Loved this Tractor Supply! Appeared a lot larger and orderly than the one in Winterville. Staff friendly & professional.

We normally love to shop at our local TSC. Always friendly, helpful. Saturday 8/29, my husband and I went to Tractor Supply looking for a particular fire ring, it was lovely, the Tractor Supply website for this particular store said that they had one in stock. When we came into the store they were in the middle of their Veterinary Clinic, but the young lady who was working the cash register was absolutely exemplary in her customer service. She never once got short with me, asked me if I would kindly wait until she was done with one customer and then she would find out where that fire ring was. She was great. Always smiled, and was extremely plesant.Then she went to a gentleman, showed him the inventory, showed him that there was one in stock. When she asked him if he could get it for us, and we were quite excited, he said no, that it was probably on a pallet waiting to be unloaded. When I questioned that, that it said that there was one in stock, he again reiterated that it was probably on the pallet. Now, instead of saying when do you need this item, I can check on it for you, can you come back tomorrow? Etc etc, it may take us a few days to get to it, or I can check the stock if you want to call back later, no, he very bluntly said, and I am not kidding you, its likely on a pallet waiting to be unloaded, and we wont get to it for TWO WEEKS. I looked at him with incredulity, and said TWO WEEKS? You have new stock to put out and no one will get to it for two weeks? He Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The lovely young lady looked at me sort of distressed, and apologized.Meanwhile, I walked around the store and looked at the many empty shelves, with stock that was out that needed replaced. We are Amazon Prime customers, so I promptly went home, found a gorgeous fire ring of the same quality, exactly the same price ordered it, and it will be at my house delivered to my front door on Monday.I usually dont write reviews like this, but having been a manager before, and knowing that in this day and age, when customer service is so important, and the fact that my husband and I never buy anything that we cant get at a local store first, I was sorely grieved by my experience at TSC yesterday. The difference between the customer service attitude of the young lady working the cash register, who actually was really overwhelmed with the number of people that she was trying to take care of at the same time, and the gentlemans flat response to her and our request was glaring. She is the only reason I gave this review a 2, and not a 1.If it takes this store 2 weeks to unload new merchandise from pallets, then somebody needs to re-evaluate your work flow.Empty shelves, and poor customer service, mean people well shop elsewhere. And that is something, I dont think any store can afford to have happen these days.

Today I an absolute Saint helped shop in the store and helped me load my truck in the pouring rain. She not only helped load my items but helped me put my 2 literal babies in their carseats first so they wouldnt get soaked. Her name started with an L I think and she was blonde I wish I remembered her name but whoever she is she needs a promotion and raise.

OK so I live all the way in minnesott beach and called before I left to make sure they were still doing propane. The guy on the phone told me that they would do it before night. So I told him I was on the way there. So you know I have a 30 mins drive to get to new bern, and get there just so the cashier can tell me that they stoped doing propant at 6. Which I called him at 6:15 and told him I was on the way and he never told me that they stopped at 6. So Im highly upset with them. Probably not going back for a while. Im mad that I had to drive this far to be told no. 😠

Went in to my local Tractor Supply around 7 in the evening to pick up a few items. Had a question about some issues we had been having and the older gentleman that was helping us was very knowledgeable and quickly helped us find what we needed....with a smile on his face....the problem came in to play when my daughter and I checked out. The young girl at the register either was having an off day or wasnt trained in good customer service. I made a comment about how we were treated and she just gave me a clueless look. Now I may be old but Ive always been taught my whole life how to treat people and I feel like she could use a few lessons. My daughter informed me as we got in the truck the girl made some rude comments about me and I guess I could have gone back in the store and made a scene but what would that have accomplished??? I called the customer service line only to be put on hold for more that 18 minutes so I gave that up and ......here we are. If this helps my ticket number is 463035, store number is 1636, register 1. I wont post her name because that just wouldnt be a nice thing to do. Im sorry to say I probably wont be back.....have a good day and thanks for taking care of the problem.

They have an awesome staff of very helpful and knowledgeable people. The store is always stocked with my needs. The store is very neat and clean. Glad to have them in our area to do business with.

