Just relocated here from Pennsylvania and needed to have my car inspected, oil changed, etc.Setting up appt on the phone was easy and person I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn’t have been nicer.When I went in for my scheduled appt, I was quickly greeted by a friendly, smiling associate who explained the process to me.I waited in their spacious waiting area while my car was serviced. It was done quickly and efficiently, and not only did the associate explain everything they did, but we received a short video of our service visit!!!Spectacular!!Will use them again, for sure!I found the place for all my Cadillac service needs in North Carolina, for sure!Highly recommended!!!’
Im not the easiest to deal with but numbers were agreed and bank approval letter was sent to the dealer. Sales Manager Chuck refused to re-word the vague replace trim pieces on the we owe you to include the actual part numbers of the pieces to be owed and terminated the deal. With the market, the vehicle will sell but in slow times I still buy. No need to shop Trent in my future.
No hassles with Carvana, and they bring it to you!I guarantee Trent is writing most of these reviews themselves. They sold me a used vehicle and refused to fix the busted heater which I discovered wasnt working less than a week after buying it. It was never working, but they wanted me to pay to fix it. Not good customer service whatsoever.
When I walk in they make you feel welcome inside seating area and show room are very clean if I am in the market for a new vehicle are just to service my vehicle I get the same V.I.P. welcome.
Trent Cadillac is definitely without a doubt the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Although I wasn’t able to buy from a vehicle from them just yet, I will definitely be buying from them in the near future. Jimmie Lee in particular is the most honest and upfront salesperson I, personally have ever met. He is both knowledgeable and upfront about his inventory and is simply a joy to work with. My wife and I will absolutely be buying our cars from him in the future.
These guys are THE BEST! I accidentally put the wrong key into my vehicle and I couldn’t get it out. Multiple people/shops tried and couldn’t so I had my vehicle towed to Trent to have a new key reprogrammed, prepared to take the loss. I explained my situation with the key and told them my Chevy key was in my Honda ignition stuck. These guys were SO DETERMINED to get it out even though I had already given up and was prepared to pay the reprogramming fee for a new key. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Big shout outs to Mr.Wayne the service advisor! If it wasn’t for him asking to look at the Honda to get a better understanding then it wouldn’t of gotten fixed! Save me so much money on my Tahoe & on the repairs I would’ve had to need on the Honda to get the key out. Thanks so much.
Stopped by Trent Cadillac today to purchase a spare key. Eric the parts person was friendly and courteous even though it was very early in the morning.He solved my problem in ten minutes and I was on my way. Its nice to deal with top notch employees instead of others with the bad attitude.Thanks Trent for picking the best.
