Tasty sandwich

Our holiday ham was so delicious! Buying our holiday ham from the Honey Baked Ham Store is a new tradition for our family! We received many compliments from out of town family members during dinner.

Its a wonderfully inviting and homey place and the service was great and friendly.

Love their hams!

Wonderful! Made our Thanksgiving Day complete. Biggest surprise was how delicious the turkey breast was!!!! Expected great things of the ham, but the turkey was even better. All the sides were delicious also.

Food is good but a bit to high for my budget

HORRIBLE! Horrible! Horrible! I was the ONLY! I mean ONLY customer in this place and it took them over 20 min to make a sandwich and salad! No apology, I’m sorry for the wait! NOTHING! I believe the manager is the mother of little girl who took my order cause she had no clue what she was doing! They were dressed unprofessionally and definitely not in Honey Baked Ham uniforms that I’m use to seeing. This isn’t a corporate store it’s ran by a man name Nader Botros. I can keep going! Long story! They don’t have fresh food! I seen that package cheese she tried to hide that wasn’t fresh cheese! I never got nothing to eat! I got my money back!Nader please stop lying and let’s be honest! Your business is being ran by either your family or people you know. Your employee had on a rugrat sweatshirt! That’s not a professional uniform! Your business wasn’t busy enough to have anyone wait over 10 min for a sandwich and salad! I’ve been to several Honey Baked Hams and it takes less time with more customers!!! YOU DIDNT HAVE ANY! YOU NEVER HAVE ANY! You guys are unprofessional let’s be honest! Your girl up front didn’t even know what salad dressings you had! That should of been on the menu! You need corporate training sweetheart! Have a blessed day and tell Miguel he needs to learn how to make a sandwich and salad in under 10 min!

Twice I have been here and they have closed the store early. Its 6:15 now and they dont close until 6:30 when I rolled up at 10 minutes after the door was already locked. If theyre going to close at a certain time that it definitely needs to be stated I would not have drove over here had I had known that the door would be locked. Good food but I would definitely recommend that you come early.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The Ham and Bean soup is beyond delicious. The food is consistently good, the service is wonderful, and the people who work there are very nice to the customers. Great for eat-in and take out.I bought my ham from here for Christmas and it got RAVE reviews from everyone.

Ham was a $89, had lots of fat in the middle and did not taste like a Honey baked ham. We looked at 4 hams, and it was the best of them. Weve bought Honey baked ham for years, from other states, but never had one bad. We contacted the store and the number they gave us to the owner, but no return call. We bought two sandwiches the same day which had very little ham on them. It seems they are cutting corners and the poor quality shows.

Absolutely delicious food each time I have been. The staff are friendly and food comes out fast. Took my son there yesterday for lunch, his first time there he got the roast beef sandwich and said it was very good. I get their Honey Baked Ham sandwiches with the fruit salad.

Sandwich was good. Selection of sides are extremely limited to 2 or a bag of chips. Extremely pricey $$ for a lunch for a sandwich & chips.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch and had a great good, service and location.

Food is very well prepared and the owner is polite and friendly. Not inexpensive, but high quality. Sandwiches seem to be prepared in advance so not a plus for takeout.

Today was my first time visiting the HBH in New Bern, NC and I must say I enjoyed my in store experience! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and my food was amazing! Thanks guys! 😊
