I needed shirts for two businesses that I own and they did a wonderful job. I love both sets of shirts and placed 2 more orders for products. Will be back again and again.

I want to thank you for saving us by completing our order for personalization of T-shirts for our End of Year Meeting at the last minute. We had purchased T-shirts from another business that did not fit most of our staff because they were a very tight fitted sport shirt. We were not made aware of that when we ordered and when we approached the original vendor about a plan to re-order some shirts in another style, we were told it was our error and he would not work with us. At that point we only had about a week until the event. A colleague knew of your business and reputation for quality work and approached you about a rush order for 30 shirts. You more than accommodated us! On such short notice you were able to come up with a design and wording very close to what we ordered from the first vendor and on shirts of a similar color. AND you delivered the shirts to us a week before the event! The shirts were a huge hit for our staff of educators! Advanced signs is THE place to go for signs in New Bern. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. They worked with me to get my logo perfect down to the smallest detail. They work fast; I had new signs on my truck in less than a week from contacting them. The actual sign looks AMAZING and we are always getting compliments on how vibrant and eye catching it is. I highly recommend doing business here!

GREAT SERVICE FROM ADVANCED SIGNSA small committee of neighbor that live in FOX HOLLOW in Trent Woods raised funds for a new neighborhood sign and landscape project. We discussed our project with a couple sign companies, but after meeting the Advanced Signs staff - Jay, Chevy, Britt and Christina we knew we wanted to work with them. The project flowed flawlessly from start to finish. We now have a beautiful sign that the entire neighborhood raves about, not to mention the natural landscaping to complete the finished look. We are happy customers!

My experience was wonderful. The employees were curious, fast and accurate. They did an excellent job with my signs and I was able to receive them within 24 hours. Those signs allowed me to get the most votes for commissioner in my town than anyone else. I will definitely use them in the future.

Advanced signs and awnings did a great Job for me. Customer service was second to none. Even after there were complications with the installation of my solatubes they followed up and ensured the job was done right. Employees are highly skilled and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

What wonderful people to work with. They made our sign project go so smoothly. Would not think of another sign company in any future project.Their quick responses and follow-through were unmated, as well as their pricing was terrific.

Worst sign shop you can use. Products are poorly made and usually made with second hand materials. The owner is all about the money not the customer. The work that is done is shoddy and unprofessional. If you want work done be prepared to wait months for a product that is poorly done and will not reflect your business very well. The owner jay will tell a customer anything they want to hear to make a sale and then not deliver in the end. The installers are not trained to work on electrical systems to wire these signs but the owner expects them to do it anyway without permits not up to code and with no knowledge of how to properly wire and install the signs. I’m surprised they haven’t caused a fire in someone’s building by now. Do not trust this business. Call bender signs if you want a real quality product and proper installation. They are far more professional and higher quality. I wouldn’t spend a dime at advanced signs.

Fabulous company to work with.They have done two major awning installations for me in two counties.In the aftermath of hurricane Florence, the quality of the product and installation resulted in no damage in any way to either location.I highly recommend Advanced Awnings and signs!

We came in with a small budget and big ideas! Advanced signs worked with us and went over the top when it came to making an entire cabinet for us to display our illuminated sign above our store! They have done our display cases as well as banners for directory. Nothing they cant do!

The best quality and most professional sign company. Also take note that the negative reviews posted on her were done by a disgruntled employee that was fired for irrational behavior and violent threats made on the job site by that employee. His name is Mike Veitch and his girlfriend also gave a bad review.
