glass, New Bern was driving and texting and cut me off by switching lanes unsafely running me off the road.I then contacted the store and spoke with a woman and told her what happened and she rudely told me to drive better and hung up the phone. This completely rude and unprofessional, I can only imagine how these employees speak and treat people trying to employ there service!

Fast service and Professional!! Gina called when Cliff was on the way, he arrived within the time frame she told me he would arrive. Gina and Cliff were a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend for Auto Glass repair.

Absolutely the best auto glass service I have ever had! Professional and knowledgeable! My first window that they ordered didnt have all the clips. They refused to cut corners and ordered a whole new window! A few days later my daughter who is stationed in Italy (US Navy) had her windshield shattered. The insurance out there tried to get her to put the wrong windshield in. We wouldnt have known if I hadnt reached out to Coastal. They researched it for us and we were able to get my daughters car the correct windshield in Italy. They went above and beyond!!! Thank You!

This company has replaced many windshields for me over the years. They have also found a leak in sunroof and replaced window mechanism for me. Always on time, pleasant and a great job at a very reasonable price.

Very nice job. Looks good as the factory glass ever did. I cannot tell it was even changed since it got hit. I will certainly call them if I need a windshield replaced again.

Work was expedient AND professional and personnel was pleasant to work with.

Cliff was very professional. I had him to replace my windshield, he found a problem with my truck and advised me about the issue. He let me fix the issue and came back to I stall my glass the next day rather than just doing his part and leaving me lingering problem . Definitely I will call him again.

I interacted with coastal glass in regards to getting my suburban windshield taken care of years ago. They came out in a very timely manner the price was absolutely incredible and they were remarkably friendly. I have them coming out again for a different vehicle and they are able to do it while Im at work. I do believe that they are my go-to when it comes to my windshields.

My wife backed our 2010 CRV into the garage door and it had to be replaced. Cliff was the only auto glass shop that immediately recognized we needed a dealer supplied trim for the rear glass to maintain the original appearance. We were very happy with the service and the pricing. You should check with Coastal Auto Glass for any of your auto glass needs. Cliff knows his business. Many of the local auto dealers use him to do their auto glass. Give Coastal a call the next time you need to replace your auto glass.

Not very professional as someone fromt company drives a red Nissan truck full of windshields, cuts me off, darting in and out of traffic without turn signals, nearly caused an accident then decides to flip us off for honking at him. I wouldnt let this company do repairs for me if thats the way their reps act.

The only glass man for me. Top notch service and stands behind his work. Fast service and Cliff always pays attention to details. Thumbs up.

Dont really know aboythe job quality is like but like they say one bad Apple ruins the lot. Man driving down the road in Havelock coming from New Bern headed towards Newport was reckless driving cutting others of and the flipping them of at the stop light. This was all around 1000am on December 13th 2019
