On March 02 2020, I wanted to send my lovely wife a surprise praising her for her hard work. 9a.m. I was the first person there making sure there was adequate time for delivery. They took all of my information, but didnt deliver nor contact me at all. The evening manager didnt provide much of an excuse. The morning cashier acted confused On The three registers she attempted to make the sale. I will never go there again and wont refer anyone else either. $81 Ill spend with their competitors next time

This was my first time ordering from this location! I placed an order on a Sunday around 10pm and my order was delivered by 2pm that Monday! Most people have a hard time finding our place of residence but the driver was able to find it with no problem! Balloons and fruit were fresh and just as described! I would definitely order again!

Its nice gifts shop of fruit and candy and the kind with coffee cup and other fixing go with it ! They are good but it cost just a little bit more, like me and I know I get them once a year ! Its know matter how much it cost, its not what your head want to tell you ! Its the heart that how much you Truely love him or Love her, it matter !

No chocolate covered strawberries available for pick up. Small selection of nut encrusted white and milk chocolate strawberries. Selected 6 as only resort. Very disappointed. Will not consider shopping there without ordering ahead of time.

I ordered for an arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday at 4:30 and I called at 6 to ask what was going on and the receptionist guy said uhh my boss said he can get it there by 7. The delivery charge is way too much for them to not get it there on time - unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.

Service was great, fruit was fresh, delivery was right on time. Only 1 thing I didnt like was when I called I was hung up on but the lady who answered my call was apologetic and sincere. Other than that, everything was perfect. Good Staff Edible Arrangements!

Fruit and arrangements great, but customer service horrible. Three employees stood in front without acknowledging me at all for about 10 minutes. They talked negatively about work because they had so many orders. It took someone coming out the back to ask me if I have been helped. I was the only customer standing in the store at that time also. A star for the great fruit and a star for the getting the order right. Dont mean to be harsh but customer service is important.

I have used this store several times in the past and loved them, however this time will likely be my last. I requested a delivery before 12 in the order and then called to see what was going on when the delivery had not happened and it was 4. I was told it would be delivered before 5 since it was going to a business. I called back again and the manager told me that they would try to get it delivered today and if not they could do it tomorrow or just give me a refund. Customer service is horrible. I plan to look up the owner and contact them myself. Thanks for ruining my day.

I understand husbands/ boyfriends order this stuff for their wifes/ girlfriends for special occasions.. Valentines day for example however my problem is when you take too many orders you cant deliver them in the day of the special occasion during three 10 hours you work.. there is no need to order from such place

The associate at the front desk was very polite. I odered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and they were delicious.

Service is good, but value for what you get is awful. I got a very small (didnt look that small) bouquet for a anniversary and it was 20% off with a coupon code. I mean it was tiny and it was still almost $70 with delivery. What a rip-off​.
