I was told the earliest they could look at my riding mower was a week, which was quicker then anyone else in the New Bern area. I dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready to pick-up that Friday! Plus it was about $30.00 less then I was quoted. Tara and the staff were great. Would definately use them again.

Great service and staff.I have a John Deere E110 purchased from Lowe’s in 2019. Quality Equipment has been fantastic with honoring the Lowe’s extended warranty but unfortunately the E110 I purchased has had more problems than it has spent cutting grass. Just had a rod in motor replaced and now belt broke while cutting. Went to replace belt and bolt on pulley sheared again. Love the service and Quality Equipment but unfortunately this E220 is not a stellar mower.Just got this back and broke again. Love the service and support but dislike this defective mower

Cliff, in service, came out and diagnosed and fixed my 333g within 2 days. Not only did he get me back up and running but he took the time to address some heat issues by cleaning the radiators and making sure everything was in good working order. Awesome job, Cliff!

I bought a new 1025R from Jordan. I love the machine. The staff has been very responsive to service needs and the parts department is very fast at getting items I needed when I damaged a line. I will definitely do business with them again.

We have purchased our zero turn mowers and Gator from Quality Equiptment. Sales, parts and service have all been amazing. Both items are not only essential but a pleasure to utilize.

Professional and friendly staff with knowledge of parts

As a lowly homeowner and not a professional farmer, I have to say this was one of the worst JD experiences I have had, start to finish. We sold our farm and bought a small acreage property, so I only need a small machine....for now. We will need something larger, later, but that is beside the point. The short version of the story is that the salesman was incompetent at being a salesman, he tried to change our agreed upon price 2 times in the process, one by sneaking it into the finance agreement. Of course he said it was an accident, but 2 times?! Then we talked about a 4 tooth box blade, and they instead delivered a 3 tooth version AND it is still missing some of the bolts to finish assembly (a month later). 1 machine, 2 dealerships, 2 sales people, same poor treatment. I will be buying them elsewhere myself and washing my hands of JD.

Great staff friendly atmosphere

My grandson is autistic, but with a knowledge of tractors that is crazy incredible.We took him to East Coast Equipment, in New Bern. N.C., today.They not only were very open to talking with Harrison, but gave him about a 10 minute ride in a huge tractor. Seven foot high rear tires.Needless to say, he was absolutely; well he really handled it like the cool kid that he is.We will be back to buy him one of the models that are offered.Thanx to Chris and a special thank you to Eli for the ride. And thanx to the staff for accommodating, my little buddy.
