Have 8 taps of their own beer and usually 4 taps of other breweries. They make some really great beers. My favorite is the Irish red but the Coffee Porter, the different Milkshake IPAs, the Belgin Tripel etc. are really good too.

I was in town for a job and the client wanted to take me out and grab some lunch. We stopped at a spot across the street (which had a killer steak and cheese) and then took our food over to brutopia for some really good beer. Friendly staff, nice patrons, tasty beer. Will be back if Im ever in town.

Loved the food truck on a Friday! We came a bit early in the evening to feed the whole family. Having a great beer with good food is a fun night out for everyone! The live music wasnt super loud and our kids had fun dancing to it before we left. Highly recommended for a family with smaller kids that want a low key outing that everyone gets to enjoy.

Great beer and better people! The only place in New Bern for homebrew supplies and their selection is great. They stock selections of almost every type of beer as well as cider, wine, mead, and gluten free beer.

Awesome little brewery tucked away on a business road adjacent to a main highway. Comfortable interior with couches and games. Bar has a ton of beer on tap, several theirs and a few locals too. They also sell hard to find beer and wine inside. They have a great selection, great service, and great beer. Definitely check ‘‘em out.

These guys were awesome swung by to pick up a couple brew supplies. They answered any questions and walked me through everything they had! Great people and going to be my go too for any brew supplies. Plus ton of beer both canned and taps!

Always in house brews on tap, and guess what, they are tasty! Great atmosphere, good bottle selection. Bring your own growlers, they will fill them. If you dont have your own, no problem, you can get one for 7 or 8 bucks plus the fill. Food trucks are often there. Keep your eye out for the delicious beer!!!!

My favorite tap room in Eastern NC. Always a great selection of brew on tap. There’s also selection of wine if beer isn’t your thing. I’m not a home brewer but they have a big selection of supplies on hand and a wall full of bottles for every taste. Live music & pot lucks. The owners and staff always make you feel welcome. I definitely encourage you to stop by when traveling through the area.

Having no home brew supplies store in my immediate area(Bath), we travel to New Bern for our supplies. Dawn is knowledgeable of the craft and offers guidance when sought. BrUtopia is the place!

I have never had a bad beer at Brutopia. Fantastic environment with plenty of fun things going on.

Stopped by to check out what they had as far as homebrew supplies, ended up having a beer and taking some home too. Great selection of beer and awesome prices on the equipment. Bartender was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the beer and the equipment. Will definitely be back soon!

Really great hangout for beer lovers! The beer selection was a nice selection of about 10 styles. The tripel was incredibly delicious. My wife and I felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The bartender was super nice as was all the staff. Will definitely go back...soon!

Great Beer!

By far the best craft beer scene in the New Bern area. Only place to buy home brew supplies. Great selection of bottled beer, and some wines and draught selections. The staff cater to you and make sure you feel welcome. And so do the fellow patrons in there! You never feel like a stranger. Comfortable couches and hand made rustic furnishings. Usually live entertainment on the weekends. The one bummer is the outdoor beer garden area is more of a smokers garden.

Nice little hole in the wall. Great for brewing supplies or just to sit around and drink. They have a lot of stuff to do while there (sometimes even has live events and food trucks) and the people there are always friendly.

GREAT PLACE !!! Its very casual and comfortable. Great beers on tap and on the shelves. If you are looking for a place to hang out with friends and enjoy a cold one.....without all the noise and crowds of other places in the area.....this is the place.

This place is a great example of the small town local spot. The people who own/work here know their stuff and everyone who goes to enjoy a beer seems to know everyone else, or they will soon. On top of all that, the selection is great, prices are what you would expect for what youre getting and theres always something going on. From live music to homebrew demonstrations to potlucks. Its just a great spot to hang out.

This is a one-stop shop for home brewers and wine makers. A huge variety of hops, grain, yeast, brewing equipment, chemicals, adjuncts and whatever else you may need!Dont see it on the shelf? Just ask, and they will get it for you if possible (that includes specialty beer and wine that may not be available anywhere else in the area).Call in and order a special keg for your kegerator on Monday, and have it that week (sometimes the next day).There are 12 taps at the bar of craft beer and ciders that are always changing and a variety of bottled wine. Definitely something for everyone!It is a family friendly environment, so children are welcome. Band nights and food truck nights are busy and a lot of fun!

Had a horrible time tonight. The band would have been great, except I couldnt hear from all the little kids. I felt I was in a daycare center instead of a bar. Very disappointing. Adults going to a bar on a Friday or Saturday night do not want to put up with a bunch of little kids.

Excellent beers on tap, friendly environment, lots of take-home selections. Parking isnt the best... Reminds me of a college party with all the cars on the grass. Overall a good experience.

I had the sherrifs called on me the second I went in side to grab some equipment because my I left my child locked in the car playing on her tablet while I purchased the equipment. Everything was fine until I got home and was missing caramel malt in my ale kit and my hydrometer was broke in my brew kit. Nice people with great service, but a terrible first experience.

Been in there a few times, mostly with my fiance. Every time, no one will acknowledge my existence. They will greet him and ask if theres anything they can do for him, but wont even offer me assistance when Im searching their inventory. Im not the only one whos experienced this, his mom has had the same treatment and now refuses to even go in. Very unfriendly feeling.
