Plenty of parking. Check out line in front was long but appeared move fast. We checked out in the tech/phone department-no waiting. Devin helpful and another handsome young fellow was very helpful as well. (Im sorry I made it a point to look at his name tag too!-again very handsome :-) Store well stocked and very organized. I need to make it a point to shop here more! Did I mention that one young employee was handsome!!

For the past almost 2 years, Ive relied on online shopping to minimize exposure to other peoples germs. My favorite store for shopping for packaged/branded items is Target. Target has the items and brands that are right for me.Okay, to be honest, I do not love the app for shopping online at Target, but I do muddle through, pay, and select curbside for delivery. And the rest of the shopping experience could not be better!

Stores went drastically downhill. Understaffed & the staff that is there is not knowledgeable. 8-21-21 in electronics trying to get a prepaid mobile hotspot. Not one Target employee in sight only a 3rd party AT&T salesperson. She stalks me to sign up & offers no help finally a guy comes over to help me. Hes clueless as to even what data card goes w/ the device ?! He sales me a hotspot & card. I get home the plans PIN in invalid w/ that device. Back to store to return & get told Target cant refund service plan cards, even though they sold me the incorrect one. By this time Im livid & the manager sees things are getting close to confrontation & voids the sale. Target allowing 3rd party salespeople on their floors is unacceptable.

Honestly, time saving for shopping, and for seniors it is safe shopping and safe payments. Easier to pay for merchandise directly than to depend on others.

Store is always clean and staff is friendly. I very much enjoy spending my husbands money here!

Got a notification that my order was ready. I drove my car 20 miles for the trip and they canceled my order as soon as I pulled in.

The pickup was extremely easy. I didnt know about registering for the pickup prior to the pickup but I will remember next time. They even included an extra little bonus with my holiday order. I never knew pick up could be so easy. Would recommend

I shop Target quite often. The people are always there to help. I went in to buy a tv and the sales lady was extremely helpful in making my decision. She also took the large tv to my car and put it in the back. I am 78 years old and it was too heavy for me.

Every register in the store was closed and only self service was available. the associate said the cashier was on a break. so why was there no back up cashier? what has happened to customer service? meanwhile the other associate is standing there watching everyone ring themselves up. why could he not open a register? the product i was looking for was not carried in the store but the web sight said it was.

Target is much cleaner, more spacious, offer better quality products, employees seem happier and more helpful, target pays $15/hr. min. wage, cares about employees and customers by adhering to mask policies, and Target doesnt donate big money to the Republican lobby! I like supporting companies that are more progressive and care about the planet, people, animals, etc.

The school supply departments was messy and the stock was very disappointing.

I like the target price, the pharmacy, eating/coffee snacks. And the store is clean, customer service outstanding.

Love my target and appreciate the remodel! People complain they cant find anything, but theyre just opposed to any change. Open your eyes and LOOK UP AT ALL THE SIGNS. They have the friendliest service and I also use target drive up when Im in a rush.

It is just so simple and fast!! I love shopping this way and I plan to use this more often

The guys that help me load my TV was very nice and did not mind helping me. One of the guys that was helping is the guy that normally works electronics and he is always nice, polite and very helpful ! If you want some great customer service stop by the electronic department in Target.

The current location is remodeling so its incredibly difficult to find items as things as in flux. But, the main reason I wouldnt recommend this Target location is because of the service. Not once was I greeted or acknowledged by a staff member. The only registers available were the Self-Checkouts--four of them, all in use, with a line 3 people deep waiting. There was one cashier monitoring the Self-Checkouts and helping as best as she could since she was the only one there. There was one person at Customer Service, who completely ignored everything except whatever task he was working on.

No idea why I shop here. Registers and checkout are ALWAYS an issue. If you ever want to get out you MUST use self checkout and they record every you are doing. When I asked if I was being recorded the answer was actually we record you everywhere . Not sure if that is supposed to make me feel better. This is why the consumer is moving to online shopping!There is literally no help and all of these things are being put in place to cut labor. If you want me to ring my own stuff, give me an employee discount. I have NEVER seen more than one register open. Target is supposed to cater to women. I cant imagine juggling kids and ringing my stuff up. When does the customer matter!Wake up Target or you too will be in the long line of closed retailers!

Love the Drive up feature! Associates are super fast and very friendly! Perfect for moms who dont necessarily want to take their children in the store or for people who simply prefer to have their items delivered to them.

The service I received at the Target store in New Bern, NC was exceptional. The team member who helped me was Mary.I was trying to get prints made from my phone and being technically challenged I had no clue as to what to do. Mary was so helpful and patient. If it hadnt been for her I would still be trying.

The staff are always so pleasant in offering assistance. I shopped at this location several times through the remodel and while it was tough to locate what I was looking for, it wasnt hard for me to find an associate to ask for help. With that, I am absolutely loving the new Target remodel!

Awful customer service, a few of the managers are power-struck and rude to customers and staff. Starbucks was crawling with roaches, and I worked behind the counter. If you love Target, don’t visit this store.

The ease and convenience of the drive up function was amazing. The order was correct and I waited less than 5 minutes upon arrival. The clerk was very courteous. Used the app while sitting at Greenville Target because the product sizes I needed were not available. Found all items at the New Bern target, ordered as drive up and picked up next day (was ready within the hour though). Great drive up experience.

