Windee was wonderful to work with. She gave me so many wonderful ideas, the best one was to bring in the chandeliers and hide the antler lights. The guests didnt even notice they were added and not part of the lodge. She was able to help me take the ideas I had in my mind and make them happen and it was perfect.

Wonderful service and beautiful arrangement. I was late in getting a Mothers Day order in. Instead of arriving late, Occasions to Celebrate moved the Monday after delivery to the Saturday before. The arrangement they sent on late notice was beautiful!

Cannot say enough about Windee and Occasions to Celebrate. She worked hard to make our day come true. From the 1st visit to the day of our wedding they are very professional. Windee is great and very knowledgeable. She took my vision and made them rea . She was able to get what I wanted and offered suggestions to add to make better. Plus, they are not way outrageously priced for all they do.

Since I am from out of town I went to their website looking for the right flower arrangement & called the shop with some questions. April was so patience and went over each of the arrangement with me and even text me pictures of different keepsake to add to the flower arrangement. I also received a picture of the final work and it was beautiful... I was very please and happy that I called this florist.

I reached out to the team and got a prompt email back from Windee. When my fiancé, who is a UK resident, and I were in New Bern, we stopped by on the chance that someone had the time to speak with us. We only have a short time during his visits. As it turns out, their one o’clock didn’t show up, and Kristen was able to speak with us. We spent two hours talking about what we needed, and were told that we would get a quote within the week. We never had a contact attempt of ANY kind, so I reached out to Windee to let her know that. In a very strong email, she let me know that they were very busy with other events, and that if their busy schedule didn’t accommodate mine, she wished me the best. For someone to be that rude before even getting my business is astonishing. Obviously, my business wasn’t very important. Their ethic is poor at best.

I have used this company for at least the last 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and the service has always been amazing.

The owner was unprofessional. she told a bride that we are not a good fit for you because she wanted a display shown to her before she spend a couple thousand of dollars on flowers.
