I purchased my first car from Trent Cadillac yesterday, and I must say that I am impressed. I sent all my information to Ron Polk and he handled everything from there. He even went above and beyond any dealership or salesperson I have ever dealt with. I never had to leave my house, he delivered my car and all the paperwork, over an hour away and 9:30 at night. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the paperwork to ensure I understood everything. By 10:30 I was cruising the neighborhood. I highly recommend Ron Polk to handle your car buying needs.

Partially satisfied with their response, but I should have looked closer at the vehicle prior to buying. Part my fault for not having it independently checked. Still my wife and I love the car.
The service department was friendly informative and polite. They had a lot of cars before and after meet but still took the time to be nice and had great customer service! I never felt ignored or as a bother. The lady at the front desk also made sure everyone was happy and comfortable while they waited.
We bought our Buick from another dealership in Florida the car had some crazy issues and they fixed it and when it came to the other issue following the first issue they recommended us to a place that would do the job and cheaper than they would. Our experience began on-line, and the transfer from on-line to in-store was seamless. In-store we worked with Ron Polk, and we enjoyed every second of his service. Ron was well prepared to answer all of the questions we had about the features on the vehicle we purchased, and he didnt hesitate to answer our questions with a live response (meaning he answered our question by showing us the feature and how it worked). I do not know exactly how to put into words how we loved and enjoyed our experience at Trent, but we honestly did and we cant seem to stop talking about it. However, I can say this, if possible we wont purchase another vehicle anywhere else ever again. They claim they can beat any price on tires. While they do match an advertised price, they whack you right back on the installation cost. They cannot match the overall cost of tires installed as advertised.

This is my third 5 star review for Trent. There service department is second to none in my opinion. Recently I was having my car serviced and the technician rep called me and stated that they typically change the brake fluid at that mileage and I decisively agreed. No problem, he calls me back 15mins later “sir your brake fluid is crystal clear and like new” now how many times would another dealer or any service Dept have called back to tell you you didn’t need a service. NOT many. Most would have just charged you for it but not these guys. With their video tour and honesty I have faith that they carry Christian values and I will definitely be buying my next car from them.

Everybody was great! Mike Pecha took his time and never made me feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He also gave a wonderful and extremely thorough delivery. It was definitely the best one Ive ever received after a vehicle purchase. Brent in finance was awesome as well. He made sure I knew what each document was that I was signing and why I was signing it, but I also didnt spend hours in his office with him pushing needless products down my throat. Yet again a horrible experience with Trent. I called Saturday to schedule an appointment to have my truck aligned. Appointment scheduled for Wednesday 9/22/21 at 9:30 a.m. . I work right across the street, so I did my part to bring my truck over at 9:30 for a simple alignment. I called Andrew back around 3 p.m. he advised me the truck was being worked on and would be done by the end of the day(his first lie). He then said he would give me a 4:30p.m. courtesy call (second lie never received a call. I had to call again and be put on a 20 minute hold). He then told me truck would be done right after 5 p.m. which is unacceptable at this point. I told him to have it ready at 5 no excuse. When I arrived the truck hadnt even been looked at. What a clown show. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the outstanding technicians they have at trent. The desk jockeys at trent are horrible and lack training and common sense. (IF YOU HAVENT BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR FROM THEM THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU.) What happen to customer service? Trent GMC= garbage.

Got a Great deal on a low mileage Truck at Trent. I had been looking for close to a year and finally got a Great deal, was worth the wait and the drive. Ron Polk was my Salesman and he worked hard to make sure it was the truck I wanted and to get me in the truck. I went one day to check and test drive the truck, I had to think on it overnight. Called next day and told Ron Polk that I was coming back to get it. When I returned to get the truck, I was pleasantly surprised that Ron insisted that I drive the truck again to make sure that it was definitely the truck I wanted before we started any paper work. Trent had over 25 lenders available. My first finance option didnt work out so Ron kept working with me until he was able to get me in the truck. After we got all the paperwork and payment worked out, he drove the truck with me and filled it up with gas. Then another great surprise, Ron got 2 drivers to deliver my truck to my house, I dont stay very close to the Dealership either! I would definitely ask for Ron Polk if I was going to Trent to buy a vehicle. Ron is a good easy going guy, listens to you, answersquestions well and explains everything well as he walks you through all the buying and finance details . There was never any high pressure selling tactics. Ron made my purchase a very easy, pleasant buying experience.

Unscheduled service visit for unexpected problem but was handled promptly and with professionalism
I always have to wait 10 minutes or more for a service advisor to come to the car while 2 or more stand inside at their desks seemingly doing nothing. Also, the coupon I get in the mail for service does not cover my vehicle fully due to oil capacity. I think if Im being sent service coupons they should be fully valid for my vehicle. The service part of my visit is always fine.
Everyone was courteous including techs as they walked through. All of them said hello. My appointment time was recognized and on time. The service was great and in a reasonable time. I loved the video Trent sent to me. Its one thing to tell me that brakes and suspension looked good. Its a gamechanger to SHOW ME in a video. That was awesome! I hope Trent continues to share these videos. I couldnt be more pleased with the services received.

They not only traveled to my workplace so I could try out the car but, sent a very knowledgeable salesman to assist me. Once I agree to purchase the vehicle the finance dept. acted quickly and efficiently. The service department was great but it took over 2 hours for a oil change, service and tire rotation. Went to parts department while there and they were awesome. The thin man with black hair and goatee mustache went above and beyond to help me order a 48” tail light bar for my truck.
Looking for a reasonably priced truck is difficult at best. Trent Buick/GMC (Hansel) did a wonderful job and obtaining the perfect truck for US! The entire dealership is so organized to complete the entire transaction in great detail with minimal work on my part. Thank you so much Hansel for another great experience. 2nd truck and no regrets.

I traded my 2015 SRX for a 2018 XT5. The XT5 has several cosmetic flaws with the body that had to be repaired & the interior was filthy. The passenger seat had stains & tears from the previous owner. All of the discrepancies were wrote up at time of sale and it took about a month to get them all resolved. I even had to clean some areas of the interior myself when I got the car back.
Trent Service Dept. was able to handle the repair of my vehicle in a quick and timely manner. All of my needs were met; each person I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional.