Target was my favorite store until they started remodeling the store in NB. The whole front of the store is makeup which as a senior I dont have need for. The itemsI regularly bought have been moved faraway from the entrance. I guess they arenow catering to the younger folks. My business will now change to a store where products I buy are not a mile from the entrance.

4 self serve checkouts in a cramped area; 1 checkout person open; 3 managers standing by registers just talking!!!!!! The new organizing of products in the store doesnt make sense and very hard to find items. I heard this from other customers as well.

When you try to call them and contact electronics it makes some creepy glitch sound and hangs up

Went because Good Rx showed this CVS would have the lowest price for my prescription. WRONG! Not only was I reprimanded by the pharmacy tech for not changing my profile address...with a disgusted sigh. (I just moved 3 weeks ago and live in an RV, so I relocate), but then I was charged over double the price Good Rx quoted. The pharmacist told me they dont honor Good Rx prices on all prescriptions.NEVER AGAIN!

Used to be a great store with good customer service. Now it is obvious that the company just doesnt care about service. WARNING - YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED. Prices at register are not what they are on he shelf and its up to you to catch it. Never going back. If you have to return something please contact me and I will pray for you.

Ive had just one positive experience at this store in the 5 years I have lived here. I used to shop at Target a lot in MN and thought they lived up to their fast, fun, friendly brand promise, but not here in New Bern. Almost always out of what Im looking for even though inventory records say it is in stock. Also, they seem to be missing some pretty basic items. 5 years ago I never would have guessed I would prefer Walmart over Target but that is definitely true now.

The store has really gone down. Products are becoming cheaply made and are not attractive. Store is never stocked well and they discontinued my favorite intimate wear. Getting very disappointed and will rarely visit store now.

I took a job offer from target. Up next is orenation. I was excited to see what journey target would bring. When I accepted the job offer an email came explaining in detail which identification was ok to bring and an orenation date no time. I called target and l was told no orenation would be on that day. I called the next day and asked if or when an orenation would be... l was just told to call back. I finally went there and I was told the same thing. When I left that day I received a call telling me when to arrive and what to wear.I arrived on that day and time. I was told to take a seat in the Starbucks area and someone would come and get me.WEll AN HOUR AND 17 MINUTES LATER NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME!.I GOT UP AND WALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID NO ONE CAME TO GET YOU I REPLIED NO! PLEASE TELL WHOMEVER THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY BUT I WILL PASS.I WOULD NOT WANT TO WORK AT A COMPANY THAT OPERATES AS TARGET DID...EVEN DECIDED TO SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I love Target overall, but the restrooms are terribly dirty all of the time at this location. No other complaints other than that.

My go-to place for everything but groceries. The quality of the items is top-notch, covering a wide range of needs. A snack bar and Starbucks make this a great laid back shopping destination, but comparatively high prices in certain departments might be a drawback.

Clean and quiet, customer service could use some work. They are not as customer oriented as they need to be but still decent. Clean restrooms. Limited selection on outdoor products or electronics.

As others have said prices are either wrong or not even listed. Ive never had a bad customer service experience. It seems like the same two employees I always see working in electronics have to help all the customers. Good luck finding employees anywhere else in the store. But what really gets me is that they never have anything that is advertised in stocked or dont even carry it at that store. The grocery dept is just ridiculous over priced.

This Target has issues, never anyone manning a register while 2-3 team members stand around playing on their smart phones, if youre lucky they will look up long enough to wave you to the self check out machines.

Literally the most garbage staff ever in Customer Service. I ordered a game off the internet for pickup and when I arrive the woman tells me that my order was cancelled and that they were out of stock for that game and I informed her that there were 4 games listed in stock for this location. She tells me Im wrong. I walk to the back of the store and sure enough there are 4 games back there in stock. I repurchase the game back there. I get home and see that I was charged twice for the game from that store. I call and a man that works in Customer service tells me to bring in my receipt and they will fully refund me. I got in there the next day and the SAME woman that lied to me before is standing there so I confront her and she pulls up my name and tells me my order is in her system for pickup (the same order she said was cancelled on the first day I was there). When I went to cancel it online it said that the game had already been picked up. She cancelled it there in front of me and I asked her if the money would be going back into my account because she tried to say that my account was never charged. I even showed her the first day I was there that my account had been charged for the game. Just before this I watched another customer service rep argue with an old woman over the price of a bike (there was a sign in the back that had the bike listed for a lower price) the staff told someone to remove the sign because it was wrong and still refused to give the old woman the bike accusing her of lying. The managers are useless. Hire a reliable crew with experience.

Limited selection. Pleasant employees. I have visited this store repeatedly, only to find that they are out of what I need, or that they dont carry it. Today they were out of my vitamins and distilled water, and they didnt have the melatonin that other stores carry. I would rather spend my money at Target than Walmart, but its becoming difficult to rely on this store to carry the basic things I need.

Literally every single stall in the mens bathroom was either broken, unusable, or simply would not shut. For a company that makes millions one would think that they could do more than a simple slide lock to fix the stalls.
