I have been using them for a couple years now. Always friendly and always gets the job done. They have worked on all my families cars, never had any problems afterwords.

If you want to get ripped off and taken advantage of…this is the place for you! I spent over $1000 with this company. My car still wasn’t performing as it should have been. It was squeaking extremely loud. I took it back 3 times over the course of 2 wks. I had to pay every time I took it back for them to tell me the car wasn’t fixable. My friend took my car to her mechanic in the next county. He fixed the problem for $150 and I didn’t have anymore trouble with my car. I would never advise anybody to do business with these people.

If I could give a negative I would. Definitely, the worst car service I received in town. It took them 4 days of lying to me about how they were about to look at my car, and, oh, theyd call me back soon. Never once did they call me back, and by the end of the 4 days, before I just came back and took my car somewhere else, they still couldnt even give me a quote!

They do good work. I think they are a bit too busy, but when you get your car back, you can trust the problem is fixed. Reliable mechanic shop.

Brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection today and I left feeling very informed about what I was buying. The inspection was clearly thorough and done with an experienced eye. When buying a car this is the kind of information that is invaluable. The price for this service was remarkably low and I hope to do more business with them. But not too soon ;)

Well its prices are high but they have good mechanics.

The a/c was going on and off. The passenger side door was not staying closed & they got it all fixed & working

Had car towed to this facility and asking them if they repaired Mini Cooper cars .Had oil leak and water pump issuesGot back after week and costly repairs, car started to do same thing and I feel like it wasn’t fixed but said it was . Very dissatisfied with this repair shopI feel like I got con from them and should of just said I don’t know how to repair this type of car .Just tell people the truthI give this shop and 0

Irresponsible and inconsiderate. Not to mention ignorant. They were and are a big disappointment for us. I strongly advise against anyone trusting this business.

Had my car a week just to find out i got a blown head

The worst experience ever! This place completely took advantage of us. We took our trailer there for repairs and asked them to please let us know how much it would be before doing the work. At first they were very nice and said Ofcourse they would keep us informed. They quoted us at 3 or 4 hours tops. I explained that we would need to know if it was more because we did not have the money to get a major bill, if it was to much we would have to make other arrangements.I kept calling to get an update and was told they would be calling me to let me know.The place did not call us until they were done and hit us with a $1900 bill. Which I did not agree to pay! They completely took advantage of us. I never approved any of this work.I am pregnant and almost had a panic attack when I heard what happened. I have never been so shaken before. This is a terrible and dishonest place and I recommend everyone stay far far away.I can not believe how they take advantage of people. I would have never approved any of this. I would have driven up there myself with my own mechanic and done it for much less but was never given the option. They went ahead and did whatever they wanted without any permission from us at all.

I was referred here by my best friend and his family who swore by Jimmy and the work they do. I took my daughters car there for something I thought would be small to fix. Well after through inspection of the whole car, it was a small item that needed to be fixed and it was taken care of over the weekend. Great explanation of all work that needed to be done now and a few things recommended to fix in the future (w/prices attached). Overall just as good a mechanic shop as I had heard from everyone. Jims a nice enough guy, but misdiagnoses & errors w/ an install has had me back to his shop 4x for one repair. That repair still failed & was remedied in one stop @ another shop. Be alert people.

We took one vehicle here after he was recommended by a friend and didnt have any problems. The second vehicle we took back for him to install parts and we have since had to have it redone twice because he did not do it correctly the first time.

Best mechanic shop in New Bern. No nonsense and the job is done right.

I was in New Bern when the Ford mini buss I was using gave out. These guys left me have a terminal out of a salvage car they had there and it got us back on the road.
