I’ve been multiple times and enjoyed my time greatly, the staff are so good at being able to tell when people want to be approached and when not! Recently I brought my 11 year old cousin for her first makeup pick and the staff were wonderful with her, cant sing praises enough for them.

When I first walked in I was definitely an amateur that didn’t know what they were looking for. If you want awesome customer service followed by a pleasant experience in a clean well-stocked store, that I highly recommend this Ulta! I highly recommend asking for Summer for any help you may need. Summer goes above and beyond when it comes to helping customers and is extremely knowledgeable on an array of products. I will definitely will be back.

Items wanted were in still and at a fair price. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I loved the customer service here the lady at the Mac section was so nice and so were two lovely ladies that helped me get some more stuff I needed. Would of giving it a five star but the check out is what gave me off. I bought a lot of stuff and it didn’t fit in the small bag so I asked her for a bigger bag and she just threw it in the big bag with the small bag. I didn’t wanted that extra bag and it looked like she either didn’t care or she was just giving me lazy customer service. I don’t know why it bothered me or maybe cause I did spend a good amount of money here and I wanted a good experience from entering and leaving. She could of used the bag for someone else, that just threw me off.

I schedule two hair appointments the young lady only saw one but took my daughter and i both. Great customer service.

Great place, as all Ultas are, with the star of the show being Dawn. A make up artist and incredibly sweet and patient person, Dawn is extremely knowledgable about almost all the brands. Ask for her if you need help.

They have the most professional staff. I really like the woman with purple highlights. Also the stylist named Shay is fantastic with facials

New Bern NCI made an appointment for a cut and color at my local ulta. I show up early. 5:15 for my 5:30 appointment and Jasper, the stylist says it will be 20 minutes. I say alright. 5:45 he is still working on the lady in his chair. He says about to finish. 6:05, I am at the very end of my patience so I tell the lady at the desk to cancel my appointment. She says do you want to reschedule I said no. This is how you all treat your clientele I want no part.

My gf surprised me. She did the afterpay option and told me to go to the Ulta Beauty to pick up a gift. I was super excited. Great natural products

This is by far the worst Ulta experience I have ever had. I was not greeted which I always am at other stores, the shelves and product where dirty, open, and all over the floor. When I got up to checkout there was an issue with my account and the poor girl behind the counter had to call for the manager at least 4 times, constantly apologizing. When the manager finally came up to the front the girl explained the problem and she just bypassed my account and put in a random number. I tried to explain that I wanted my points but she looked over her glasses not seeming to care. We continued to the purchase and she was being very rude to the original sales person (clearly not the same rank) I told her about a big mess in the back of the store and she just said that’s not my job, you clean it up pointing at the other girl. I was disgusted by the treatment from management to staff, the mess of a store, and the manager whom clearly had no business being in customer service.

Was immediately helped when I walked in. This was my first time visit. Emma, the lash expert was summoned and helped me tremendously. I will certainly go back and ask for her.

Ulta is a pathetic store. They hire very incompetent employees that are not trained very well. The local staff at our store are liars and are extremely disrespectful to the customers. I reached out to upper management and their attitude was no different. It seems that the entire staff including upper management is nothing but children/ millennials and they are clueless as to dealing with how to treat their customers.

Manager is supper rude she declined to help me when I kindly asked her. Worst ulta Ive ever been to. Will not be going back to shop here.

Two great young adults helped me in MAC department, really nice to have somebody help you that knows their products, it was a pleasure.

There is an employee there by the name Nate. He has to be the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever met. You can ask him about any item and if he doesnt know then and there at that moment rest a sure he will before you leave the store.

Went there recently had my hair colored by a girl named Kat she dyed my hair and it turn blue and gray I was there 4 hrs while she tried to fix it still didn’t get the color I wanted still charge me full price I will not be returning

My experience was very nice.. I was greeted when I walked in and noticed that every one acknowledged my presence. Im the type of shopper who doesnt like to be crowded but likes to be asked twice if I need help. At first i was browsing but then i realized i was out of foundation. The girl who works in clinique was paying attention to me and noticed I looked lost in foundation and matched me perfectly by asking questions about my skin and skincare rutine. I cant remember her name but she was awesome and the foundation was perfect for me.. Apparently Im linen. 😁 im usually very hard to match and it never really looks just right but this was the one! The store is very clean and everyone was very kind.