Great place for just about any household /farm need. Prices are often much better than big box stores. Great quality equipment and tools for the price. Deals at entrance are hard to resist...absolute best place for dad stocking stuffers.

This is a good sized TSC with a wide selection of farm, tools and outdoor supplies in stock. Friendly helpful staff with excellent knowledge of the store and products. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible. Easy to find. Good prices.

Just bought the Coleman 400 UTV today! People were giving it bad reviews. I dont know if they got the old models, but the one I bought today is awesome..I have a house on 82acres, so i bought it to haul a trailer around my property and little other work..The specs on it isnt accurate, it says 38mph. I had it going 45mph with more throttle to go, which was really suprising, not mad at all..lol..The suspension on it works really good! Ive been using a lifted golf cart to use on the land, and the Coleman is like driving a Bently offroad compared to my golf cart, super smooth to what I was using.. Purchased from New Bern, NC. The Tractor Supply there is very helpful, and knowledgable, thanks to Roger and Mandy. I will be shopping there alot more often now. The Coleman is well worth the money for sure.

First time visiting a tractor supply. Had no idea all the stuff they sold. They have freaking live chicks. I love this place. Definitely going to take advantage of all the stuff they sell when I can get a plot of land with enough space.

I love Tractor Supply, plain and simple. They have an outstanding selection of inventory. Everything from salt pellets to gun safes to lawnmowers. Clothes, boots, bird houses, trailer parts, tools, just to name a few. Good prices and knowledgeable staff members. Ive never been disappointed at TSC.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite toy stores for adults. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager helped find an odd item that I usually am not looking for when Im shopping there. Great.

This is a fun store. Always have new stuff (tools) for sale. They also have the standards, dog food and such, at good prices. And a vet clinic for pets on Saturday

Tractor supply has a great price on dog food. Staff members are usually helpful if something is not on the shelf, they’ll check the back stock, just ask!They’re pet friendly :)

Easy to find the items I needed to purchase. I couldnt find one item due to my lack of observation, the employees were extremely helpful in finding said items. Store was very clean and organized.

What a super company. The day after Veterans Day I discovered that there had been a 15% discount for veterans the day before. I had been in that day looking at gas generators. I emailed the headquarters, they responded immediately and contacted the New Bern store approving the discount for me. That store was out of stock but contacted the Moorhead store. They set one aside for me and I picked it up and received a $30 discount. Great service. Update:. After 4-5 months the generator quit. Tractor supply told me I would have to contact Champion. Big R would just replace or repair it.

It was the best experience in a store for me. The employees where so friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a generator and right away three ppl helped they even loaded it in my van. I will be making this my to go store.

This place is hit and miss. Some days you can find what you need along with helpful associates. Other days associates are scarce. Items change too much in what used to be garden area. Love the baby chicks.

Women at register was not helpful. I asked her if they had item n she told me if not on shelf then no did not have. I had to ask twice if she was sure they did not have the item I wanted in back. She finally told me to go to the red doors in back n some there could help me. The item was in back. When I checked out she had lame excuse as she knew she was wrong. Oh I thought u wanted other brand. I was quite clear on which item I wanted. Pore customer service. Lazy.

Everyone here is so helpful and nice! Any questions I have,they always answer them. If I need help getting something, they are right there getting it! I get all my animal supplies there,and have found awesome Christmas presents there!!

Bought a flea dip for my cats a few years back called Happy Jack that gave both my cats seizures. Giving two stars because Im sure there are decent products there, just my experience with Happy Jack has devastated me and warped my impression with Tractor Supply forever.

I go often to browse. Affordable and unique tools. All sorts of pet supplies, quality work boots. Never leave without finding something I cant do without.

I usually dont need much help when I go in; mostly knowing what I need. Today I did need help & Madison (employee) was extra patient, accommodating & helpful. Rock star! This is not the closest TSC to my home but its where Ill come from now on...

Bought a Badboy mower, the mower has been in the shop 11 times since Nov 2017. Tractor Supply is not standing behind the warranty and neither is Badboy!

They have ethanol free fuel for your 2 and 4 cycle engine.
